  I ordered and received Driver, 3-5-7 wood and putter in a timely manner. I love the fitting and perfect grips. **************** is great and the price was great.

  I ordered a set of hybrids with a free driver from Patriot Golf. First I was scared because of all the reviews they have but once I got my clubs I was very happy! they are amazing and look very nice. Everyone is very friendly

  I signed up to do the test play with the free driver. I was told the clubs would be delivered in 4 weeks but 4 weeks later my order was still processing so I decided to cancel and get my refund. That was over 30 days ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called multiple times and have was assured it would be in my account within the 30 days and that I would be receiving an email with the date of when to expect my refund. I am still waiting on an email and I still do not have my refund. Be very careful when doing business with this company. They sound super sweet and represent a good cause but the way they go about handling your money is very sketchy.

  On 12/1/2022, customer signed up to test play & evaluate 3 custom built fairway ***** and to receive a free custom built driver for her participation. On Dec 6th, customer called to cancel and then changed mind on Dec 9th and wanted to stay in test play. On Dec 28th, customer again cancelled as it had been 18 days and no clubs had arrived. We attempted to compensate the delay with additional product and discounts. None of which was accepted and customer was refunded on 2/1/2023. We apologize that customer was unhappy and wish she had allowed ** to keep her as we pride ourselves on excellent product, service and purpose. We have closed the file and wish customer the best.

  Be very careful!!!! While the quality of the clubs are acceptable, should you desire to return them you will find it impossible to receive a refund. I have just had to file a complaint with the state ************************ in order to try to get my refund which is now 6 months after I returned the clubs. Twice I have been told that the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. Neither time has this been accurate. Perhaps the ** will have better success.

  I didn't like the clubs, contacted them and got a return authorized. I mailed the clubs and they said "For all returns we quote the next billing cycle, 30 days from the time the clubs are back. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an automatic email from accounting. It should go back to the card that was originally charged." I have emailed numerous times asking for an update. My return was delivered to them on October 30, 2022. It has now been 3 months and still no refund.

  Customer is correct. They placed order on 7/12/2022 which included 3 custom built ***** to test and a set of 3 custom built wedges for participating. Order shipped on 9-9-22. Customer called to return 10/11/2022. Clubs were back on 10/31/2022. We sent refund check on 1/272023. Although we strive to provide the best service possible, things do slip through the cracks. We apologize that the customer waited longer then normal and wish her the best.

  I answered an email offering ABSOLUTELY FREE short game wedges if I agreed to try some new equipment for 45 days. I asked the salesman how much my credit card would be charged and he said ******. I check an email with my order number and find a shipping charge for *****. This was never mentioned in the ad or when I spoke to the salesman. The ad said "absolutely free" and there was no disclaimer about any kind of fees or shipping costs. I felt misled so I called to cancel and I get nothing but the runaround. ******** ********* never calls back. To use the word Patriot in their company name is a disgrace. These people are nothing but thieves and scam artists!

  Customer is correct 100%. We dropped the ball on this order. He ordered 1/13/23. They then called to cancel on 1/17/22. We agreed to knock down the cost of the clubs and refunded him that difference on 1/18/2023. He then sent a letter to cancel his order on or around 2/28/23 which was not properly handled. On 5/7/23 we received an email with very choice words and a demand for refund. This request fell on a time that Patriot had changed banks for its merchant account from the smaller local bank we were using to a larger and more established institution in an effort to protect both ourselves and our customers. His original charge was processed on a closed account and as such we could no longer issue refund directly to his credit card. The system also showed a previous refund ( for the original $48 refunded) and was not submitting the request correctly. We did send him a check for the balance of his money on 7/21/23. We apologize for the delays and frustrations this caused and wish them all the best.

  Well, I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last. As you can read below, I cancelled my order with *** just two days after the order and he said the order would be credited back to my credit card. On 12.23.22, I called and talked to a '********' and after telling her I wanted a refund asap as I had to replace my hot water tank and needed the credit immediately on my cc. While describing my dilemma, I heard her say in a low tone, "Ohhh God.." - is this how you treat customers???? I told her I'd give her til next day then I'll contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. She said she would have ********* expedite the credit. I actually waited until the next day to see if the credit had been processed.. Nope. To this day, NO credit has been issued. I'm going to be writing a review on ****** and explaining my experience with Patriot Golf and I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to do so.Remove me from your list and I'll be doing the same with my email listing your company as SPAM.I hope you find a better way to do business and please don't tell me/us that you help the veterans.. that's despicable.If I could give a -5 million star, I would!!!

  ordered 12/12/2022 cancelled 12/14/022 refund 1/7/2023 Customer is correct. On 12/12/22 they signed up to test play 4 custom clubs and would receive a free custom set of wedges for participating. Customer then cancelled 12/14/22. 12/22/22, 6 days later, customer stated he was going to dispute the charge as he felt it was taking too long to process. He did and we accepted the dispute. So he had his refund within 6 days of cancelling, however still chose to complain about ** to the BBB. In regards to presuming that one of our customer service girls was referring to him when overhearing her say " Oh my God", is unrealistic. We strive to provide excellent customer service to everyone. We don't always get it right but we most certainly give our best.

  I canceled my 2 orders with Patriot Golf back in November 4 and they owe me $637.48 and they keep giving me a big round said I would get my money back 24 to 72 hours and that was 3 weeks ago and I called them and now they are telling me another 24 to 72 hours that I have to wait on my money. This is a bunch of bull c*** it didn't take them 2 months to take the money out of my account. They could have returned my money to me after I canceled my 2 orders but they wouldn't give me my money back. I will never ever do business with Patriot Golf again because they are the worse company I have ever dealt with.

  Although we strive to provide an excellent experience to all our customers, sometimes we drop the ball. This customer is correct. He placed 2 separate orders on 10/12/2022 and 10 /19 /2022. We had some internal delays that held up his shipping. He cancelled on 11/3/2022. Unfortunately we dropped the ball and his refund took longer then it should have. He was refunded on 12/29/2022 for both orders. Throughout the time of this, we made several attempts to make it right. To accommodate the wait with free product but to no avail. Customer threatened ******************** and was not interested in letting ** make amends. As it stands, we will consider the case closed and wish customer the best.
