ZenBusiness, used a subcontractor business ( Bizapedia,LLC ) office located in ********** **. under the register name of: ********************** ************************** ****************************************************************. File start date of 1/20/2023, entity ID # ********, company name **************** Plus, LLC. On 9/26/2023, our business with ZenBusiness, was dissolution- **************** Liability, then on 9/28/2023, our re-filing for change of register agent was accepted by the Secretary state office of **. under my name ( *********************** ) and was able to our business name intact.
