      This was the easiest way and most affordable way to get a custom mouth guard. They were super helpful on getting me to get the best mold in order to make the perfect fitting mouth guards. They fit perfect when they arrived and they have been a life saver for at home easy whitening.

      High quality product, friendly and helpful customer service. I had a problem making my custom molds and had to setup a one on one video meeting. The person was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. Im a heavy teeth grinder and this set from Remi is amazing. They do the job and I got use to them after 2 nights. 5 stars! I have recommended them to all my friends.

      I received only one mouth guard from this business over three years ago, and no longer needed the service and stopped use. I promptly wrote them according to the directions on their platform and told them I wanted to cancel. They responded saying that for my own benefit, they would put my subscription on pause until further notice in case I wanted to use it again in the future. That seemed logical at the time. Flash forward to three years later, and a random charge from Remi popped up in my bank account. I tried calling, but there was no human on the other end. Three different **** from the support email address wrote back, with vague auto-responses but no confirmation of (1) cancelling my order or (2) refunding this fraudulent, random charge for a service I thought I had already canceled. 18 emails later, a new representative pops up saying that I owed some balance due, due to the pause that they forced me into (versus an account cancellation, which is all I ever wanted in the first place). This business is a complete scam, and everyone should avoid trusting them with any kind of subscription service and especially access to their credit cards.

      The Remi sleep trays are fantastic. They fit snug and are great quality. The customer service personnel were top notch from order to delivery. Most importantly, they are cost-effective compared to other night guards on the market.
