    I purchased some golf clubs from Patriot Golf with return privileges. I returned the clubs in the specified time frame. I have made many calls asking about my refund. They always say the check is in process, but it never comes.

    Golf clubs were ordered on April 11 and $556.64 was taken out of the account. Shortly after we called to cancel the order. Mid May we were told that the refund would be issued in their May "billing cycle". As of June 12th we still have not received a refund or received any product. I want the money refunded immediately.

    Did a trial test program of a driver and 3 fairway *****. When I submitted my request for return, was talked into keeping items for 120. Meaning a return of $432.89. Have never gotten a response

    I was sent an email through ******* about a free club trail on two separate occasions. It was two separate transactions first being for ****** and second being for ******. The promise was a 90 day risk free trail and if I don't like the clubs money sent back in exchange for the clubs. I did not realize they actually charged my credit card instead of simply putting a hold. Every time I called back to return, they "extended my test play" now in hindsight knowing it was going to be long enough for my credit card company to not take the claim to identify it as fraud.After a long battle I was able to get the ****** back. Now, I am in a fight for my life for the ****** to get back. Here is my timeline of events Every time I call, they offer a "new offer" instead of just issuing my refund.I am making it my mission to take them down. I will be calling every sponsor, event, veteran organization I can to ensure their true colors are shown. This company is a pure scam who claim to be veteran affiliated and thus implying they are a legit company

    I highly recommend further looking into this company. I have spoken to people on the course, in person and online who all have had the same issues. It appears they try this business practice as a way of selling.

    Order placed and paid 4/21/25. Called to cancel before the product had shipped and requested a refund on 4/22/25. Was told my order was canceled and I would be receiving a full refund. Called again on 5/27/25 since I hadnt received my refund and was told that it was on this billing cycle. I asked if I would see it by 6/1/25 and the representative said yes. 6/2/25 no refund issued.

    On January 31, I contracted to have a Patriot Driver and Putter sent to me for free. Of course to have this sent you had to agree to test 3 Hybrids for a refundable fee of $498. I did my testing and decided to return the clubs. After being offered many different deals to keep the clubs we agreed on a refund of $349 with me not having to return the clubs. Counting that as my first interaction i have called a total of 5 times. Needless to say I have been promised a return call, checks in the mail all the issues I have read on previous posts. I have heard the delayed based on 2 billing cycles. My first request occurred in February. The people answering the phone are very pleasant and always make you think,, after they check with refund people, that everything will be taken care of. Pretty obvious that have had a great deal of practice!

    Purchase made on 10-24-24. Company has 45- day money back guarantee. I called for refund in 1-11-24 and spoke to *** and they kept offering me upgrades and persisted to not allow a refund. After several pleas for the refund, they proposed I keep product for $40/ea ($120 tot) and that I will be refunded $378 and that it would take two weeks to process refund check.1-31-24: follow-up call and spoke to ******** checking status, said it got lost in processing. Double checked the amount - confirmed $378.11-12-34: follow-up call and spoke to ******, transferred to ******, who said I would get an email from corporate about check by 11/22-11/27 - no email from corporate was sent or received.1-15-25: follow-up call with ******* about refund. Said it showed that refund had finally made it to processing. I never received an email prior to from corporate like previous representative stated. I still never received refund from company.

    On November 21 2024, my credit card was charged $502.61 by Patriot Golf. I got an offer from Patriot Golf to try out a driver, a 3, 5 and 7 wood and numerous other golf supplies for 45 days. In addition I was to write a review of the equipment. The driver would be free. They were not supposed to charge my credit card and in fact told me they just had to have one on file. About 8-10 days later I was diagnosed with cancer and had to have a lymph node under my right armpit removed. I notified Patriot Golf I would not be able to try out the clubs and give a fair review and therefore cancelled the golf clubs. They had not shipped anything and assured me it was no problem to cancel. In the meantime they had charged my credit card $502.61. I immediately called and was told it would be credited back to my credit card. They never did. I called again and was told accounting will credit my credit card. Again. No credit to my card. The next call a supervisor said he could go through accounting himself and get me a refund. Didnt happen. Called again asked for supervisor and he said the check would be in the mail. I called again and they said supervisor would Call me back and he never called back. I sent a certified letter to the company CEO and have gotten no response. I never received anything from this company and they charged my credit card and wont refund my money. I want my money back.

    Customer is correct in that we dropped the ball on this.  We attempted to refund 3/7/2025 and it was rejected by our merchant.  Usually this is because the exp date has changed or it's 6 months past the original charge date.  

    We should have immediately written and check and unfortunately we didn't.  We will process a check and get it out asap.  Thank you.

    Back in August of 2024, I got sent an offer from Patriot Golf to purchase 3 fairway wood golf clubs totaling $489.95 (if you exclude the non-refundable shipping charge, it is $450). An included free gift of 3 wedge clubs was mine to keep with this purchase. Patriot Golf offers "an unconditional 45 day money back guarantee of golf clubs purchased", and "if for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of your new Patriot Golf clubs you may return any club(s) purchased for a refund". Weeks before my 45 day trial period was expired, I obtained a return authorization number (RA ********* WM) and sent the clubs back (paying another $54.22 in shipping), so I was well within that "money back guarantee period". On October 25, 2024, I got confirmation from ***** that the clubs were received, and since then I have repeatedly been told they were in acceptable condition when they received them. For the following 5+ months, I have called them several times a month trying to get my money back. Each time I call, I always get the same response of how my check is on hold, or it's with the accounting department, to which the person I am speaking with cannot help me. I finally, today, got on the phone with a "supervisor" in customer service. He not only said that it's up to corporate for them to cut me my check, but he also attempted to sell me more golf clubs to make up for the $450 that I am owed! Once I expressed no interest in the offer and just wanted my money back, he said he would tell corporate to give me my money back. He would not give me any confirmation that he would follow up on his end. Many times during these months, I have been told they would keep communication with me until I have received my money whether that is via email or call, I got nothing. They have the clubs and my money. I have very little confidence that I will get my money back, and I just hope I didn't fall for a scam. I just want my $450 refund back that I was promised.
