    My issue is I bought a shirt for 5 dlrs that the only time I gave permission to charge my card but daily they keep trying to charge **** to my card daily but my card has declined it cause I've locked card do to ordering online places try keep charging you when they don't have permission I gave permission for my order only no outher charg d should be charged to card and they have attempted to 6 times for **** and this should be addressed for future customer who order cause I'll never ordered again because of this issue

    I have authorized small purchases through patriot wholesale club(PWC) marketed by 4patriots between **** and 3-2-23 in the amounts of ****, ****, and **** and received larger unauthorized charges of *****, *****, *****, and ***** under the company names of The best hardware stuff, elegant hardware stuff, attentive gardening essentials, urbanescapes drapery, and stunning shot. After placing orders, there's no follow up confirmation from any of these companies- no order#, customer service #, return policy, receipt of charges and when the product arrives, no company name, just a P.O. box #. The larger charges are apparently for memberships including gift cards which they go out of their way to hide from the customer. Yet no details on said membership and no gift cards received. They have deceitful intentions and are misleading customers to take as much money from customers without them knowing and offering nothing in return for said charges, using a bogus membership to make fraudulent charges. This is the definition of fraud. In reading similar complaints, PWC claims they aren't affiliated with these companies they are marketing products for and therefore aren't responsible for these unauthorized charges. I googled all of the companies mentioned above and nothing comes up on any of them. I believe they are made up company names that don't exist, yet they are all vendors of PWC. It appears PWC are not only affiliated with these companies but are all the same company or sister companies operating under phony names in order to scam customers with multiple phony memberships. I don't expect to get my money back. I canceled my card so the unauthorized bogus charges don't continue. Shutting this company down is not enough. They will just start up their scam operation under another name. My hope is for BBB and FTC work together to investigate and criminally charge said companies. With the hundreds of complaints, evidence and dots to connect, I hope you can end this fraud.

    I never signed up for this website its very concerning that there is company that is contacting me via e-mail constantly harassing with these false claims that Ive ordered from them when I have not! I never signed to follow any promotions nor have I ever been a customer.

When I tried to add customer to our do not market database, his email was not found. This indicates that we do not have their email address in the system for any marketing.     On March 10th, I responded to an email I got from this PatriotWholesaleClub.com advertising this Vision Watch and in that email, it clearly states "Its yours, absolutely FREE. If you want the most bang for your buck, find a smartwatch that does all that an ****** priced Apple watch would do..." and all I would need to pay was $6.97 for the shipping. So I placed the order even knowing that this was a cheap *****-made smartwatch that very similar ones can be bought for less than $40 on Amazon. Then on March 11th, I noticed that I got charged $137.42 on my card that I used to pay the $6.97! I was shocked and confused. So I followed the cookie trail back to find out what this charge was. Lo and behold! It was from this "Vision Smart Watch" site that this PatriotWholesaleClub was promoting in that email! And only when you read the "Term and Conditions" on that website does it tell you that the watch is in fact NOT FREE and that they will charge you not one but TWO payments of $137.42 after a 48 hour "evaluation period"! So in fact, the email sent by this PatriotWholesaleClub was completely misleading and disingenuous just so they can earn affiliate commission from this Vision Smart Watch scamming people! And they can't say they didn't know that would happen and any reputable affiliate marketer knows the ins and outs of what they are promoting! And frankly, since PatriotWholeSaleClub is the one who sent out that misleading email, they should be held legally liable for false advertisement since they are the ones who advertised it as "FREE".

    After thoroughly researching this account, our records indicate this customer has never ordered any products from our company. The company that did charge him is one of our affiliate partners, but we do not have any power over how they conduct their business affairs. We replied to ****'s email on 3/14/23 providing him with the contact information for Vision Watch, and also unsubscribed him from our email list so he would not receive any promotion offers from us or our affiliates. (Please see email communication attached). I reached out to Vison Watch today and told them I was calling on behalf of a mutual customer, and tried to see if they would refund the charges, and the agent told me that the customer already disputed the charges with their financial institution on 3/28/23. Once a dispute is filed there is nothing else they can do about the charges. I did confirm with Vision Watch that **** does not have an active membership and he will not receive any future charges from them. We do apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused the customer. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist in this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My complaint is with the fact that Patriot Wholesale Club promoted this fraudulent company, Vision Watch using obviously misleading claims and terminology to promote this Vision Watch and their products with the intention of gaining affiliate commissions. I did not claim Patriot Wholesale Club is the supplier though they did misrepresent that fact. They did this knowing full well that their advertisements were false and misleading. They were the ones who advertised that this watch was "Free" and I only had to pay the shipping and handling fee. They never disclosed that we would be charged anything further. For them to deny responsibility for any wrongdoing is further proof that they do not admit this! 

    Yes, I took action against Vision Watch and this fraudulent charge AFTER calling Vision Watch and getting insulting and demeaning responses from them and they refusing to refund by filing a fraudulent charge claim against them with my credit card company. That claim is still active and not closed as of yet. 

    My purpose in filing this claim with BBB is to have all consumers to know that Patriot Wholesale Club are not scrupulous in their business practices.

    I saw one of their emails that advertised about a free smartwatch and all you had to do was pay a small charge of $6.97 and they would send it to me. What they failed to mention anywhere in the email or the linked website it took me to was that I would be charged $137.42 for the full retail price of the watch plus they used my card information to sign me up for a paid subscription that was never mentioned. When I reached out to the company they said they couldnt do anything as they werent the ones actually selling the product and it was from a promotional merchant. When I contacted them they said they canceled the charge which I later found was the subscription and when I pressed them on canceling the order they told it was already shipped when I never got any notification of that and that they cant take the product back as its a promotional item. They refused to do a a return and/ or give me a full refund and were only offering a 25% refund which barely covers what they stole. The concerned patriot company refused to take any responsibility and says that they cant do anything for me except give me the contact info for the company they are affiliated with. What a lousy, unethical bunch of scammers. I dont have any order or tracking number as they never provided any to me.

    I ordered a free product and they charged me and never delivered then sent my card info to memberships I never signed up for. This is a fraud company. They scammed me out of hundreds of dollars.

    After further research on this account, I was able to locate the company that the customer ordered from. I contacted them on behalf of the customer. The representative informed me that the customer purchased a drone from them for a small shipping cost. They agreed to terms and conditions stating that they would need to call within 48 hours to cancel a trial subscription or they would be automatically charged $67 per month. The recurring charges the customer received was for that membership. They also informed me that there was a refund already issued to the customer for $67 and the membership was cancelled. I attempted to get them to refund any remaining charges and they said they can only speak to the customer directly to do this. The customer should contact them as soon as possible. I have included the contact information below. I have also included contact information for another affiliate company attached to his email but I could not get ahold of them. Again I am sorry there is nothing more I could do. If the charges came from our company there would be no issue in ** providing a full refund to the customer. I have taken the steps to make sure they are unsubscribed from receiving any future marketing from ** or any affiliates.

     I apologize for the delay in responding. We had to do some research to find out how we could help. This customer has done business with us in the past, however the product they are referring to in this complaint is offered through one of our affiliate partners. We took the following steps to help ****************** resolve this situation: We reached out to the affiliate partner where this product was ordered from. The representative that I spoke with was able to locate an order for ******** that was placed on 2/16/23. The initial offer she took advantage of was for a Wi-Fi Lightbulb. She only paid $5.80 for shipping costs. The agent also said that she signed up for a membership trial that needed to be cancelled within 48 hours, or she would be charged the monthly membership charge of $82.45. I did inform the agent that ******** was not aware that she signed up for this membership and wanted a full refund. They only agreed to refund half of the charge of $41.22. The refund will take 3-5 business days to credit to her account and I did ensure that she was unsubscribed and wont receive any future charges from them. I recommend contacting this company again to seek the remaining charges. Please see the contact information below for this company, and let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter. the customer and left a detailed voicemail and email explaining all of this to them.     ThePatriots wholesale club sends me emails frequently for items that they charge for shipping only. This item was for a gps tracker for a $7.97 shipping charge only. As I proceeded to process my order using a prepaid debit car I received an error that prepaid debit cards cannot be used so I closed out of the order page. I checked my prepaid card balance and the charge showed that it processed. I called the customer service line and strangely enough they could not find anything about my order. No shipping address, no card number, no email address yet that information was entered when I hit the order button and the charge posted. The rep asked that I contact the card company to put a halt on it. The card company said they are not able to and to wait to see if it will auto refund. Since it posted I dont think this will ever refund to my account since they have no information about my order. Imagine that. Folks if you are reading this I thank you for doing your homework and researching what it appears to be a scam. I am usually careful but time was of the essence. Please do not get hustled into these items. I have learned from this and will forever feel negative on conduits who pose as Patriotic to scam patriotic people. If they would like for me to remove this then the better settle this asap. BEEARE OF patriotwholesaleclub.com AND SOARE ME THE RESPONSE OF NOT HAVING TO DO WITH THE COMPANIES THAT POST ON YOUR DOMAIN NAME.     I am rejecting this response because PatriotWholesale knows exactly who the vendor is that they use.  So it is unbelievable that they claim they do not know who the vendor is in their response. They were the ones who gave me the information to call them and those folks claim there isnt an account created for my order but funds were taken. PatriotWholesale refuses to assist when it was their email that included their associated vendors link. I was even emailed that its against the law for them to share customer information regarding purchases with vendors yet they dont seem to realize that associated vendors are taking funds from customers. Patriot Wholesale serves as a conduit and they should be held responsible along with Visualize Craft ESSENT which is the company they are connected with. I am not the first person this has happened to. I have read there are others here on BBB. My statement to them is either contact the vendor to sort this out with a refund or send me my product due to funds removed from my credit card.

    I am rejecting this response because I have contacted both PatriotWholesale and BargainDirect who uses the Alias Visualize Craft ESSENT and no one can assist with a refund or shipping if my product. I have reached both of them by phone and email and they have no knowledge of my order yet they charged my card. The link was accessed from the email sent from PatriotWholesale so I feel they are partially responsible and they should assist further rather than throwing it all on the recipient of THEIR email. I have asked PatriotWholesale to call them for assistance and they refuse. I would love this to be escalated higher to both accounting departments to rectify but if they refuse assisting me on the front end, they have assured me they will not be willing to resolve this issue up the chain. I feel this may be an associated Scam with both parties until they can prove me otherwise.

    I ordered a product (requiring payment of shipping and handling with my CC) in October and again in December. I realized I had two subscriptions when I called in, 2/2/23, 5 days past the 30 days in which I was supposed to call and cancel a subscription that I did not know I had. At the same time, I learned I had a subscription from the October product that I ordered. The gal on the phone said I was getting coupons to use on their products for my subscription, but I never received any coupons that I can find. And when I ordered the products, nowhere in the original email was there anything about a subscription. These subscriptions had to be in some fine print at the last moment of ordering? I have gone through the process of almost ordering another product, and do NOT see any information about any subscription. I have been charged $76.68 monthly since October, and $39.95 once in December. I have canceled these useless subscriptions, and have gotten 50% rebate on one payment of each in January. The emails offering these products are very misleading. There is no evident information about signing up for a worthless subscription each time you order a product. This company is scamming people. They may barely be on the correct side of the law. But their intentions are to scam people. They are not forthcoming at all. Not patriots at all. How many complaints do you need to receive about this?

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did not receive the Post Collapse EBook Bundle. And the Bulletproof Home Defense documents did not live up to the hype. It was not clear that the other items were offered by affliates instead of your company. How am I supposed to contact them? I have called the numbers on my credit card bill, waited on hold for extended time frames, been hung up on several times, and have managed to get tiny partial refunds of subscriptions that I did not ask for. Tell me that you get no kickbacks from these subscriptions??? These subscriptions are supposedly for coupons to use on your website??? I have never received anything for these subscriptions. I want a full refund for the subscriptions and the Post Collapse EBook Bundle. And I would like a partial refund of the Bulletproof Home Defense Documents.
