      I made a purchase on 4/8/2025 for window tint custom made for my vehicle. I was sent a receipt of my purchase with a shipping date of between 2-3 weeks but at the time (tax season) the company was experiencing delays. I was never provided any tracking information and never received the product. I have also reached out several times with no response. I simply just want a refund totaling $128.38.

      Business Name: InstaTints / SND Holdings LLC Business Address: *************************************************** Phone: ************** Complaint Type: Unauthorized Debit Card Charge / Fraudulent Transaction On May 14, 2025, I discovered a debit card charge of $259.97 from InstaTints / SND Holdings LLC. I did not authorize this transaction, nor have I ever knowingly done business with this company.After noticing the charge, I attempted to contact the merchant using the phone number and email provided on their website to request an explanation and refund. I have received no response to my inquiries. Additionally, my bank declined to reverse the charge, stating that the transaction was processed as an online purchase and the merchant provided limited transaction data.Upon further research, I found that InstaTints holds an F rating with the BBB and has numerous similar complaints from other consumers, indicating a pattern of unauthorized charges, failure to respond to disputes, and poor business practices.I am requesting that InstaTints issue a full refund of $259.97 and cease any further unauthorized use of my card information.Additionally, I am filing this complaint to alert the BBB to these deceptive practices and urge a formal investigation into this business.Transaction Details:Amount: $259.97 Date: May 14, 2025 Payment Method: Debit Card Merchant Name on Statement: InstaTints / SND Holdings LLC

      I placed an order for precut window tint, received several confirmation emails including one with a link to my purchase. After weeks of waiting I tried to reach out via the email listed. They do not have a phone number available. I received no reply and the link to my order now pulls up a "404 Not Found" error.

      I placed an order through the Instatints website on April 5, 2025, and I took a screenshot of the confirmation page with order number E1QE60W3U. My bank account was charged $139.04 on April 7, 2025. However, I never received an email confirmation, and the product has not been delivered as of today.I submitted a message using the companys website contact form and followed up via Instagram direct message, including screenshots showing my order confirmation, screenshots of the contact form and proof of payment. Despite this, I have not received a response or update from the company.I am requesting either the immediate shipment of the item or a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I plan to initiate a dispute through my bank.

      Window tints don't fit correctly. Website clearly states no adhesive needed, but adhesive was included and needed, but tints still don't stay attached to window when rolled up and down. There is not only a 30 day money back guarantee, i was forced to buy a lifetime warranty. I have tried to contact the company several times and they are ignoring all my emails.

      Over 2 months I ordered and no tracking number. Same excuse with material issues as with everyone else. This is an online scam and trying to collect money from people that don't know any better.That cannot, you can get a refund from a business online. They offered me a 25% discount off of my order. Just like everyone else, it seems that they're peddling the same story in hopes of people giving up and not requesting a refund. So that they can keep the money.

      I placed an order with InstaTints on April 24th and paid a total of $119.00 for removable window tint. Despite receiving an email confirmation, I have not received the product to date. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times through their website and social media but have received no response.This appears to be a pattern of behavior based on the numerous unresolved complaints online and their "F" rating with the BBB. I am requesting a full refund immediately. If the company cannot fulfill the order or communicate a resolution, they should not be allowed to continue collecting payments from unsuspecting customers.

      Ordered window tint two months ago and been given excuse after excuse on why my order hasn't been filled yet. Asked for a refund and was offered 25% off the order and I refuse d it and asked to cancel my order and give my money back. Now they refuse to respond back to me at all. In the last couple months they have over 200 reviews for the same issue.

      In October 2024, we ordered window tint for our vehicle from Instatint online. We ordered 2 pieces, for the front door windows. We paid $146.14. It took over a month to receive the product. We installed it on the front windows of our truck, it was a little difficult but we got it on and flush. When we rolled the windows down, the tint got stuck in the window and jammed and bent the tint. This caused bubbles and it wouldn't cling to the windows. We purchased a warranty that said 100% money back guarantee. I emailed in November and didn't hear back. I waited until January and emailed again and finally got a response but was told they would not give a refund. I sent photos of the damaged tint. They said they would send new tint that would be guaranteed to work.I have yet to receive anything from them. I however would never put this product back on my vehicle, it would ruin my window motor, if not right away, it eventually would do damage. The product is garbage. I have argued since January. They claim they do not offer refunds at all. This company is a complete fraud and we fell for it. I turned it into my credit card company but missed the cutoff for claims by one week. Sadly they go by purchase date, not when the product is actually received so we are out almost $150.
