      I bought a Champion Power Products chipper/shredder from ********** on June 13, 2022. I used it and was satisfied for almost 6 months. Then while it was in normal use, it caught fire and was destroyed by the time I put out the fire. In March, I asked for a refund from Champion, since it was still under warranty, and was told to send copies of the sales receipt and photos of the burned up shredder. I did, but received no response. After several more calls all initiated by me, the agent at Champion eventually asked me whether I preferred a refund or a replacement. I have received neither, despite calling and emailing a dozen times since then. The agent I speak with always tells me that me problem has to be handled by a supervisor, who is not available at the moment. He promises to have the supervisor call me back later the same day or the next day, but no supervisor ever calls. They have assigned an ID # to my problem, ******.

      Thank you for following up.  Within a week of my initial complaint, and after being contacted by BBB, Champion sent me a full refund of the purchase price.  This satisfied my request and concluded the matter.  Thanks again for your conscientious participation.

      I bought a generator from champion power equipment. Since the beginning I started to have problems with it. The main problem that I have with the generator is that sometimes it turns off by itself. I contacted the company and they kept trying to help me, but I would get the same result, which was the generator turning off by itself. In late May or early June ***** left me a message stating that he was going to work with me too and have me return the generator to the **********. I had an emergency and was out of town. I called them and explained it to the person that answered the phone. I been back on the States and been trying to get a hold of *****, but he does not return my calls. I called three times and I sent two messages through their general contact inquiry online. All I want is for someone to get in contact with me and solve the issue. I want to return the generator to the ********** and move on. I understand that they are busy as I am as well and dont have time to keep calling and asking for a call back.

      I bought champion's 2500 watt dual fuel generator from ******'s website on June 10, 2023. The generator was delivered 6.11.23. The order number is 111-765505-3397074 and the serial number is ***********. After about six weeks the start pull cord began to fray.... After contacting Champion, they never responded. Recently the cord broke and is inside the generator making it useless. Refund request through ****** yielded a ludicrous fraud and false claim that once I sent the item back, I would not get a return because I received it by mistake!. My emails to Champion were/ are still being responded to by four emails of the Amazon screenshot receipt..four times. Champion refuses to either refund, replace or service under 3 year warranty. Champion alleges still I haven't sent them that receipt... Which I've done 4 times. Champion and ****** are conspiring to deprive me of a refund, replacement or warranty service.

      I bought a tiller back to summer from ********** sale. It was my first time to use it in the past week. it did not start. The machine could be damaged during shipping or defective, but I has passed the return window and cannot return it. After all the trouble shooting from service, the engine still did not start. I opened this case is because, 1) I am not happy with the customer service agent, his name is **** ****** from Tier2 VIP ***************** 2) The current solution is not acceptable. I spent almost 2 hours on phone Saturday with customer service, and Sunday morning, I spent about another 40 mins. The agent **** told me to let the local repair center check it. I contacted the repair store, and they told me it would take about 5 weeks. When I explained this to ****, he did not believe me. During the phone call, 1). he indicated the related diagnostic and repair would be much faster, 2). he would follow up with the case on the next business day, 3) He said he would send me email and copy it to his supervisor. However, **** never followed up with this case, he never reached out the repair store to check the waiting time for a potential repair issue. He sent me the email, but he did not copy it to his supervisor. When I replied to his email that I would also like to see additional video or troubleshooting steps for checking other parts, such as motor or spark plug, and I would like to buy the tools he mentioned in the talk he mentionied, because it will be faster to resolve the issue. He never replied to me anything. Such a shame service member. The current solution for me is to take the machine to repair store and waited for about 5 weeks in queue. This solution is not acceptable. After 4-5 weeks, it will pass the season for the garden work. I need a similar for 2-3 hours only. Please provide additional DIY repair or rental coverage for a similar machine. cannot waited for that long for a defective machine repair. Case No is ******

      I purchased a total of three portable inverter generators from ******* They all three failed within the first several hours of use. I took them all three to repair centers in **************** ****** The first unit had an oil leak, I was told I had to pay for the repairs that warranty would not cover it because there was no oil leak. Which obviously was not true, there is still oil in the air cleaner. I refused to pay and they waived the fee and banned me from their service center. ************************************* I then drove the 4 hours trip to Gills small engine repair in Alvin ****** To get the two brand new units repaired that did not work for even one day when purchased new. I was told they likely had electrical issues as they were not producing power and would not start or barely start. After a few weeks they called me and said they had sand in the carbs and Champion refused to covet them. I paid the fee as I trusted the company to know more about their generators than I. After inspecting the generators when I got them back home, I discovered there was no sand in the air cleaners or in the fuel tanks I thought maybe they just did a really good job of cleaning them, unlike Northern tool who didn't clean the air filter and it still has oil in it. After a few weeks I began to use the generators and they started to fail again with the same issue, running badly and not starting. I immediately check for sand i the tanks and air cleaner housing, none. Then I got to thinking, how come I had to pay for sand in the carbs fro brand new units? They came that way from the manufacturer if they actually had any sand. I have made several attempts to allow the manufacturer to warranty the units and this far they have failed to honor their warranty and only have allowed the repair shops to take advantage of me.

      Purchased two invertor model ******. Brand new. One started perfect. Other would start up and surge then cut off. Brand new unit.Customer service stated needed to go to repair facility and could not replace.Brand new unit never used. Put me in contact with local dealer and said they would be 5-6 weeks behind. Still unwilling to send me a replacement although new unit. Unit dropped off at dealer July 17th. Almost two full months later I contacted champion to contact the shop. Shop said still to busy. Champion still unwilling to send me replacement although I purchased a brand new unit on july 12th!!! 2 months and still unable to use a brand new generator.Clearly issues with their customer service who are unwilling to help.Claim # ******

      I purchased a log splitter at ********** ****** NH. 9 /2/2023 for amount of *******. The machine has been used for about 10 hours total. Filled the gas tank about 4 times. Unit was stored last winter in dry shed. When using it this year 8/25/2023 for 20 minutes engine started to make loud noise and run ****. I shut it down. When trying to restart, it was real hard to pull. I was in contact with the company several times. The last contact by phone and email resulted in them sending info for a repair shop in my area that no longer does repairs for that company. I feel as if there not trying to resolve this issue. Thank you for anything you may be able to do.

      I've been attempting to get some customer support for troubleshooting on a log splitter I own which stopped working. They say they provide a 24/7 technical support. Called the number and am told there is a 80 minute waiting time to get your call answered which turned out not to be true. They then give you a chance to leave a call back number but they don't call you back (it's been days since I left them my cell number). I've tried email and did get one response with a question back about what type of issue I;m having but it's been a few days and I haven't heard anything back. In their message they say they "are working tirelessly to provide exceptional service" which is clearly not happening. Their customer service is an abject failure which I'm rather disappointed in as I paid $1000 for their product. They have some ******* "help" videos but they aren't addressing my issue. I've probably spent 2-3 hours waiting on the line. Yesterday I left them on the line while I mowed my lawn for 90 minutes - message was still looping, They have one phone number for two distribution centers - one in ** and one in ******* which seems like part of the problem.

      Purchased champion till model #****** april ******* received from homedepot april *******,put tiller together may 30,2023,After 30 min throttle stuck and till was like a run away,Call champion after waiting on phone for 2 hrs rep ******* ******************* tried to help me,there were no repair shop in my are but would send me parts,Then there were no parts in stock he told me and would get back to me in 24 hrs.Well after 3 day i tried calling and emailing champion the wait is alway long and i never get a call back and finally ******* email me tell he looking into it,Well its 6 days now and this tiller is still broken and champion never get back to me and this unit has a 2 year warranty,(Note made day on unit i found out was 2 years ago) So this is old stock and who know where it been in storage,So i have a tiller use for 30 min that doesnt work,Found other reviews there others that have the same problem,Looks like champion doesnt want to help repair there problem with there products !

      I ordered a generator from ****** on May 5, and I received it May 8th. I filled it with gas and oil and started it, and it ran fine, but I didn't test for power. Monday May 15 I started it and tried the various outlets and there was no power at any of them. I ran through the troubleshooting and then called Champion support at 5 PM. There was a 2.5 hour wait, so I requested a callback. I missed their callback at 9:15 PM.Tuesday May 16 I left a callback request at 6 AM assuming I would be first in line when they opened at 8 AM, I later sent an email, and now Wednesday the 17th I tried the live chat, and haven't received a response. Champion says not to return the generator to the store, but with this absolutely pathetic ****************** I am tempted to drain the gas and return it to the warehouse.I am extremely upset that Champion hasn't contacted me after 4 attempts and 40 hours during the workweek, it's a good thing this isn't an emergency.*****************

However, we would like to clarify that this matter was addressed and resolved as of May 2023, when we supplied replacement circuit breakers under warranty.
