    I signed up For this service on line. Try it for a $1 for one week the. ***** per month. Before the first week ended I tried to cancel my subscription to find out you had to Do over phone. Once I got number I have called 5 times in two Months. Every time I got put on hold to be disconnected each time. Hence I have paid twice the $***** and dont want this subscription. I want my membership Ca celes and a full refund.

    Signed up for the 1 week trial period and got automatically signed up for the full package and was automatically upgraded to a more expensive package without my direct consent. I called and they were able to give me a courtesy refund, which was a fraction of the total amount I paid. The automatic enrollment system is incredibly predatory.

    I contacted them letting them know that I was not and had not been utilizing the service for a long while and to stop charging my card every month. With that being said, I assumed that I was being charged when I did not authorize it. So I contacted my bank to stop the charges! When I spoke to someone on 5/17 he stated the rep prior to, could have cancelled the service for a duration of time (which would have been perfectly fine for me) and I would have been able to pick up again when I was ready. They should have been clear about that when I called initially! They confirmed that I contacted them on 1/11/23. This was after I noticed another debit & after reviewing my bank account from the Mobile App, I noticed they had debited my account on these dates; 10/24/2022, 10/17/2022, 10/11/2022, 8/23/2022, 1/06/2023. After I contacted them on 1/11 they debited my card AGAIN on these dates; 3/17/2023, 3/18/2023, 3/24/2023. After further research and for my own clarity and confirmation, On 12/24/2022 BofA emailed me stating they suspected suspicious debit card activity from IdentityIQ and showing that they Declined their payment. It wasnt until I contacted the bank to file the claim on April 4, 2023 and reported the charges as fraud. BofA emailed me on 3/24/2023 AND on 4/04/2023 stating Your Recurring Payments to IIQ*IDENTITYIQ.COM has been canceled. (This to me would indicate they may have tried to debit my account again.) It wasnt UNTIL BofA did a Stop Payment, that I received a notice of cancellation from IdentityIQ on 3/24/2023 via email. I spoke with IdentityIQ and they confirmed I called in on 1/11/2023 regarding the constant charges. She said they gave me 1 refund after we got off the phone. Which I never asked for. Further proves my point, they REFUSED to cancel my membership! They then charged my card 3 additional times AFTER I called on 1/11/23. 3/17/2023, 3/18/2023, 3/24/2023. IDENTITYIQ IS A SCAM! Not to mention customer service is RUDE AND DISMISSIVE

    I was trying for days to cancel my contract. They would let the phone ring for a long time. Today they withdrew the money from my account and i called and waited until they picked up. Its took over 20 minutes to get to someone and they said I can not get my refund. I dont see why i can not get my refund if i tried my best to stop this from coming out. They dont allow you to stop it. You have to call them to stop it. I need my refund. I should not be punish because they could not pick up the phone. I called Idenitity and told them its not my fault they did not pick up.

    I paid was talked into paying Identity IQ $1 and they gave the choice of paying over $600 that I dont owe or give them $170 to remove something I dont owe or personal information to get out of this which I believe is fraud!!

    I signed up for a limited one week trial through IdentityIQ for $1 - I lapsed on the week I had to cancel my service & forgot and when I saw a pending charge of 34.99$ on my account today (5/17/23) I remembered I needed to cancel.First of all, I was able to sign up via online services, but unable to cancel online. After realizing it was a mandatory call in to cancel, I did. After sitting on hold for a short time a representative answered.She gave me the standard spiel that I was going to miss out on benefits, I advised I wanted to cancel regardless. She then informed me that all of my services would end immediately. I'll be charged 35$ for a month's worth of service that I called to cancel the same day of activation. I'd really prefer a refund. I've never heard of a subscription company that refuses to render services that are already paid for. If I cancel my Hulu today, I'd still receive the service I paid for.I cannot emphasize how much I do not want to be charged for a service that I'm unable to utilize. If I'm not able to access the services, I want my money back. I don't think it's fair of them to charge me for a service we have mutually agreed to cancel.

    Ive never heard of these people and they took $3.00 from me initially and have now taken $29.99. Ive seen a bunch of other people say the same. I never ever signed up, not even through a third party and I dont understand how they got my bank info.

    I signed up with MyScoreIQ for a free credit report. They charge you $1 for a trial period and then $24.95.I want to cancel my subscription but there is not an option to do so online. They require you to call in and speak with a representative. I have been calling consistently and I never get a live representative on the line. They put on hold for a rep and while waiting in the queuethe call is randomly disconnected. Its as if someone answers the phone and hangs up so that you never speak with a representative. I want my subscription cancelled and my payment information removed from my account. There is no number to contact someone on the website. I found it by reading through complaints about this company online at bettercompany.com
