I have a TM after my NearerBeing name. I also have a Trade Name Certificate for this name. If this isn't removed I will proceed with a lawsuit. I will wait 3 business days. Set Firm.   and any further damages from posting my information will be a liable to Bizapedia. That is this business's choice for financial risk

  On 09/19/2024 at 1:40pm, It appears that Bizapedia did remove my personal information associated with NearerBeing in the Search Engine Optimization Results web page. Thank you for understanding. I appreciate you being concerned that I have experienced a great deal of identity theft using my personal information. Most recently, on 09/18/2024, someone attempted to use my identity using my full name by creating an email account. I have had student loans "billed" in my name in the amount of ******+ and more occurences. This is why I take my personal information seriously. I wish your business and advertising well.   Bizapedia is displaying personal information online including my name, wifes name, and address without our consent. I established an LLC in 2020 via LegalZoom that was immediately dissolved because we decided not to use it. My request is to please take down this information IMMEDIATELY as it is not accurate and violating privacy. I have provided a screenshot from ********* where it states dissolved. I have tried submitting an opt-out directly with Bizapedia but it asks for a URL of the business that I never had/established. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a real person.   I am a physician and am in the process of opening my new practice Big Sky **** Aging . My company is not open yet but will be very soon open to seeing patients. I created my LLC Big Sky **** Aging last year before I had leased my office. Hence , the original address associated with my practice /LLC was my personal home address . I have since updated my LLC in the Secretary of State of Georgia with my new office address . The current address registered with the state of Georgia is my business address ***************************************************. This needs to be updated IMMEDIATELY with Bizapedia as multiple medical people have googled me and ended up at my home based on Bizapedia!!!!   I have attempted to "email" BIZAPEDIA for several hours this morning to remove my PERSONAL information from this website. NONE of the contact attempts even seem to go through to be processed in an attempt to address my complaint. My business PO Box is listed for his purpose and it is unethical and potentially dangerous to have any further information available to the public. PLEASE REMOVE MY PRIVATE INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY.
