    Agreed to demo clubs in June. I finally got them in August. Before leaving on vacation the end of August I called to return them as not a fan. After a lengthy call, I agreed to keep them and take a partial refund and pass them along to someone. A month later I called again for my refund. Its been 6 weeks and 6 calls. I finally spoke with a manager who yet again has promised to process my refund today. I wont recommend this business to anyone!

    The customer placed order in amount of $399 +S&H $39.95 on June 7th, 2022. Customer was quoted approx 4 weeks for shipping. Due to supply and labor issues vexing vast sectors of our economy we realized the quoted shipping time would not be met and proactively emailed, advising it would be another few weeks. Customer sent email to cancel on 7/19/2019. We reached out on 7/19/2022 and 7/22/2022 leaving messages and eventually clubs shipped on 7/29/2022. Customer was upset about the shipment and we offered to let her keep the clubs at this deeply discounted rate. Customer agreed. Unfortunately, this partial refund did not get processed in a timely manner and customer was not wanting to keep clubs for discount but return all together. Refund in amount of $279 was done on 11/18/2022. We apologize for dropping the ball and wish the customer the best.

    I cannot speak to the quality of their products. I fell for the "free driver" promotion and agreed to ordering 3 other clubs at their "wholesale bargain pricing" of $166/club for a total order valuation of $537 including shipping. I changed my mind soon after placing the order and that's when all the fun began. I called consistently each week for refund updates because a simple order cancelation shouldn't take weeks to issue refund. Essentially Patriot Golf was holding my money hostage for no reason, while they continued to blame my bank for taking so long to post the credit to my card. They didn't make my products so there was no cost of custom clubs incurred. I know this because of an email I got from them indicating that my club production was delayed due to product and labor shortages and that is when I decided to cancel my order. They tried telling me that refunds are issued on the following billing cycle which is always 30 days after an order is canceled, which makes no sense. I spoke to various customer care people over the course of a month and there was zero change to the message. Everything is "approved" and it must be my bank's fault that I haven't received my refund. I would simply say to anyone thinking of working with Patriot Golf that Buyer Beware! You get what you pay for and there are far too many proven golf product manufacturers out there that you should consider before Patriot Golf. Buy end of season clubs or refurbished clubs if you're just getting started. You'll be much happier with your experience using TaylorMade or Ping or Callaway if things don't work out for you! Hopefully if you are reading this message, it is BEFORE you choose to work with Patriot Golf. If it is after you order their gear, like I did, you might find out too late that you are in for a rough ride! Good luck.

    We appreciate the customer's interest and regret that he left our interaction with an unfavorable experience. Nonetheless we strongly disagree with his version of events. The customer ordered the product on September 28, 2022. and was quoted approx 4 weeks for shipping. Due to supply and labor issues vexing vast sectors of our economy we realized the quoted shipping time would not be met and proactively emailed, advising him it would be another few weeks. He then called customer service to cancel on Oct 26, 2022. The refund was processed November 8, 2022.. He called back on Oct 15, 2022 stating he did not yet see the credit on his statement. We advised if not yet reflected in his account it would be soon, as once merchants issue credits it may take a few business days to post. This delay in posting is common, easily verifiable, and not our issue. If the customer looked again he would have seen that the credit posted to his account on November 8, 2022, as we stated. To sum up, we took the order in good faith, emailed verifications and updates, answered his calls and attended to his request in an immediate manner. In every step of the process we valued the customer's interest, time and feelings and would have done so regardless of this bluster. . Despite best intentions and efforts we are not perfect and, as our profile reflects, when we make mistakes, we want to be accountable. However, BBB complaints are harmful to our business and threaten the livelihoods of all who work here. We are aware that things out of our control such as supply and labor issues are affecting customers. . We want to be fair and cultivate long-term and loyal customers. As it stands, since we have the logs and transactional data that back up our story, we will consider the matter closed and wish the customer the best.

    I just got into golf last year and decided to get a full patriot set due receiving a free driver and then a free wedge set with purchase of *****. The begging of this season the driver head came off on a routine tee shot, the 6iron head is loose, and on top of that the pitching wedge head flew off while at the range yesterday. To make things better, I still receive calls from them trying push more poorly made product after even saying to take me off the call list

    In reviewing both orders, there are no notes about any of these clubs needing to be repaired or replaced. We would gladly stand behind our warrantee had customer only reached out. ******************** complaints are harmful to our business and threaten the livelihoods of all who work here. We believe in our product and our mission and are working tirelessly to get all the wrinkles out and provide a seamless experience moving forward for all.

    The company took my money immediately, then it took over a month and half to receive my order. They clubs they s ent were not what I ordered so I sent them back (I paid shipping). Then when I asked for a refund in early August they stated it would appear on the next billing cycle (September). It is now almost November, and when I called they stated my refund was in process. The same thing they told me in August. When I called in august, they tried to give me other clubs to offset the the money I sent them. I said I wanted my money back, nothing.

    Customer signed up to participate in test play on 6/15/2022. The offer consisted of custom fairway ***** to test and a free custom driver to keep. Due to supply and labor issues vexing vast sectors of our economy we realized the quoted shipping time would not be met and proactively emailed, advising him it would be another few weeks. Clubs shipped on 8/8/2022, however, to the dismay of all, had the wrong shaft flex. Clubs came back on 9/8/2022. Refund was processed on 10/25/2022. We apologize for the less than favorable experience and wish the best for customer.

    Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Had to call multiple times to follow up on the purchase of golf clubs. Each time I called I was promised delivery. After 6 weeks, I cancelled my order and was told I would receive an email and my refund would be processed in 3-4 days. After a second call and subsequent unkept promise I had to dispute with my credit card company to get resolution. I will never do business with this company again.

    Although we strive to provide excellent customer service to all, we are not always able to stop delays. When customer ordered on 9/2/2022, we stated 3 to 4 weeks. Although we were 1 or 2 weeks behind, the customer was kept in the loop. However, despite our best efforts to adhere to timeline, we fell behind and customer cancelled on 10/6/2022. Refund processed 10/18/2022. We apologize customer had less that expected experience and wish them the best.

    Company took my money immediately but nothing shipped or contact from the company in 21 days. I called and after several days received a return phone call and he basically refused to cancel my order, said they would discount $100 and they would ship in a week. No credit to my account and no shipping confirmation. Cancelled after a month and no further contact or refund from the company in 30 days. Had to file a CC dispute. Will never do business with Patriot Gold again and could never recommend them.

    Clubs were okay. Where my displeasure with this company comes from is in receiving my refund. Several emails and phone calls and NOTHING! Been trying to communicate for months...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    Customer signed up to test play 3 custom built fairway ***** on 3/16/2022. A complimentary Driving iron was included in order. Clubs shipped on 4/21/2022. Customer call to send them back on 6/27/2022. Clubs were received at warehouse on 6/30/2022 and he kept the complimentary club as agreed. Unfortunately we dropped the ball on refund and it wasn't' processed until 8/31/2022. Customer is completely correct that we didn't get refund processed in a timely manner. Aside from acknowledging where we fell short in service, advising we have corrected the error and offering whatever we can within reason to make it up to him we are not sure what else we as a company can do. We will consider the matter closed and with the customer the best.

    This company must be having financial issues as my refund process has been going on since 7-12-22. Been lied to and given numerous statements its in the system for refund. Heard this 3 times, most recently yesterday. Always told its in the system. Also told when it does come back to it will be dated 8-15-22. Makes no sense to anyone, especially for someone who has worked in banking and finance for over 35 years. You can't talk to anyone higher than the person you get on the phone. Well trained to state the same script of any one who finally takes your call, "its in the system and nothing you can do about it. This company is a disgrace to any solider who wears the uniform today or yesterday in protecting our county. The company ownership here should be deeply ashamed of themselves. I wish the company was located in ***** as I would take them to court!

    I believe this company is a total scam! I, like many others, wish to honor our veterans and the service they have provided our country. Therefore, if this was a veteran supporting and veteran hiring company, I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered the "deal" of the free driver if I would try the 3,5,7 metal/*****. The "wholesale" price for each "metal/wood" was $ ****** for a total cost for the three clubs of $ ******. I placed the order on 4/8/2022 and finally received the clubs on 5/25/2022. Of course, my credit card was charged for the entire amount on 4/8/2022. I used the clubs several times on the range and, since I play 2-3 times a week, also used them in several rounds. The metal/***** were "ok" but not a good fit and after the test period, I preferred my old clubs better. I fully complied with the, "unconditional 45 day money back guarantee" and called for a return authorization. Had a very heated discussion with a high pressure salesman who tried to make several "deals" so I would keep the clubs and they would keep my money. He reluctantly provided a return code. Shipped the 3 clubs back in the original box and packing on 6/22/2022 with a confirmed *** delivery on 6/24/2022. Order is listed on their web site as "pending return". I have made several calls and was told the accounting department would process the return. She stated, "I'll check with accounting and she would call me back with the details"...no return call! Still waiting for my refund. They don't seem to answer their phones...just ************** BAD...BAD...this is false advertising and dishonoring to veterans. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer decided to return on 6/22/2022 and the clubs were back in warehouse on 6/24/2022. Unfortunately, refund was not processed until 8/8/2022. We apologize for the delay. Although we strive to provide excellent customer service to all, we do make mistakes. . We want to be fair and cultivate long-term and loyal customers. We wish this customer the best.

    Was talked into ordering clubs in September 2021. Waited for 4 months, no clubs, no correspondence from Patriot Golf. Called and requested a refund in January 2022. Was promised a refund in 2 weeks. I called Patriot golf no less than 3 times, and was promised a refund check would be coming soon each time. 6 months after the order was cancelled, still no refund. It has been 10 months of either waiting for the clubs or waiting for my $585 refund. After I called a 4th time, and more complaints, I was promised a check would be sent that day. The check has arrived, now Im worried it will bounce. Forget about Patriot Golf. They are a waste of time and bordering on consumer fraud. They take your money and never ship anything.

    The customer is completely correct that we processed this order and that it subsequently and thoroughly fell through the cracks. Furthermore, he is correct in saying when he called to cancel the order that we did not immediately issue a refund. The original charge had occurred so long ago that the bank through which we processed the order was no longer in use by our company. We did indeed drop the ball on issuing the refund in a timely manner. In our defense we will state that when the customer did call to cancel that we were available for that call and did so without issue and that when he made his subsequent call to bring that to our attention the refund was not issued, the funds were disbursed. We appreciate the customer's concern as to the check clearing considering his history with us and can only respond that we have never been insufficient on any payment of any kind in our two years of operation. We have admitted our mistakes to this customer and have offered everything from discounts to free products in addition to his refund to make things right and he has declined every attempt at repaying him for his time and inconvenience. Aside from acknowledging where we fell short in service, advising we have corrected the error and offering whatever we can within reason to make it up to him we are not sure what else we as a company can do. If the customer would be so kind as to call us after his refund clears to once again ****** the subject of restitution for poor service we would gladly take the call and offer to do whatever we can within reason to make this right.
