    My complaint is just like the other that I can see below this message. In 11/23 I called for a free golf bag and was told I had to test/buy 3 of their woods for I think $191.00 each in order to get the free bag. After waiting for weeks for delivery and hearing from them about supply chain delays I finally got the clubs and the bag. I tried the clubs on an indoor range for 2 weeks and hated them. I lost distance and had a terrible slice with all 3 clubs. I called Customer Service and got a sales closer that made every offer in the books to try to get me to keep the clubs, even at a large discount as other complaints have stated. This guy would not take no for an answer even as I told him time and time again that I couldn't hit them so it would be a waste of money to keep them. He finally relenred and gave me a Return Authorization number to atteched to the return. I packed up the clubs in the same box I received them in and returned them at my expense(over $50) in early December. I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my account, almost a year later. I have written several emails to Patriot Golf explaining and saking for my refund. I have yet to get a reply from them. All they di dwas to remove me from their mailin list as I have not received any emails from them since this all happened. I was receiving emails every month up until then. Terrible way to treat a veteran.

    Accepted their offer for a "free" sand wedge. When I called to accept the offer, they said I had to try and rate a set of ***** (Driver, 3 wood, 5 wood). I told them I didn't need any of those clubs as I'd just purchased a new set. They insisted on the trial and rating to get the free wedge.I gave them my CC number, and they charged my card. I got a notice of order received, then nothing. I saw the charge on my credit card which upset me since I had no shipping info on the clubs. As a result, I called to cancel my order on Monday, Nov. 18. They said I had to talk to a specific department, and that the hold time was 30 minutes or longer. I agreed to a call back. As of today, I have received no call. I emailed them to say I wanted to cancel my order, their response said I had to call a specific number. I called that number for the second time today (Nov 21) at 10:37 AM and again was told I had to talk to a specific department and that the hold time was 30 minutes. As of 3:00 PM, I have not received a return call to either of my calls.I then emailed them again and explained I was having a problem getting to the right department and got an email in return telling me to call the number (which I've already called twice). I'm simply trying to cancel my order, which has not been shipped yet, and get a refund of the charge on my credit card.

    Customer is correct in that he placed custom order on 10-25-2024 and changed mind on 11-18-2024, after order was built and scheduled to ship 11-21-2024. Unfortunately he did call 2 times to speak with CS and was put on a CB que, that resulted in him waiting until 11-25-2024 to actually speak with someone. Although we try to provide timely customer support to everyone, it appears this customer waited longer then we intended. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.

    After reviewing their response, I wanted to give you my perspective on the issue. I responded to an offer of a "free" sand wedge via phone call on October 25, 2024. Their **** ***, said that it was required that I accept a driver and 2 fairway ***** to test in order to get the "free" wedge. My response was that I had just added a new driver and fairway ***** from *** and did not want and would not keep their clubs. Nevertheless, I promised to test them before sending them back. They immediately charged my credit card for $498, excluding tax. They told me that 3 weeks was the standard time to build and send the clubs. On 10/25/24 I received an e-mail saying due to supply chain issues, there would be a 1 - 2 week delay in my order. On 11/18/24 I received an e-mail saying to due supply chain and labor shortages, they would be a delay in sending the clubs. I called twice on 11/21 saying I wanted to cancel the order, and was promised a return call. I called twice on 11/25 and asked to cancel the order, and was promised a return call. As of today (12/1/2024) I have not received any of the promised return calls. I wanted to cancel the order because my local course closed for the season on November 24, so I could not test the clubs and didn't want to just send them back unopened when they arrived. I have, finally (11/25,second call), gotten through to the correct department/person to cancel my order and request a refund of my money. They promised to process a refund. I have not received it as of today. They have now kept my money for over a month, I'm hoping it gets returned as promptly as they collected it back in October.

    This company, which apparently uses multiple addresses, continues to scam their customers. I discovered after having a problem trying to get the refund I was owed, that this is a common complaint with the BBB. They offer test golf clubs for a trial and although you need to pay for them in advance, you are guaranteed a full refund if requested within 45 days. The total cost was $447.00 plus ***** shipping = $486.95. I called them withing the 45 days because I was very dissatisfied with the product. A gentleman by the name of ****** offered me an alternative for a $250 refund and I can keep the clubs. I accepted the offer but am sorry I did so as i find the clubs useless. In any case I have made numerous calls and was constantly told the check was either scheduled for preparation or already prepared and will me mailed within a week.The last call was three weeks ago and still no refund. I would really like my entire refund and are hopeful that the BBB can secure my refund as you have done many times in the past. I suggest that if you see this is a constant issue with this company that the department of consumer affairs be advised. Thank you for any help you can provide. *** ******

    Do not get bamboozled by the outfit. They disgrace the terms Patriot, Golf, and Veteran! Like many before me I regret doing business with this organization. I bought into the Free Driver and 3 Hybrids for $500. If you don't like the hybrids, return them for a full refund, and keep the driver on us. What has followed is pure Horse Hockey! I dutifully tried the clubs and honestly did not like any of them. I called to return them and was told, look keep them all and we will credit your credit card account $250. I figured a 50% loss was better than the whole thing, so I accepted the offer on 4 August 2024. 15 days later the account had not be credited. I emailed Customer Service and they confirmed that a credit was authorized, but would not appear on my credit cart until the end of the billing cycle. I gave them the remaining month of August and all of September to get the credit applied, something that takes reputable companies 3 days to complete. After three more emails to Customer Service and today (19 Oct 2024) there is still no credit to my account. I am convinced they are just corporate crooks who don't care about customer or an F-Rating from the BBB. We should all band together and take them to Small Claims Court and teach them a lesson.

    Horrid bait & switch sales tactics... Agreed to demo some clubs in exchange for a free wedge set... Big mistake, charged my a so-called deposit on my credit card $502. I canceled the order the very next day, salesmen continued to pressure me and I said no thanks just cancel the demo now please. 4 weeks later I've started a credit card dispute because they have failed to return my money. Someone should take these people into small claims court

    Patriot Golf and the employees that I have talked on the phone with are a complete and utter disappointment. I am a 20 year Navy veteran and was happy to support a business that supports and promotes our veterans. like so many others before me, I participated in a 45 day trial of 3 hybrid clubs in exchange for a free driver and a mystery club (5 wood). I tried one of the hybrid clubs and was not impressed so I called to get return authorization and was met with a myriad of reasons why I should keep all three clubs at a reduced price along with matching head covers and a refund. Needless to say I never received the refund or headcovers. After months of waiting I called again, and again, and again with the same results; accounting will be mailing out checks on Monday and I will get a email letting me know "my check is in the mail". After getting the run around again, I decided that had enough and got authorization to return the three hybrid clubs for a refund of $477..This has been going on since the end of 2023 and it will soon be 2025. How can they continue to refuse and/or grossly delay overdue refunds. I paid over $100. to return ship the clubs April 20, 2024. HELP!

    Patriot golf told us we would be refunded $378 back in June 2024 after being offered a money back guarantee. They have repeatedly told us it would be on the next billing cycle and it is now October. You can not talk to anyone past the person that answers the phone and they tell you its been turned over to accounting. This wont let you picks no star review so we had to give them the one they dont deserve.
