    Like the other complaints for this company, I am owed a refund from Patriot Golf. Here is a timeline of my dealing with this company:Sept 20, 2023 - Received an email from the company offering free driver and putter.Sept 22, 2023 - ************** and agreed to test 3 Hybrid clubs in exchange for free driver and putter. Had to pay $489.95 for Hybrid clubs but could return within 45 days for a full refund. Oct 26 and 27, 2023 - contacted Patriot Golf requesting to cancel my order due to an injury to my shoulder, and wouldn't be able to play golf for at least 6 months. At this time I was informed that my order was almost completed and the only thing they could do was give me a discount. I agreed to basically get one of the Hybrids for free, I think the cost was going to be about $330 and a refund for the difference would be applied.Nov 8, 2023 - Contacted the company and requested a full refund. My injury back in October was worse than expected and basically ended my golf playing. I still haven't received my clubs or the refund from Oct 27th. The company agreed to cancel my order and a refund would be processed.Nov 22, 2023 - Called to inquire about refund status and was informed that it would take up to 30 days.Dec 13, 2023 - Called to get an update on refund. Informed that it was being processed and should be completed soon (no timeframe provided)Dec 22, 2023 - Called again for an update and was informed that refunds are processed within 30 days but also during billing cycles. Again no timeline was provided Jan 4, **** - Called once again for an update. At this point, we are almost 60 days from when I canceled the order and was told a refund would be processed. I was informed by the individual who answered the phone that she would reach out to the billing department and email me with the status of my refund.Jan 11, **** - Still waiting for an email or any type of update!

    As with almost every other complaint against this company they have failed to refund money due me. On June 26, 2023 I agreed to receive a free golf driver if I purchased 3 other clubs. There was, and continues to be, a written explicit guarantee of a refund, less shipping costs, if I did not like the clubs. The total paid was $576.56. Shipping charges were $39.95. I timely notified the company that I would like a refund. The agent convinced me to keep the clubs with a refund of 50% of the purchase price. I agreed. Almost two months went by with no refund. I again contacted the company and, after much argument, the agent finally agreed to accept return of the clubs with a full refund, less shipping costs. I was provided a return authorization number for the return box. The clubs were received by the company on October 23, 2023 at 11:23 a.m. The box was signed for by ****************. Almost two more months have expired without a refund. There has been no response to an email six days ago. I want my money back now.

    The date I was billed October 4, 2023 for the amount of $486.95. I responded to an email from GolfNow in which they were partnering with Patriot Golf and offering me to participate in a new product Launch Test Play Program. I would receive 3 free wedges and I would test 3 fairway clubs. My requirement was to test play the clubs and pay full price ($487) for the fairway clubs, with a full refund guarantee if I wasn't satisfied. I was not satisfied with the clubs. I then called Patriot golf to get a return authorization #, which took many calls over several days to get through to a rep. and when I finally get through to the sales rep., he tries to upsell his product or give a sweet deal on more clubs. After 45 minutes or so of negotiating on the phone, the rep. reluctantly gave me the return auth. #. I returned the three golf clubs (which they received in their mail room on Oct. 30,2023 @ 12:13 pm). The tracking # from the post office is 840-55001266-1-6503558-2.I have called Patriot golf on numerous occasions since they received the golf clubs and the response is always, my credit card will be credited at the end of week and I will receive a confirmation email. I've never received an email and my card has not been credited .The clubs that I tested have been at their warehouse since Oct. 30, 2023 and its now been 2 billing cycles and I haven't heard anything from Patriot golf.

    I signed up for a trial of their golf clubs and received a free driver. The way it worked was I try out a 3 club ***** set and I get to keep the driver. You had to pay for the ***** set I believe $150 each so a total of $450 if you didn't like them you could send them back and be refunded the money this was at the beginning of 2023 I believe around February or March. You had 90 days to decided on the ***** set. I decided I didn't like them and called them back to set up the return. I was told by them I would actually get more money back if i kept the clubs because they would charge me so much for restocking and shipping, which was not disclosed that I saw anywhere. They then offered me a $300 return and I kept all 4 of the clubs. I agreed but I have been waiting since before May of 2023 for the refund. I have called at least 5 times throught out the last 6 months and am either told I need to wait for the next billing cycle or they will talk to accounting and then get back to me and they never do. Early today I asked to speak to a manager and asked to stay on hold if they were busy. I was then told I would be put on a call back list and could not stay on hold. I originally spoke to someone named ******************* and I eleventh my order number was #**********. I really just want my $300 back but the $450 would be even better if possible

    Date: 8/4/2023 Charge: $635.95 Promise by the business: The test program allows you to test out a set of golf ***** and receive a free set of wedges. Upon return of the *****, if you do not wish to purchase them, a refund would be given for the price of those clubs, and you get to keep the wedges for testing and evaluating, which I completed with great detail and feedback.Dispute: when I attempted to return them, I was pressured with multiple offers to purchase them as they **** it out and tried to keep me on the phone for as long as possible without doing what I asked, which had a greater and greater discount each time I turned them down. By the end of the conversation, I agreed to purchase the test clubs for a small price each, and they promised to refund $436 to my credit card within 30 days. That was 9/14/23. I have followed up several times, and I do not believe they have any intention of refunding me. They have been extremely shady from the start, and I can now see that many others have had the same experience with online reviews and posts. I do not want them cheating others, too.Order # *****

    I responded to an offer to receive a free golf driver - that was contingent upon me trying three *****. The salesperson *** told me that if I did not like the ***** - I could return them no questions asked for a full refund. My cc was charged immediately (back on Aug. 11, 2023). The order # is *****. I did not receive clubs until Sep. 26 (almost two months later). I tested the clubs that same day and called the next day to return them for a refund. He said he could not refund $40 for shipping and if I returned the clubs I would have to pay additional shipping also. *** tried to get me to keep them and tried to get me to accept more clubs as well. I politely said no thank you. He finally agreed to refund back to me part of the money that was charged to my credit card. the refund amount I am supposed to receive is $373. I followed up with a call back and was told that the refund would take up to ********************************************************************************************************************************************* (to expedite the refund). I explained that I have been paying interest on the cc balance for over 2 months and could not afford to wait any longer. I then sent an email back to them again explaining that I could no longer afford to wait and again asked if they would please send the refund check to my home - as they agreed to. I got an email back that said they would "set up a call" with a supervisor to better assist me. I have not gotten any call. They charged my cc immediately for the money and now will not give me the refund I was assured. Please help!

    BBB of ********* I purchased a set of ***** from Patriot Golf back in March that simply did not work for me. I called and wanted to return the clubs under their warranty and guarantee. They did not want the clubs returned. We agreed that I would not return the clubs but receive a $350.00 credit and simply give them away. This agreement was made back in May, it is now October. I have called them at least five times. They have promised each time to review and issue a credit or a check. They just lie continuously. The last lie is that a check is in the que, never received.     The golf clubs I ordered were taking longer than I was told to be made and shipped so I contacted the company and spoke with ********************* and told him I'd like a refund as it's taking to long and I wouldn't even have the clubs by the time the season was over. He lied to me and said the clubs were made already but he could give me a $225 discount and I'd have the clubs by this time this week. I checked the status of my order on their website a couple days after I spoke to ****** and the order status switched from 'processing' to 'in production' and after another week of it being in production I still don't have the clubs or the refund agreed upon. I contacted them again and told them I didn't appreciate being lied to and I'd like to just cancel the order altogether but they're refusing to do so.

    Contacted them several times they said my refund would be issued within a month because they are on a monthly billing cycle. It's now been well over a month and my refund is still showing pending and has not been issued to me.

    On 7/8/2023 I purchased a set of golf clubs from Patriot Golf. I never received golf clubs. While waiting for the order to arrive I had some health issues and had to quit golfing. On 7/24/2023 I called to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel the order at that time. After several weeks I called and was told they hold the refund for 30 days and I should receive it on 8/24/2023. As of today, I still have not received the refund.

    Patriot Golf partnered with the ********************** (reputable organization) and emailed saying members "You have been preselected to receive Patriot Golfs B-2 Driver, On the House*, for participating in their new Product Launch Test Play Program". They also asked me to ******** a few other clubs. They told me it would be a big favor and that "I will need to pay for the additional clubs now and if I don't like them I send them back for a full refund. I could keep the driver as a thank you for testing." I did not like the clubs and shipped them back soon after receiving them. Unfortunately, after MANY attempts to contact them they never issue the refund ($537.95). They did respond to my complaints saying that they would resolve it but over a year has gone by and no refund. I would kindly request your assistance in helping me get the refund they owe me. Thank you.
