Ive had the worst luck with my order. We ordered at the end of May for a charm bed and the feathers sectional - paid in full. When we placed the order the charm bed was IN STOCK then it was sent to a warehouse where it wasnt up to par so they sent it back and then suddenly we now are on pre order for December. As for the feathers sectional we ordered- we have waited and waited and finally got movement when it shipped. Last month (September) the courier scheduled a delivery and then cancelled as they didnt have the couch at the warehouse yet (annoying but we let it go). As of 10/21 the couch has been sitting in the warehouse. Valyou- has been texting with me letting me know that oh we need to work our documentation with the warehouse but, I called the warehouse and spoke with a representative who told me this is completely on valyou and they wont approve and release so they can schedule a delivery. I ended up sending an email to both valyou and included the representatives email from the courier. I am hoping that by coming here Valyou can expedite this process as this has been extremely frustrating and the couch has been paid for - FOR 6 MONTHS IN FULL.Valyou

Hi,I have had a manager reach out and we are going on the third week with still no release of my furniture from the warehouse. I have said multiple times Im not sure what the issue is that it cant be released as its been fully paid for. This needs to be fixed ASAP as I have waited 6+ months and now 3+ weeks for a delivery resolution as metro is still saying you guys will not release it.Raven H.

I would also leave negative stars if I could. I have been waiting since July (when I placed my order) for my couch and here we are about to enter November and STILL they have not been able to confirm a delivery date. I had one scheduled for 10/14. Of course it got canceled without explanation and an email saying they would resolve within 7 days. I should've known that would not happen. We spent 2,000$ on a couch and are now couchless with our living room and main area completely bare and are expecting a new born any day now. At this point I requested a full refund and cancellation to which they said they'd send me a cancellation confirmation as of yesterday. Surprise surprise, I never received that confirmation or any information regarding my refund. Instead I got ANOTHER generic email regarding my late delivery and how they are "working" to resolve. I have never worked with such a nightmare of a company especially regarding such a large purchase. They've caused me an unnecessary amount of stress during what should be a special time in my life. Thanks Valyou for being the biggest scam company and robbing people of their hard earned money. I will be filing a complaint on every site I am able and am praying my credit card company can resolve and get me my 2k back since I highly doubt that I'd ever see it again from these scam artists. I'm absolutely disgusted at how anyone can do this to people and run such a faulty company. How are they even still open is beyond me. Thank you for nothing but stress, false promises and multiple headaches and rage you've brought to my life.Valyou

This Company is a joke. We have ordered several pieces of furniture from them and have waited several months to get even an update of any item. They promised that it would arrive on 10/28 and if it didn't they would refund us fully. Yet they now refused to provide us with a refund and requested us to wait longer. They went back on their agreement and no longer take our calls, texts, or emails. This is the biggest SCAM and action should be taken.Valyou

After endless delays, I spoke to a supervisor who finally agreed to get me a refund, told me it would return to original method of payment in 3-5 business days, then a few days later a chat agent changed the estimate to **** business days. I bank with a big national bank who has no problem processing refunds. Valyou will urge you not to dispute with the bank as it will take longer, but the reality is it's because the cards are stacking against this company. Go ahead and dispute with your bank because you won't see a dime back from Valyou otherwise.Review fromLeigh N

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and they can't even tell me where it is. As far as I know, it doesn't exist. After more research, I've concluded it is their standard company practice to list items as in stock when they are not. They take your money and then you get to wait for them to stock the item. My guess is they don't want to pay for warehouses and they have items directly shipped from the source company to the shipping company warehouse. They act as a middle man. What a s***** business model. If you're going to do that at least ensure your source companies can ship out quickly.Customer service will give you vague responses talking in circles. They probably train their team in how to "answer" people without actually answering them. But they are happy to take your money. I received an email update saying "Your order is on the way" but contact the shipping company and they don't have it. I honestly can't believe that this company is still in business. This is deplorable. Shame on them for thinking this is any way to do business. If you work for this company you are playing a part and generating lots of bad karma for yourself. Don't bother responding to this with some fake sign of caring -- your company doesn't care about its customers at all.Valyou

This company is a scam. After waiting 4 months for an estimate for delivery of a couch I ordered, I finally decided to cancel. I clearly requested a full refund to my original payment method in various emails and text correspondence with their customer service. I even have multiple emails that were unanswered. They finally agreed to cancel my order, but instead of sending me a refund to my credit card, they sent me store credit! I have no intention of ever spending money at this company and now they are refusing to refund me more than $2,000. Now they are saying that since they already processed the store credit, there is no way of them providing a refund. This is ridiculous and they are refusing to help me any further. I wish I could give this fraudulent company zero stars.Valyou

I ordered a Charm bed 2.0 in early Sept 2022 with an estimated ship date of Oct 17th, 2022. Hadn't heard anything from the company regarding delivery as of 10/12/2022, so I looked on their website which said the estimated delivery was now 10/19/22. I called to confirm the new delivery date and was directed to text the help number rather than stay on the line... weird but okay. I then texted the help number and did not hear back for over an hour after the customer service agent said to give them ***** minutes. When I finally got a text back I was told that the estimated delivery was not until 12/13/22. I sent them screenshots of both my original order email and their updated website delivery date, only to not hear back for over an hour again. When they finally replied claimed the bed was never scheduled for delivery earlier than 12/13/22... mind you, I sent the two screenshots from their company email and website that proved otherwise. I then did not hear back for over another hour, when I finally requested and received a call from customer service. The agent on the phone double down on the fact that the best was always scheduled for 12/13/22 and wasted more of my time offering me discounts and warranties before he finally let me submit an official cancelation request. This company and its customer service reps are frustrating and unprofessional, to say the least.Valyou

1 starI just received the sectional, and am speaking with the company about my complaints. If things are resolved, I will update the review. I'm not here to complain about the lengthy wait on shipping, I expected that. The quality of this sectional is horrible. The website advertises easy returns. The catch is, they only give store credit. The website should read "store credit given on unused returned items if returned within 14 days of delivery". They're sneaky. I'm hoping they will make this right and refund my money to the original form of payment. If they do, I'll update the review. If not, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with.Review fromJamie W

1 starBEWARE of this company. I bought the **** king size headboard off the VALYOU website in MAY 2022, and it is now OCT 2022 and I still have not received it. I've reached out to them several times requesting a refund, and they refuse to issue me one, citing their 24/hour cancellation policy, and will only give me store credit. 1 starThis company did not ship the item I ordered for months. I will be waiting 4 months plus for delivery. When I ask for cancellation they refuse to return the payment. They will only offer online store credit. They have very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM ********************! VERY BAD BUSINESS!
