Date of transaction: 1/18/25 Amount: $81.41 Seller offered Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 license The seller and Adobe only provide 2024 and 2025 versions of the software to download, therefore the license I paid for cannot be used for activation. The seller only had automated replies, and contacting G2A to file claim for help results in long delays and replies to reach out to the unresponsive seller. After 2 months, I have neither been able to access the software sold to me, nor received help from ******, who did not aid in recovering my money paid for the unusable, invalid license. The seller finally replied after 8 weeks that I should contact ***** for help, which solved nothing since 2023 is no longer provided.I have since purchased and received a valid license for the same software from ********** and tried reopening the claim for refund through ****** to no avail because of policy about cases already decided.Initial Complaint

I purchased a code from a company called ************ on the g2a site and when I let them know that the code was no good they told me to contact G2A customer service. I contacted them on February 19th and today is March 3rd and I have not gotten any response at all. I have submitted screenshots of the conversation that I had with gamer Palace yet they still have not responded to any of the three messages I have sent since February 19th.Initial Complaint

Later, the code was deactivated, and the funds disappeared without me making any purchases.On January 14, 2025, I filed a support ticket with G2A. They responded once but were unhelpful, directing me to the seller. The seller, in turn, said they couldnt assist until G2A removed the hold on my order. On 2/17 I purchased a "AAA VIP Random 5 Keys (PC) - Steam Key - GLOBAL" from their website (************************************************************************************************). It's basically a ****** that you'll get 5 random games for really cheap. I purchased what I thought was a CD key but when I finalized and made the purchase I was informed it was a steam account with the game on it, the steam account did not work and when I contacted the seller as they requested they told me they would not give me a refund. On November 19, 2024, I bought a ****** Play gift card, valued at $25, on the G2A website, for the advertised price of $18.43. When I entered the key to redeem, ****** claimed it was a $20 code, and required pictures of the physical card in order to redeem, which was impossible, because the individual seller (Todordigital) was located in **. I contacted the individual seller that same day with my concerns and was told I need to 'verify my ****** account,' which was not the case, and then the conversation was closed from the seller's end. I contacted G2A customer service the same day, and did not hear back until December 11. Two days prior, I filed a formal claim with G2A, and did not get a response until December 25. It took them until January 23 to inform me that my "refund request might end up being rejected" if I didn't "report the fraud committed by the seller to the local police or other appropriate authority in your area," and then "send a screenshot or photo of the official report." When I informed them that I was unable to file a report, it took them until today, February 10, to tell me "Without the document confirming a report, we simply won't be able to proceed with your refund request."Customer Answer

I placed a order for a razor gold gift card totally $275 on the 7th of February and when I received the product the card had already been used, and I got an error telling me that the card had already been used. I contacted the company and the will not refund my money, that is all I am asking for. I have been in contact with the company and have provided them with the information they asked for. I recently purchased a key for a ****** Plus account on ********************** hoping to have access to ****** Plus in ******. When I searched G2A, the seller's store came up as an account that can be used in ******. I was able to initially use the account. However, I was eventually locked from accessing ****** Plus as I was advised by the seller that the account cannot be used in another country. The origin of the account appears to be in ******. The settings of the account and access for the account was switched to Canadian. And, I have been told that I incorrectly accessed the key and cannot get a refund.Initial Complaint

I bought a cd key for **************** through **************************. This is not the first time I have bought a product key through them and I have had only one issue in the past besides this with their services. In this case with the Office key, I bought it then attempted to activate it through *********'s built in key activation feature. That said that the key was an invalid one. I then contacted the seller through G2A and asked for a new key. The seller then posted a Dropbox link to download the program from. Basically they ripped **************** itself off of a pc and uploaded all the system files to Dropbox. You then drop the program in a folder, launch it with the .exe and then put your activation key in the program itself. I told the seller I was not going to download pirated software and wanted a refund. The seller then told me they would only refund me if I gave them a positive review. I then opened a case with ****** and informed the seller I was uploading our conversation to ******. The seller then agreed to a refund but could not put it through because I opened a case with ******. This started on December 6th 2024. I have opened 4 cases with ****** trying to get a refund but the seller keeps making excuses to not refund me and the cases get closed by ******. I have called ****** and they are now working with me to resolve this but G2A is not responding to my messages on their site anymore. G2A is covering a seller that sold me a product that was not valid and also tried to have me download pirated software. This purchase was a gift and I was unable to deliver in time because of the money being tied up waiting on a refund.Initial Complaint

On 10/9/2024, I purchased an Xbox key for **** Wake 2 from **************************. I was charged for it. I got the key. But the key did not work. I contacted G2A and they said I bought the wrong key. The key is marked GLOBAL instead of US. So, to me, GLOBAL, means it should work GLOBALLY. I asked them to fix this several times and they said to wait because they were backed up. I followed up several times and now they have stopped answering me.
