      I got the Remi night guard to replace my night guard from the dentist. I really did not like the process of the mold at the dentist, but I found this to be easy. It also came with an extra mold kit in case the first mold did not come out. You do have to wait for verification to approve the mold which I did appreciate.

      TWO KITS INTO THIS THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A RENEWAL WHEN I HAD YET TO RECEIVE EVEN THE FIRST GUARD. WHEN I EMAILED (THREE TIMES IT TOOK FOR A RESPONSE) A RETENTION SPECIALIST EMAILED ME CITING FINE PRINT IN MY FINAL PURCHASE THAT I AGREED TO BE CHARGED FOR 2 GUARDS BEFORE CANCELLING MY SERVICE. I RECEIVED NO SERVICE AND NO GUARDS. IM OUT OVER $200. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND. THEIR ANSWER WAS SENDING A THIRD KIT. I STARTED THIS PROCESS IN FEB AND ITS AUGUST I HAVE NO SERVICE/GUARD AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER $200. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL AND THE REVIEWS I HAVE FOUND ARE SCRUBBED TO MAKE THEM LOOK POSITIVE BUT ANY TRUE REVIEW WILL TELL YOU THIS SERVICE/BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. A COMPANY THAT IS GOOD AND HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T NEED A RETENTION SPECIALIST AND FINE PRINT THAT LOCKS YOU INTO CHARGES WITH NO PRODUCT/SERVICE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS FRAUD.

      I have TMJ really bad, so I ordered Remi night guards. I love them!! It has helped my jaws so much that if I do not wear them every night, I can tell the difference in the morning. I do not grind my teeth at night, but I clinch my teeth together. I will be ordering another pair before too long because I never want to run out of them. The quality of the product is perfect. They are comfortable to wear and sometimes I forget I have them on.

      Excellent customer support. The wait time to receive the product was a bit long, but I am extremely happy with how comfortable my guards are. I have had a guard from a dentist in the past and also over the counter guards, but Remi's is hardly noticable. Very glad to have purchased.

      Remi has exceptional customer service and produces a very fine product. These are by far better than other night guards I have hadthey conform well to my teeth and are very comfortable to wear. You can't hope for studier, more long-lasting retainers.
