      I am not one to use online services for such things regarding my health but when I was referred by my ENT to use Remi I was completely surprised with the results. I was a little trepidatious regarding the process of getting the mold right for my mouth, I actually had a fear that my teeth would not be released by the material to make up the mold. I literally just got on with it and realized my fear were for not. It was very elementary and easy. The molds came out exactly as they should and taking a picture to be sure it was right was even easier. The communication between Remi and myself was outstanding and they really wanted to be sure of getting my guards to me as quickly as they could. In summary, easy, wonderful follow up and great product. I use my guards every night and they really help with my tinnitus. When I need guards again I will go directly to Remi.

      I struggle with grinding my teeth really bad. I never knew how bad until I got the mouth guard from Remi! This has been such a great help, I have less headache and I can tell my teeth and gums are much happier with me! Will be ordering another set when the time comes!

      It’s getting loose and decolorwtion has started. The purpose of the mouth guard seems to be working. My tongue is playing with it at one side. I wonder if a thicker one work better

      I've used night guards from dental labs before. I love my Remi night guard because it fits more comfortably than the ones I've gotten from the dentist. It was easy to make the moldings and overall I like the product and the company.

      Great product, and great people to work with. I got my night guards about a year ago and they still work perfectly. Highly recommend!!

      Absolutely terrible customer service, practically non-existent. I sent multiple e-mails and left several voicemails about my order. NO ONE RESPONDED. There is no way to speak to a human over the phone. When someone finally responded about my impressions, they said they would "expedite" another kit to me. That did not happen. When I sent new photos, they could not find them and only responded to me when I said I was reporting them to the BBB. I suspect this company is going under and not able to provide either its promised product or any semblance of customer service.

      I tried three different night guards to help protect my teeth from grinding and was miserable with all of them. Once I got the Remis, I had no trouble. They were so comfortable I didnt even know they were IN. I also only grind on ONE side, so I asked if they could make me a guard for JUST that side, and they did without hesitation. These are definitely a great purchase.
