      Too bad I didn't read the review before.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

      Flower for my mother-in-law's brother in Hawaii, initially, not able to fill the order, then told me not able to deliever 30 mins pass the funeral!

      What a scam. Took my order and money then cancelled 8 hrs. later saying no flowers available. I of course called, couldn’t understand CSR so I called again and held for 25minutes. You are at their mercy trying to order from out of state. DO NOT order from this incompetent business!

      They get 1 star because I can't give them any less. We ordered flowers for our daughter in law on Saturday morning. Called them a few minutes later because of a question. They told us the flowers were being prepared for delivery as we spoke. At 4:30 pm we called again because they hadn't been delivered. We were told that they were out for delivery. Nothing has been delivered.

      If I coulld give less than a 1 star, I would definitely do so. I am so disgusted with this florist company! They are only in it for the money and have no concern for the customer. They are very misleading in their terms of service.. I had ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, and this will be her last birthday, as she is dying. Because Patricia's Petals did not currently have the same flowers as advertised, they did not not go ahead and do similar item substitution as is customary. They waited until it was too late for the delivery to go through and were very unhelpful when I talked to them on the phone, They said that the cutoff time for the delivery was 12:00 noon, but the website said 2:00pm. I do not recommend doing business with these people.

      I ordered funeral flowers six days in advance. I gave instructions for delivery time due to the viewing. I attended the funeral. Flowers were not there. I called after leaving the cemetery. According to funeral director they arrived three hours later and he sent them back. It was a huge basket 30x31. Not appropriate for sending home. Designed specifically for the viewing and funeral. Now they have the nerve to charge me. Beware.

      I ordered a beautiful standing spray arrangement for a funeral service. It arrived on time but not anything like what was ordered. I went back and looked at the "substitution policy," and it is completely moot to this wrongdoing. Substitution policy states that if something is not available for the arrangement, they will substitute for something of equal or greater value. The arrangement I ordered was blue and white with lots of roses, lillies, greenery, etc with and cross. What was delivered was YELLOW with sunflowers and a tacky and cheap bow. Barely any blue. No cross nor substitution for a nice cross. There's no equal or greater value whatsoever. For a funeral service, this arrangement looks like it's for prom.

      Scam!! Ordered a next day delivery bouquet only to find out later that they'd "run out of flowers" so no delivery. Waiting to make sure I wasn't charged

      Do not trust this place. Spent 20 minutes on the phone ordering flowers and balloons for a friend who was turning 70. Hours later, when it was way too late to call someone else, they emailed to cancel my order. I begged them to just send her something, but they refused. They are NOT a local organization, as their website implies. I will never do business with this place again.

      Is it possible to give less than one star. Patricia Petals portrayed themselves as a local business in the Virginia Beach area. They are not. I asked for very specific colors for the accessories of the funeral spray. They not only did not use the correct colors, they spelled our fraternity's name wrong and did not confirm any changes with me. I wish I had seen all of the dissatisfied customers before purchasing flowers with this company.

      The picture on the website is not the same as what was delivered. The order was showing 6 roses with Hydrangeas. I ordered the premium arrangement paid $20 extra and ended up with four roses four hydrangeas and filler in between these flowers. Lots of space in between everything the roses were wide open and will probably not survive two days. They promised same day delivery if ordered before 2 PM I ordered these flowers at noon and they were not delivered till noon the next day. Totally faults advertisement And failure to fulfill promise. I asked for a replacement and exchange these flowers for something that I ordered and they refused. I have pictures I’ve had some other employees agree with me on the website saying no it is not acceptable yet management is saying this is acceptable and fulfilled.
