      I ordered Night Guards from Remi, I had a great experience. I had to send in multiple molds and it was a process to get it done but I think it was mostly user error on my part and the customer service was great. Really solid product for a much lower price than alternatives.

      I love REMIs products. Ive used them for about five years or more, and have been very satisfied. The mouth guards are custom made, and so are not only comfortable but also have a good fit. Theyre made of good quality material, and have been incredibly effective at protecting my teeth from clenching and grinding at night. *** purchased the Remi Essentials Bundle twice now (given that I made the mistake of leaving them in a place where my dogs could access them and chew them up - yikes!), and I am not disappointed. These are great mouth guards at an affordable price. Honestly, dont waste your money having your dentist make one for you at a cost of $500. Ive had both, and these are every bit as good.

      I should have read the reviews here. I paid for my impression kit but never returned my impressions because of finding out about extensive work I needed on my mouth so things would be changing. And they never sent me a mouthguard. BUT they keep billing me. I called and they refunded my charge but then they did it again 6 months later as if to sneak it by. If you get their mouthguards and they work, that's great, but beware! You may never be able to stop them from billing you again.

      Great customer service, way better than spending $500 bucks at a dentist office. So grateful this company offers an affordable option. I was just living without a mouthguard for the longest time. I don't know how it's this affordable but I'm thrilled!

      Same experience as this review below."TWO KITS INTO THIS THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A RENEWAL WHEN I HAD YET TO RECEIVE EVEN THE FIRST GUARD. WHEN I EMAILED (THREE TIMES IT TOOK FOR A RESPONSE) A RETENTION SPECIALIST EMAILED ME CITING FINE PRINT IN MY FINAL PURCHASE THAT I AGREED TO BE CHARGED FOR 2 GUARDS BEFORE CANCELLING MY SERVICE. I RECEIVED NO SERVICE AND NO GUARDS. IM OUT OVER $200. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND. THEIR ANSWER WAS SENDING A THIRD KIT. I STARTED THIS PROCESS IN FEB AND ITS AUGUST I HAVE NO SERVICE/GUARD AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER $200. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL AND THE REVIEWS I HAVE FOUND ARE SCRUBBED TO MAKE THEM LOOK POSITIVE BUT ANY TRUE REVIEW WILL TELL YOU THIS SERVICE/BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. A COMPANY THAT IS GOOD AND HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T NEED A RETENTION SPECIALIST AND FINE PRINT THAT LOCKS YOU INTO CHARGES WITH NO PRODUCT/SERVICE.       I purchased Remi at-Home Two Custom Night Guards, Whitening and Guard Cleaner in One -The Best Fitting Top and Bottom Mouthguards and Whitening 50mL, about a year ago in 2023 and decided to proceed obtaining my night guards.I obtained my bottom night guard, awaiting the top and I think the fit is specific individually for me.They were helpful with the zoom calls for making sure I got a good molds for my teeth.I appreciate them much.
