    My PERSONAL INFORMATION EXPOSED WITHOUT CONSENT - BIZAPEDIA. My Name, address, phone and email for my registered business with the State of Florida is being shown on the Bizapedia website and shows up in a ****** search for my business name. I HAVE NOT authorized my personal information to be listed. My information is under Salty Birch Laser. The website stated to fill out a form and consent to some janky information, which I don't trust consenting to, for them to remove the personal info. I have read where people have done this, signed their contract and nothing happened. I want it removed immediately. I'm very concerned that my personal info is listed for EVERYONE to see! THIS IS DOXXING AND THIS LAW stated here will be enforced. *******, or s. *******. (b) Any person who willfully and without authorization fraudulently uses personal identification information concerning a person without first obtaining that person's consent commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. *******, s.     Hi,I started my LLC last year The Serenity Wellness Project which is a Mental *************************** Within a short space of time, I did a ****** search and was alarmed that my name and home address appears on Bizpedias site. As this is a safety issue for myself and my family, I put in several requests for Bizpedia to remove my details which have gone unanswered. Because of the seriousness of this, I paid for a mailbox address and changed my business address to this mailing address with the Secretary of State. It has now been since February 17th when we made this change and I have made several more requests to Bizpedia to update their information but it still remains the same. I would appreciate any help you can provide with getting them to update their information.Thanks.

    My now-defunct company continues to be listed by Bizapedia and provided by them to vendors as a valid business. They responded that as long as the State of Florida has it listed, Bizapedia will also list it, EVEN THOUGH they both agree that it has been closed since 2014. This listing by Bizapedia results in bad information on online mapping services such as MapQuest and ****** Maps, and calls to my personal cell phone for items such as ********************** policies for my employees (which I never had), and govt tax credits.     I registered my business, Marcleve Counseling, LLC, in September 2023. It was recently brought to my attention that my personal information is listed on the Bizapedia website. I have never given anyone permission to list my information on this site. Moreover, I am requesting that the company, Bizapedia, remove my company and personal information from their site. I sent an email to the company on March 22, 2024 requesting that they update their information to reflect what is listed on the ******* Secretary of State registration page as I do have a registered agent, which is not me. However, I never received a response from Bizapedia and my information is still listed on their site without my permission. I am requesting that my information be removed ASAP as this compromises my safety as well as the safety of my family. This has been very stressful and it is my hope that this will be resolved soon.     I am rejecting this response because: My personal information/home address is still accessible to the public through ****** search under Bizapedia, when I typed in Marcleve Counseling LLC. I did click on the link provided in your response and noticed that my name and home address were no longer listed. While I do appreciate your efforts to assist me with removing this from your site, I am still disappointed to see my name and home address are still visible in the ****** search under Bizapedia. I would appreciate if you would look into this and resolve this matter.

    Please close this complaint as we've made a good faith effort to resolve it by hiding the private information on the profile. 

    Additionally, we submitted a request to ****** and Bing to check the page in question for changes. The search engines will generally update their search results whenever they detect a change to a page's content, although the process can take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Please note organic search results are not controlled by Bizapedia and there is nothing further we are able to do to hasten their update or removal. You will have to personally communicate directly with entity that owns the search engine through one of their online tools to have a search result removed in an expedited manner.

    On 4/2/24 I reached out to bizapedia to have my information removed from their site. I am listed on their site as being the owner of ****** Freight LLC. I let them know this company was falsely created without my knowledge. Also that the address of the owner is my old address and now listed for sale. Not only that the address for the company is listed online as for sale/lease and bizapedia refused to remove this due to it being shown active on the ******* ********** of ****** site. The company was made inactive on the ******* ********** of ****** site and they still have not removed my information. I have since wrote them several times to remove my information from their site or at least show it as inactive to reflect what the **************** shows. Due to this dealing with identity theft I would think this company would have taken corrective actions on my behalf instead of ignoring my request.

    I recently incorporated a new company. Very shortly thereafter, Bizapedia.com scooped up the data about my corporation and published it on their website. I would like to have my personal information, specifically home address, removed from their website. I understand that they are *********** publish this information, and that they have a mechanism by which individuals can request that the personal data be removed from their website. Their process, however, requires that I provide the name of my business website, in order for me to submit their form with my request. I do not yet have a company website, and so I am unable to contact them, and there is no mechanism to make my request in any other way. I do not expect to have a website up and running for another month, and, in the meantime, my personal information remains available on their website. Given the nature of my work, this is an intolerable situation for me.

    I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with Bizapedia LLC regarding the unauthorized posting of the personal and business information for myself, and the Secretary and Treasurer of my business. Our primary addresses are listed and should not be available for public information. Without my/our consent sensitive details, including personal addresses and unauthorized business information have been published violating our privacy rights.
