    Had a great experience - from purchasing online to delivery. The customer service was super responsive and the delivery workers were friendly and patient (I was running behind schedule). Delivery was also fast. Definitely considering purchasing more furniture from Valyou due to the quality and efficiency of their team!

    My experience with Valyou went very smooth. No complaints.
    Only thing is I was scheduled to receive my furniture Aug 28 but I’ve received an email that it was rescheduled to Sep 12. I was super mad, wrote an email. said I’m having a housewarming party on 5th HOW COME 2 weeks difference?
    Somehow they managed to deliver on time and it was totally worth the wait. Customer service contacted me.
    Feather sectional and ottoman are beautiful, well made. Delivery guy was very nice!
    So, I would recommend Valyou no doubt.

    I got the armless chair in Gray delivered on the 26th of August 2023.
    The delivery process was seamless driver pleasant delivered it to my driveway I unpacked it in the driveway and delivered it to my living room love it, seamless all the way around from ordering, delivery, unpack, and use love love it love it. Cream color ottoman on its way.

    Great furniture, great customer service and awesome delivery process. Feather sectional is high quality and comfortable. Charm bed is easy to set up and sturdy. Japanese joinery is the best. Highly recommended.

    If I could give a negative star review for Valyou Furniture, I would. My family (stupidly - fooled by the promise of stain resistant fabric) purchased the Feathers sectional and two ottomans a month ago. They were listed as in stock and were to ship in two to five days from the order date. Of course, as I’m sure anyone can predict, I now have no sofa and am out over $3000. The customer service has been evasive and uses lots of emojis and friendly banter to keep you hopeful that they will resolve the issues. This is clearly a pyramid scheme or other scam of some kind.
    The United States District Court in Hawaii recently entered a default judgment against Valyou Furniture and its founders Shaul ********* and Efraim **** (all defendants) for over $1.2 million related to breach of contract on the part of Valyou Furniture and the two individual defendants listed above who personally guaranteed the company’s financial obligations. See here for details. ***********************************************************  This means that the defendants made no appearance AT ALL in federal court and that the plaintiff in that case now can get that judgment executed against the company and the two founders individually. So - the company is now at least $1.2 million in debt. They continue to advertise on social media.

    My recent experience with Valyou Furniture and their Charm 2.0 bed has been exceptionally satisfying. Despite skepticism due to some negative reviews, I found their delivery to be astoundingly prompt, arriving in just a week and a half.
    The company's communication was clear and timely, and their customer support team was nothing short of fantastic. The Charm 2.0 bed itself presents incredible value - it's as pleasing aesthetically as it is sturdy and well-crafted.
    Overcoming initial doubts, my journey with Valyou proved to be thoroughly pleasing. I am not only willing but eager to purchase from them again, given the impressive standard of their service and products. A high recommendation from a highly satisfied customer!
