    On August 16, 2022, I signed up for a free flashlight from Patriot Wholesale Club. Part of the agreement was I could cancel a $59.96 subscription fee with 14 days that I could keep the flashlight. On August 23, 2022, I canceled the subscription by calling ************. The customer service representative confirmed that I canceled the subscription within the 14 day period and that I would be refunded. The cancelation confirmation number that I was given is *****.

    This company has taken money out of my account through a purchase I made 2 years ago. Must be a membership fee.
    I have tried to find this company to cancel this fee. To no avail!! They have ghosted me. I would just like then to stop taking this fee from me.

    I purchased a small shovel from them. After this purchase our credit card was charged $59.95. I did not authorize any membership & just want this refunded. This is dishonest & needs to be stopped.

    This company sends out emails pretty much daily selling things. Their business practices are very dishonest. I do not believe that they are not behind these charges.

    They lied said I had won never saw that , just that I could buy, why trust when the thing is a lie just sell, and that might be a bigger lie or stealing, they must not be a patriot

    I called and spoke with affiliate company. I eventually got them to agree to a refund. However, BUYER BEWARE to all folks receiving Patriot Wholesale Club emails. It is very deceitful. You think you are getting a free item - but according to this affiliate, we had agreed to a monthly delivery with a NO REFUND POLICY. I do want to make clear to Patriot Wholesale that we no longer want ANY SHIPMENTS of any sort. We are not agreeing to any monthly charges of any sort.

    I received an email for a free survival lighter (just pay s&h). When the order was placed (08/13/22), there was an initial charge of $6.95 from *******************. There was a second charge on the same day, for $3.95, for which I have no idea what that was for, from ****************. That was applied when the charge for $6.95 was applied.
    Around 08/19/22, there was a second charge from the same ******************* for $76.68. Another charge for $20 was also applied from "R P*Support our POL", which appears to be a scam company.
    I have emailed the company twice with regards to the $76.68. Once on 08/18/22 and then again on 08/22/22 and have not received a response from either communication. At this point, I would like a refund for the $76.68. The other smaller charges I am willing to let go.

    The marketing email that was sent, advertising the lighter, lists the contact email as *******@patriotwholesaleclub. If this is the email address listed as a contact email, then wouldn't the company be Patriot Wholesale Club?

    On August 3, 2022 I paid The Patriot Wholesale Club $7.97 for a stun gun. They represented the stun gun was free, just pay for shipping which I'm assuming was the $7.97 charge. On August 5, 2022 they charged my card for $59.96 which I'm assuming is the actual cost of the stun gun. I emailed their customer support the same day asking what the $59.96 charge was for, saying I noticed the order mentions "product bundle". I said I only ordered the one stun gun at the advertised price of $7.97 and would return any other items they sent me. I have yet to receive any items from them. Seeing all the other complaints against this company, I now do not want any products from them and just want a refund of both the $7.97 and $59.96 charges. They sent another email saying I'd opened an account with ****************************** - all I had to do was activate it - I did not activate that account.

    I am mute/disabled and cannot talk on the phone. They will not respond to me by email or text on my phone.

    I have been trying to cancel a membership for a year.

    I have sent multiple emails with no response. Please help me cancel and get a refund from these scammers who prey on disabled people.

    On July 17, 2022 I ordered a waterproof lighter, order #*********. They advertised the item was free with me paying only the shipping of $7.95. There was nowhere on the site that said I would pay anything more than the shipping fee, the company was giving out free waterproof lighters from, I think, overstock that they found. They advertised the waterproof lighter as being free. I have not received the waterproof lighter, and today, August 3, 2022 I have been charged for $68.89. I did not authorize this charge and there was never anything said, written, or otherwise that there would be any charge other than the $7.95 for shipping. I would like the shipping fee of $7.95 and the $68.89 that was charged to my credit card refunded. The item was never received and I never agreed to the $68.89. Below is a copy of the email they sent on confirming the order of the waterproof lighter. It wouldn't let me save the email and then upload it to send to you.

    They are the company that opens the door for all these other companies. This company is the only one I gave my Credit card información and they are the advertisors of the items and shipping. They made money on this, so are responsable for who has my Credit card info. You go to Patriot Wholesale Internet site to buy from. They are responsable for who they give my card info to. If they were legitimate, there would be no small print. Everything comes from their Internet page. I called the business they gave my Credit card info to and they will not refund my money.
