File start date of 1/20/2023, entity ID # ********, company name **************** Plus, LLC. On 9/26/2023, our business with ZenBusiness, was dissolution- **************** Liability, then on 9/28/2023, our re-filing for change of register agent was accepted by the Secretary state office of **. under my name ( *********************** ) and was able to our business name intact. We are still in the process of getting our business up and running however' Bizapedia, LLC, is using our business name and ID number on the web as they own.
