    Transaction date was November 27,2023 ordering 3 books as they advertised.Waited till now, just in case the books needed to be printed.But as of January 15,2024, still NOTHING.No explanation or message. Seems like this company has tons of issues. I don't care about any books NOW. , I'm so done with companies lies.I want total amount of money spent ***** and never received books, CREDIT back to my CARD,Like now, please.

    Dear BBB,

    Thanks for all your work.  I appreciate your time trying to resolve this issue.  I haven't heard either from them, but to my  surprise I got a bare respond 2 weeks ago that they refunded my 3 purchases to my credit card.  And I checked my credit card, & did see the credit back.

    Good Deal after 4 months.   I haven't of course seen anymore ads for them.  Yeah!!!!

    Bought a shirt from their website over a year ago. NOTHING about a membership. I am being charged ***** every month and there is no way to stop it. You call to cancel and it goes to voicemail. There is no option on there website and there is nothing about a membership listed anywhere.

    I recieve multiple emails per week and try to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link, but months later and many attempts and I still get emails.

    I bought 2 books plus shipping from them on Jan 5 2022.The used my credit card and have been charging me for a membership fee of $14.97 ever since.I was not made aware of this at all, not then, not ever.I never received a text or email from them ever.That now adds up to $239.52 that they have STOLEN from me.They should be prosecuted.It is deceptive and the membership is WORTHLESS.

    Hello,
    I have researched the order history with **************** and it shows he signed up for a free 60-day trial of our Ready Network Membership when he made a purchase for Emergency Sleeping Bags. As our terms and conditions explain, if you do not cancel the trial within the 60 day period, the membership will be automatically billed $14.97 per month until cancelled. We understand that the customer did not realize this at the time. I contacted **************** and explained to him that we did cancel the membership and refund all of the charges he incurred during this time. The total we refunded back was $284.43. Depending on his financial institution it may take **** business days for that refund to process. I reassured him that the membership was cancelled and he will no longer be charged. He was pleased with the resolution. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist further.

    I, like many others, have ordered a free item and then been charged for a membership fee that I did not request.The main purpose of his group Patriot Wholesale Club is to gather email addresses and then spam people with propaganda. I suspect they are ******* Operatives. They list their address as **************************************************************, Im pretty sure it is fake. Next door to the **************************? - I dont think so. There are three other businesses in that building. None are named anything similar to patriot wholesale club. Other groups claim to have addresses in ********** ****. - fake again.In their response to several complaints, they claim that the item ordered is from an affiliate . Yes, the item they sell is just to get your email address. They then share your address with other similar groups.I now get spammed by several similar groups:************************************** *************************** One message is titled : Digital Dollar PWC - address: Patriot Brands LLC ****************, PMB 788, Rincn ** ***** (non-existent)*************************** ************************** *************************** ************************** I am quite certain that the main objective of all these groups is to gather email addresses and later use them to spam us with propaganda. I now get messages with all kinds of conspiracy theories. They sound like they are from far-right extremist groups. Political messages designed to scare people and create division within our country.If you click anything in the message, they have your email address.if you click Unsubscribe they have your email address - and will share it with others.One note, if you do click on one of their news messages, they use that topic to continue to target you with similar information. Same information that was used in the 2016 presidential election. (And yes, ****** DID make efforts to interfere with that election.)note: I have removed code from their hyperlinks that would identify me

    On November 9, 2022, I purchased a survivor kit from the aforementioned company. I never received anything. Never received a response to my emails. Never received my money back. Nothing totally ignored me.

    Patriot Wholesale Club also advertises for other companies that sell things at a discount the way they do. So when they had a cute little mini-drone for under $10, I bit. I've ordered these kinds of things before from other vendors, so I didn't see a problem. This wasn't from PWC, though, even though the email came from their address. Later I discovered that ordering the SkyEye Drone would also sign me up for a very expensive monthly subscription that I did not want. The actual company selling the drone is called Exclusive Gadget Warehouse Directs, and their email addresses didn't work. I never received an invoice but my credit card was charged. After several emails, I was able to talk to someone on the phone and get the subscription cancelled. But there's another issue. Expecting three packages at the same time, I knew that the drone would be coming from ***********. The day after that tracking number reached my **** Informed Delivery, the entry stated that the package was stopped because the postage was COUNTERFEIT.According to the **** website, if this happens, the *********** simply considers the package "abandoned" and you don't receive what you ordered. And it's happening quite frequently. So not only am I not getting the little drone, I'm out a few dollars for this discovery. Don't bother with PWC, because while they might be legit, their third-party partners apparently aren't.

    Im writing to inform you of a very serious problem. the link on your page to receive a drone for only the price of shipping is an absolute scam. I ordered this drone and happily paid the **** on 4/26/23 and a couple days lateron 4/30/23 i was charged an additional fee of ***** and it signed me up to a ongoing subscription. No where on the order page did it mention this. It was later that i discovered that in tiny letters under the terms and conditions that was listed way after the order button.no one would go to the bottom of the page to find out they were gonna get screwed over . The drone is absolutely unoperational, and I will be happy to send it back completely unused Thank you for your time and quick response, ***********************
