      Ordered tint for my vehicle in January. It is now June with no product and several attempts to get a refund with them telling me they wont refund my order

      I ordered the product. Shipping took longer than usual. So I asked for a refund. The re said the product would be shipped out in 2 business weeks. Its been 2 weeks no shipping or update I ordered in April. I just want a refund at this point.

      Ordered window tint from a company Insta Tint based out of ****************. This order was placed on March 7th 2025 for $169.97 USD. Order number ***** was provided for this transaction and an email verification **************** stated it may take 3 to 4 weeks for shipping, due to each order being cut to specs, based on customer car type ***********/**/** contacted company for update. Was told their materials were damaged and told the order would be shipped in the next 2 weeks.04/20/25 reach out again asking if I'd receive a tracking number for order. Same day response, stating my order was in production phase.05/08/25 I reach out again, this time asking to cancel my order.05/10/25 Insta Tints finally responds after 2 days and states the order can not be canceled due to being in production phase. But can not provide a date for materials being ready to be shipped. Unable to dispute with my bank at this point, due to being past 60 days from purchase

      1/5 Delayed ************ Communication I ordered from InstaTint expecting delivery in two weeks, but the order kept getting delayed due to damaged materials. Even after multiple follow-ups (9+ emails), I still havent received a confirmed shipping date or tracking number. They did issue a 25% refund, but the product has still not arrived, and communication has been very slow. Disappointed with the overall experience.

      I order tints from their website on may 3rd and their sites states that it will take 7-14 business days and now its the 30th and its been longer than their stated timeframe. And Ive sent multiple emails asking about my package but no one has reached out to me

      Instatint is the biggest scam and they should be shutdown for this. It's been a month and they still haven't gave me the tint flim you put on car windows. I didn't know this was going to be a scam until I looked at other people's reviews online saying they never received their tint product. People taking the money right out of the Americans hands without delivering their product. Also there product said 7 days to process and it's been way too long. I've got emails of sales order from April 16th. I think if people would follow through on reviews and complaints on here you could see over 100 people that never received their product. Please please shut these guys down. I payed all with a good credit card and i can see the purchase on my credit card application. Thanks for looking at this ***** *******. I'm from. The u.s so us dollars. ****** dollars was the charge.

      Good evening. Sorry to bother you but im still frustrated about this instatints company. Now I keep seeing them online and more people are falling for their scam. I still haven't received and product and ***** **** at ***************************** never responded once I finally brought up wanting a return in my money.       Placed an order for window tint for my car on 7/13/2024 even paid extra for insurance Incase I had an issue with it. Contacted company after item kept having issues and needed replaced. This was 9/4/2024. Company responded 9/5/2024 asking for pictures to show the damage and issue. I responded with that request on 9/5/2024. No response by 9/12/2024 and sent yet another request for a response. Sent yet another request for a response on 9/18/2024. Sent another request on 10/19/2024 for an update. Sent another one 11/12/2024-no response. Sent again 2/18/2025- sent another request 2/21/2025. FINALLY - received a response saying they follow a 30 day return policy and we are past that. I replied that I purchased extended warranty and this is unacceptable. 3/1/2025 they will replace the damaged windows. I responded with a thank you on 3/1/2025 with a possible solution as to why the tint had issues with change in weather. Received a response on 3/15/2025 saying thank you for the details and possible problem and they will look into it. 3/28/2025 - contacted again for an update on when the item will ship. 4/1/2025 they responded saying to be patient as no tracking information yet. 4/8/2025 I sent another request for an update or to just refund me. 4/10/2025 they responded they cant refund but will advise when it ships. 4/23/2025 I sent another email asking for a status update. They responded 4/25/2025 saying they are working on the order and will ship when it is ready. 5/6/2025 asking again when it will ship. 5/7/2025 they responded advising they understand my frustration and will ship as soon as they can. 5/24/25 Sent another request asking for a refund. This is insane. Dealing with this since September of 2024. I just want a refund.

      On 3/15/2025 I purchased window tints for my car, weeks went by without any shipment info, I reached out for a explanation and they had said their product was damaged and would have it shipped within 2 weeks....3 weeks went by and still no info on shipping its now been over 2 months I asked for my money back on the last email I had sent them and they stopped getting back to me I just want my money back, they received 109 dollars and I received nothing

      Order # **** Transaction Date: 23 May 2024 Purchase Price: $ ****** Product Ordered: Removable auto tint. Advertised as rigid tint designed for easy application and removal, ensuring quality and durability. Complaint/Dispute: I received the product damaged and of a material unlike what was advertised. I requested a refund based on their promised 30-day money back guarantee. Companys ******* to Resolve: Aug 9, 2024-*********** offered a 50% refund, which I accepted but never received, and communication became very difficult. I contacted them multiple times through both email and Instagram Messenger and didnt receive a response until Sep 29, 2024. Through multiple attempts to resolve this, I received an email on Nov 19, 2024 stating that they do not offer refunds, but could ship me a replacement product instead. Ive contacted them multiple times over several months with no action taken on their part. It has now been almost a year since I made my original purchase and I cant get them to respond, send me a replacement, or get a refund. They still have my money and all I have is a damaged, unusable product. I have all the correspondence with addition info and context to back my claim.

      So, Im confused. The company has several complaints yet they are allowed to basically steal my money with no recourse, simply because they fail to respond to communication attempts? How is this okay?

      Ordered 04/10 .. receiving the run around with the same emails saying its delayed production or in processing. I asked to cancel my order and they said they cant. This companys a scam and cant even provide proof of production
