      The good folks at Remi have sharpened their customer service skills, which now match up with their quality night guards. Communication was excellent, cordial, and professional throughout the process. Highly recommend.

      I never received my guards and was not able to get any help from their customer server number or email. I would be cautious when ordering, regardless of the quality of their product....which I am not sure of.

      I purchased a night guard for my TMJ and teeth grinding issues, and it has become my go-to solution. The reliability is unmatched, and the affordability is a bonus.       I would often wake up to a strange grinding sound of my teeth, which always made me worry. Due to the high medical costs in *****************, visiting the dentist and having a night guard made was a huge burden for me as a student. However, I needed a product with guaranteed results, so I came across Remi while browsing Amazon. I had doubts even before receiving the product, but I was very satisfied with the customer service that responded quickly to inquiries even in the early hours of the morning and customized the product as I wanted. Since I started wearing it, it's very comfortable to sleep at night and I don't have to worry about teeth rubbing, so I'm having a really comfortable night.

      I love my remi mouth guards. They fit nicely and comfortably and I never worry about them falling out. The Remi team has also provided excellent customer service support and updates while I was waiting for my order!

      Remi is the most comfortable night guard in the market (except first week). I ground my teeth hard to the point that my molars were all low which caused sensitivities. I'm a person who must wear a nightguard but many of the doctor's and pharmacy's nightguard was uncomfortable and I ended up not wearing it. I have been wearing it for 2 months and I see some wears (already). I wish I had ordered an up-and-bottom nightguard to get better protection. I gave it 4 stars because I felt a little pain in my teeth for the first week when I placed a new night guard. I don't know if that is normal but my inner mouse bones were a little larger than the impression and I assume Remi could not fit comfortably for some people like me. BUT, this is worth trying and I'm going to continue to use Remi. For me, customer service was great, yes, it took 3 days to get their response, but once you get their attention, they even video call with you to solve the problem! (I was so impressed by their care). As I mentioned, there can be pros and cons depending on your mouth structure, but one thing is for sure, it is comfortable once you adjust to your teeth and you can control the subscription so definitely the best option (cheaper) in the market.

      This company is legit. I paid over $1700 for my previous upper and lower set of night guards. I had multiple visits to the specialist to adjust my guard and within a year of my last adjustment, my bottom set split in half. I had used that 3 piece set for over 10 years and knew it was on its last leg. I happened across Remi while searching Amazon and figured I would give it a shot. To say I have been impressed is an understatement. The initial kit comes with 2 sets of impressions. You are asked to send your first set in for review via photo before making your second set to ensure accuracy. Once they receive the impressions you have your new set of night guards in no time. Great communication and customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
