    Hi. I made a purchase of a driver and a fairway wood from Patriot Golf on March 15, 2025 which was a Saturday. I called them on March 17, 2025 to cancel the order and get a refund. The clubs were never made or shipped. Unfortunately for me I still haven't received my refund which was promised. The response from Patriot was I will get my refund in 1-2 billing cycles. Its May 31, ********************************************************************* buy from them again. I am not sure what my next action will be.

    I have been trying to get my refund from Patriot Golf since last June, I have been given the runaround several times. They keep telling me that they will notify me when the check is in the mail but of course there’s no call,no email and no refund. I returned the clubs on time and in great condition but I have not received the $298.00. I’m told they are going to get accounting to make a payment to me as quickly as possible. I’m reaching out to the BBB to see if we can get this resolved.

    If I could leave a 0-star review, I'd have done it. This company originally caught me on a "Free $300 Cart Bag" Promo that I received through a trusted app that I'd been using for a few years (********). The same day that I talked to them on the phone, I called back (still during their scheduled hours), and their phone lines were conveniently down for the day. I called back the following day, and told them to cancel my order as I was going to be traveling too much and wouldn't even be able to use the bag, nor the "trial" clubs they were going to send me, so I wanted my money back and my order cancelled.
    That was Feb. 3, 2025. I emailed them countless times, and kept getting the same fake, scripted apology, which was basically just them trying to keep me off their tail for a while longer. I finally had enough waiting around, and called their customer service today (4-3-25), only to get the exact same scripted BS about how they'd talk to the returns team about my order. I then asked if they could give me the phone number to speak with the returns team personally, and was told that they "don't have a public line of contact". Probably the smartest business decision they've made.
    It took 2 months, multiple emails, a threat to introduce my lawyer, and a 20 minute phone call to my card company to FINALLY get my money reimbursed. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

    Just another customer (veteran as well) that fell for this company's scam.Clubs returned in November and now it's been almost a full 3 months with no refund.(Also never received the "Free Golf" ***** as was described in the initial promotion)Would highly discourage anyone for involving themselves with this business.And as a Veteran myself, somewhat offended of their use of supporting Veterans. Regardless of their association with the ***************, it would be better if they were a quality company first and a philanthropist second.

    My complaint could be copied verbatim from the previous review from (myrl f)! Veterans Beware: This is a company that sells golf products to veterans with a patriotic disguise! I have been waiting for my refund since 22 December 2024. The customer service representatives are well trained to tell you that you will receive your refund in 24 to 72 hours but that never happens. ~ gary f

    Customer sent clubs back on 12-31-2024.  We ask for 2 billing cycles to process refunds and did in fact meet that deadline as we refunded customer on 2/7/2024.

    FRAUD. They tell you you can play with the clubs and then you can return it for your money back but you never get the refund. I returned my clubs 2 months ago and still have no refund. When I reach out to the customer service I get an automated response saying the credit should be appear on the credit card statement.

    Extreme dissatisfaction with ****** Tall, the useless supervisor I have spoken with I have record of each conversation 10+ calls dating back to 8/8 of 2024. Answer was always you will be refunded in the upcoming billing cycle. So Id wait no problem. It is now January 16, 2025 and a week ago ****** claims it will now be a mailed check from corporate because it has been over 6 months since my initial TRIAL, not PURCHASE. Um **** I requested my refund 5 MONTHS AGO, so that is you and corporates fault not mine. He took zero accountability for not doing his job and blamed higher **** When I asked where to go from here he hung up the phone on me. What a useless, classless, brainless, pathetic person you have working for you. I want to receive my refund the same way I paid, NOT A CHECK. You guys lied to me and apparently I am not the only one- In fact, every review on here had had the same issue. Cant believe these kinds of people exist, American owned veteran owned my a**

    You are most correct and we apologize for the lack of follow through. A refund was mailed on 3-3-2025 from the Ca corporate office. We are unable to refund a credit card if it goes over the 6 months from date of original charge, which had we processed this on time, wouldn't have been a problem. However, we dropped the ball and apologize for the frustration.

    Same as all these otherswas told refund would be processed in 1-2 billing cycles. Multiple months later, nothing so emailed and supervisor called stating it would be done within 5 days and an email confirmation. Still nothing. Scam, fraud, whatever you want to call it, other than the fact that you do actually get clubs. Knew it was probably too good to be true, but figured Id give it a shot and has been a huge mistake so far. Initial payment was in 8/2024 and still no refund.

    What a bunch of scam artists! This company needs to be shut down ****. I of course got sucked into this like everyone else. I was offered a free driver, putter, *****, etc... and all I had to do was demo some fairway *****. I got the e-mail from Golf Now so I figured it was legit. They said they had a no questions 45 day full refund if I didn't like the clubs. So I thought it would be worth it to try them out and maybe even buy the clubs. However, three days after ordering I started looking more into Patriot Golf. I read these reviews on the BBB and decided I would cancel my order before they even shipped me anything. Therefore I would not have to fight to get any refunds. They told me immediately there would be no problem to cancel. It was a smooth process. They said they just had to get a different service *** on the phone. I was then transferred to a very strong/good salesperson. I knew what was going to happen from the previous reviews. He continued to knock money off my initial price and honestly I would have accepted but I had already made my mind up that this company is ****. So I politely declined all three of his "Amazing" offers. He then said the money would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I asked to get an e-mail confirmation of this as well to which he said he would send out. This conversation took place on 11/04/24 and here we are 11/29/2004. I have yet to receive any e-mail confirmation and obviously have not received my refund. I was charged $555.38 and it has been almost a month since I was promised my refund. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LYING!!!!!!
