    Someone opened a company in my name and using my address. the company is registered with the ********** Secretary of State. The company name is SacredSurname LLC. I did not open any company or register any company. I have made a complaint to the Secretary of ************** as well. The entity number with the Cal Sec of State is ************. I would like it known that this is NOT a valid company as they are falsely using my name and address as "agent."

    My concern and problem with Bizapedia is that they have place my personal information on a the internet without my permission that could result in DEATH or HARM to my person. I have never disclosed my personal information to this company and I would like it removed immediately. I wrote to the *** in good faith requesting that this information please be removed for SAFETY reason. No response. I went to the site at which they ask for a lot of information that I do NOT Feel comfortable providing. The purpose of having a registered agent is that things of this nature does not happen. and Bizapedia has clearly FAILED to do so. I am asking that my information be removed immediately please. I am really asking for help in this situation. Perhaps, they didn't mean to and that why I reached out to the *** because people make mistakes, but I don't want to get KILLED/MURDERED/******** AT THE ***** OF A MISTAKE OR PURE NEGLIGENCE The posting of my information has truly frightened me.     I am rejecting this response because: That is NOT the information on the website. my name is No where on there in fact the registered agents information is on there. I am not sure if this is a generated message from a robot/computer because if you really looked at it you would see my information is not on there. I have a REGISTERED AGENT and this is why I have one so my information is NOT public. Your policy is incorrect, in fact, the purpose By having a registered agent, the business can protect its interests by ensuring that someone is always available to claim or accept such documents. Additionally, the business owner can prevent his or her personal information from appearing on a public site like the Secretary of State database. Your business if violating that in fact. I requested the removal in good faith that we all are human and make mistakes, but your response is arrogant if you are a human being. I told you that this is a SAFETY issue and you send a generated response. If I get KILLED/MURDERED/ATTACKED/MOLESTED DUE TO YOUR ARROGANT RESPONSE AND NEGLIGENCE THIS WILL WILL ON BIZAPEDIA.     Bizapedia has shared my personal address without consent. I have been asking for them to hide it, but I haven't received an answer yet. It is a safety issue and it has brought anxiety knowing that my address is out there for anyone to steal my information.

    Not sure where this company gather her information, but they publish my address with my name instead to publish the address of the company. That the most unsafe move I ever see. Why publishing people home address under the LLC?

    Bizapedia.com is sharing my name and address and photos of my home under a fake company LLC.I am a victim of identity theft.     These social media agencies like Bizapedia have no business publishing names, addresses, and photos of their property without asking the consumer first.  

    As a result of their irresponsible behavior, they are dangerously showing consumers' names/profiles/private residences that *** or *** not be associated with those businesses.  In my example, that LLC is not mine and never was!!!

    The *************** and across the nation should take action to ensure these private social media sites are held accountable.
