      I did purchase a mouth guard in 2022. Now it's 2024 and I've decided I don't want this product or service, and I tried to cancel my subscription. I emailed them, they said 'You read our TOS, we're sending you another'. There's no option to cancel anywhere on the site, even if you search for it. I want my subscription cancelled immediately

      I clench my jaw and grind my teeth at night, so I needed something to prevent further damage to my teeth. I got the thinner size, which I think is sufficient, as it protects my teeth without impacting my speech or being uncomfortable like a thicker retainer. When you make the impressions, you email a photo of them to customer service to make sure they look okay, and I found this process to be easier than anticipated. They responded quickly and were kind. ** recommend this brand as well as this particular product for sure.

      I appreciate what Remi has done to create a high quality, affordable customizable option for those of us that need mouth guards for night time teeth grinding/clenching, but don't want to pay the exhort but at rates that the dentist offices ask for comparable customizable mouth guards. I have received personalized responses from their team each time I have a question about something or issue with my mouth guards and all my issues were resolved in a timely manner. I've never had an issue with Remi and have been a customer for 3 years now.

      Remi night guards are well made and the cost is more economical than going through my dentist! I'm happy with my night guards.

      This is one of the worst companies when it comes to communication and cancelling your subscription. I had no luck with getting a top impression after several attempts so I decided that this just wasn't the right service for me. I have already asked them 3 times via email to cancel my subscription and 2 out of the 3 times they tried to divert me or sell me on trying again. And they completely ignored me the 3rd time I tried. I have an email trail for proof. I also advised them if they don't cancel my subscription I would be reporting them to the BBB and they ignored me. So here I am reporting them. I didn't want it to come to this but if it's the only way for them to notice my request at this point then it has to be done. ****** my subscription Remi. Like I said in all my emails, I no longer want to use your service. Please also work on having better customer service **** and stop ignoring customer request. Thank you!

      This company has the worst business practice and will be reported to the ******** and the ***. They never sent me the first product back in 2023, and failed to respond to my emails requesting either a refund or the product. I gave up and declared this as a financial loss on my part. Later in 2024, I find out I am charged for a subscription renewal that I've never signed up for. Reaching back out to their support team, they will not allow me to cancel the subscription without paying a difference in $40 in fees or a 1 time renewal of $195.

      This is a scam! They will continuously charge you for a subpar product without your permission. Ive attempted to cancel multiple times to no avail.
