    Sold a misleading illegal product disguised as a video game. Product violates steam terms of service I bought from dingdang as well! I didnt realize I bought an account and requested a refund immediately. Literally in their own terms and conditions it states 5. Refunds and Exchanges 5.1. Customers can return the account and get an instant refund Instant refunds will not apply if: The customer makes changes to the account (changes email, password, region, currency, etc.) The customer launches the game The product is a subscription account - if the subscription account is delivered directly via voucher, the instant refund procedure is the same as for a normal account. 5.2. Exchanges may be considered under specific circumstances, subject to our sole discretion and the availability of alternative accounts. 5.3. Users must report any issues or request an exchange within the specified timeframe and provide appropriate evidence of account malfunction, as determined by our customer support team.

    I purchased an item from G2A but when I went to use said item it was not as advertised. I then contacted the seller immediatelly who responded saying they would not issue a refund despite the item being used and me being willing to return it. I then filed a claim with my credit card to get the money back which came through ok. Shortly after I recieved a refund G2A blocked my account and are refusing to unblock it. I have contacted them multiple times and they simply send a generic response rather than dealing with the issue and then close the support tocket that was created. I am seeking a solution of simply having my account unblocked so I can continue to use their services.

    I got a game for the USA region and spent 58$ and its now been a week . No answers . He just sending invalid keys. that are already used or the wrong region so he can keep using the keys . I have reached out to g2a multiple times no answers and the only answer I ended up getting was a robot saying I can file a claim after 7 days . Well 7 days is today no claim option no answers from company or the seller . The same seller is posted all over ****** scamming 100s of ppl and g2a does nothing . I have tried having my bank refund it the seller is acting as if I have the product same thing hes doing to 100s of others . I truly hope theres a way to stop all this scamming and taking peoples money and just having no answer about it just ***** . Thanks

    Purchase 2/7/2025 G2A has a Seller (Dingdang_game) selling product keys creating a situation that makes it so no one can get their product keys. Up front, the seller refuses to give the product keys directly and forces buyers to leave G2A's website. They provide email addresses that require 2-factor authentication. The seller is expected to use randomly generated emails to log into an xbox account to "claim the code". The 2-FA and subsequent backup emails prevent buyers from logging in this way and there is no code to be received. The whole process is a scam, because the seller can say they "delivered" the product key when in fact they did not. The seller then changed the status of the order to "On Hold", when I communicated with them. They redirected me here: *********************************************************************** There is no product key. G2A's response to this was unacceptable and they refused to get a refund issued. They refuse to hold themselves and this seller accountable. Outside of lawfare for $16, They are unable to be contacted outside of their messaging system which can take up to a month to get a response. They need to delist the seller for their dishonest and deceiving practices and hold themselves accountable for the sellers on their platform.

    on 4/25/2025 i had made a purchase on this website i have used many times but today i am told its tough luck even though i am not able to use the product i purchased in the means as promised i was told i was given an account that does not exist nor did i want that, this company allows scams on their website and i find this to be a despicable business practice.

    I bought an online game for Xbox console. Normally when buying games online you get a code key to unlock the game in the Xbox store where you download the game. This business gives you the login information to a Xbox account and you download it from the library. I was unaware of this even before download or I wouldnt have bought it. Even so the username password did not work. After reaching out to customer service they informed me they dont give refunds and there isnt anything they can do.

    On Mar 5, 2025 I purchased a key from a trustworthy website ************************** for "Adobe Creative Suite (1 Year) Student Edition" and I was delivered, within a few hours, a serial key that when entered into *****'s redeem product form online, was announced already used. I immediately started contact with the seller, in this case a seller named *********. He apologized for the inconvenience and then replied:"We deeply regret that this issue occurred. We have promptly processed a refund for you. We hope our quick resolution of the matter meets your expectations, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could leave us positive feedback. Thank you for your understanding!"However, I waited over 48 hours without seeing a refund in ******. I re-contacted the seller and he said:"So I can't send you a refund! Just close it!" He's claiming that he can't send me a refund despite already stating that he initiated a refund. I felt like this person was being fishy so I escalated a claim with G2A but the moderators on their website didn't get back to me at all... they are useless. I even sent a personal email. I tried started a ****** claim directly through their page and they refused to give me the funds from the transaction, leaving me with having no option to call my bank at ****************. I tried initiating a fraudulent charge dispute through their system and they are unable to retrieve the funds from G2A.I am appalled that a website with as high of credentials as G2A is allowing scammers to operate on their site. My bank told me on 4/22 I will be deducted the ****** they temporarily displaced me due to losing the case. My purpose was to own a legitimate Adobe Creative Suite license. There should be more protection for their users... even those who don't subscribe to their premium G2A Plus. I will never buy from them again unless they settle my dispute. I will go elsewhere for my keys. I have been using them for ages and they have never treated me like this. Please help.

    G2A is selling illegally modified Xbox accounts against Xbox terms of service and stolen keys. This has resulted in account bans for me and many other people. They should not be allowed to openly scam people so easily.

    03/04/2025 $14.47 attempt to buy a steam account which turned out to be fake log in info fake email, fake password, i tried contacting the seller and the website that sells these things neither side would give me a resolution they kept saying its been delivered, if the product had been delivered i wouldnt be filing this claim... the sell insists i changed the info on the accounts i couldnt change info on the accounts because the info provided was not correct info to even be able to log in to this said account
