  I should have looked at reviews before purchasing an arrangement from Patricia's Petals. I went to patriciaspetals.com and based on their website I assumed that they were a legitimate flower shop. It appears that they are a flower broker and they simply order floral arrangements from other shops. Sadly my order didn't arrive on the day I selected and has still not been delivered. The lady I spoke with was quite rude on the phone. I would tell all my friends and strangers to avoid Patricia's Petals or patriciaspetals.com for their flower or floral needs. I suspect this may be a scam company as I still haven't received a refund.

  I would definitely give this company zero star if an option. I asked multiple times if they were located in the town I needed to go to and was assured they were. I even asked are you physically in this town and again agreed they were. I placed the very expensive order and the flowers was never delivered. I called customer service multiple times and was continued to be placed on indefinite holds each time. Each call promising they would be delivered before 8pm. I asked them to contact their delivery driver and that is when the hold would happen and nobody ever came back. I emailed the company and they sent an email apologizing the delivery did not happen with a follow up email asking how we liked our order! Seriously? I was told yesterday our refund would happen within 24 hours. Today I was told it would be 3-5 business days. This coming is nothing but lying thieve and I do not understand after looking at other reviews how they are still in business. I doubt we will ever get a refund. I don't understand how this can be legal and how they get away with this.

  0 stars, not even worth 1 star. I ordered flowers through this service for two family members for the anniversary of my father-in-law passing away. To say Terry's absolutely ruined my experience is putting it lightly. There were "supply issues" with both of our bouquets and I was not contacted about this. So, instead of calling, texting or emailing me, they just canceled the order altogether. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service I received and will not be ordering from them again. This company is a joke.

  Ripped me off while I was grieving my husbands death. Sent me a TINY vase of flowers when I orders a 200$ spray. I was disgusted by their dismissal of my efforts to get a refund or a better arrangement. Stay away from these scam artists!!!!

  Ordering from Terrys Florist is offensive! They are scammers over pricing deceptive unrealistic arrangements. My husband order me a 1 1/2 dozen rose arrangement and only got 11. He paid $128.00 for something he could've picked up at our local grocery store for under $40.00. Customer service is unprofessional and they do not resolve anything! This online website needs to be taken down. Their work ethic is pathetic and they steal from customers 99% of the time. Just look at all of the reviews. Someone please take this online so call "florist" down!!!

  I specified an exact date and deliver-by time for flowers for my mother’s memorial service, both in the online order and when they called on the phone for follow up information. The flowers arrived almost three hours late, just as the memorial was ending. When I called at the 30 minute late mark, I was told the flowers were out for delivery but that they had no way to contact the deliverer (guess they haven’t heard of cell phones!) and that there was nothing they could do. I’ll never order from Patricia’s Petals again.

  Folks this is not a real company. They are taking orders at huge markups and then maybe or maybe not they deliver something. I paid $300 for bouquets and got some garbage after multiple phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

  I am sorry I did not read the reviews before I purchased a bouquet from this company. I agree with everyone else: this is not a local florist with a store in the selected area, but an on-line business of some sort with no regard for quality or customer service. The bouquet delivered was pathetic.
