    Advertising/Sales Issue:When searching my LLC (Studio Rverie) on ******* Bizapedia reveals my personal information such as home address and other information including my first middle and last name that should not be available to the public. This is a serious invasion of privacy and potential threat as a business owner. These personal details should not be coming up in internet searches when searching the business. I request at the least that my personal information, full name and address, is removed. This entire *** should be deleted for potential privacy issues.     Hello, I have closed my business/corporation. I frequently search my business name on sites such as ****** to see what comes up. I discovered that the company Bizapedia displays my personal information such as my home address, First, Middle and Last name along with my company registered / principal agent name and address (which is also myself). I want this company to remove my name and address completely from their website ASAP! I do not authorize them to use my personal information in any kind of way. This is not a safe practice for any business to broadcast such personal information in any way.

    want my personal information removed from their website. The 'current' information shows a personal address as there is NO business address for the **** I registered in August of 2022. The only thing this site does is really adveristing my name and address without my permission. We have had multiple occurrences of strange vehicles and people to our home and has my wife and child scared because of this. I will also be contacting my attorney in the event they do NOT remove my personal address from theyre website. They have NO authorization and I have contacted my state and they have had NO contact from Bizapedia, before they use this excuse for publishing my PERSONAL INFORMATION. There will be a cease and desist sent to them and I also would like the BBB to address this situation as it is in line with every other small business who seem to be having this happen to them!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is an automated and/or the exact same response they give every complaint towards this matter. I have contacted my state, and there is no record of Bizopedia contacting my state government on my business. If this company had contacted my state authority, they would have known that there is no official business address for my company!  They are listing PRIVATE information, including a private address, about myself on their website which is putting my family in ***** way. With the amount of strange people coming to my private residence because of Bizopedia displaying my personal information makes them liable as no other company, INCLUDING ******* displays my personal address on my business. If this information on your website is not redacted or deleted, I will be filing a lawsuit and a cease and desist letter will be sent to Bizopedia. I would like the BBB to keep all correspondence of this issue on record and try to resolve this matter before further action may need to be taken.

    I have two (2) listings on the Bizapedia website that shows my personal information. I need both listings removed. The company has been dissolved for decades and is no longer relevant, yet my personal information is displayed on Bizapedia for all to see. I attempted to request a removal of my personal information on the Bizapedia website myself, but the Bizapedia website wanted me to create an account to do so. I'm not going to do that. Please remove my info from your website or at the very least, hide my info.     I am rejecting this response because: All three (3) urls still display my personal information in the Bizapedia website's tabs, and the titles and descriptions of all search engine results. Please remove my personal information from the Bizapedia website's tabs, page titles and descriptions so that my personal information doesn't appear in the Bizapedia website's tabs and the search engine results. The deletion of my personal information in the page titles and descriptions within the Bizapedia website will remove my name and address from the Bizapedia website tabs, the search engine result titles, and the search engine result descriptions from all search engine results. If Bizapedia insists that search results are not controlled by Bizapedia and there is nothing further you are able to do to hasten the search engines update or removal, I'll wait until the update happens to revisit my response. Thanks for hiding/removing some of my personal information.
