      I had an issue with the motherboard on my electric locking mechanism. I contacted Cannon's customer service (Toni) via their Chat feature on the website. Toni was extremely helpful, walked me the trouble shooting steps, was very patient waiting for me to find the required information (and keys to the safe that I thought I lost). Once we identified the issue, the parts were ordered and instructions provided with no hassles or extra hoops to jump through.

      Customer service was great, The support tech was very helpful and was patient with me as I am of the Baby Boomer generation, so tech. does not come easy for me! He was very helpful to get the info he needed to get repairs started.

      Customer service was a bit slow at first. They only take email and jpegs to get claims started. The safe was totaled in a house fire. This is fine if you are computer savvy. I'm in my seventies and not really comfortable doing things online. Finally got it touch with Romeo ******* c.s. representative. He helped me through the process. Five stars to him.
