    So I understand clearly that G2A has no interest in helping me! I have been using this site for a decade to buy games but Im disgusted with the idea that a new steam account is ANYTHING ANYONE would want to purchase. Who in their right mind buys a new account every time they play a game? Shame on G2A. I have never been more used as a customer. $30 spent and I did not get a THING! It is also most certainly NOT too late for my refund as they claim, as I only viewed a WEBSITE LINK. What am I going to redeem, a brand new steam account with NONE of my trophies histories and games? Ridiculous lack of support from G2A. I will make certain nobody I know ever uses this pathetic excuse for a business. I wish I could burn the money I spent with G2A, it would have been a more honest transaction.PS- Is this totally not a scam like when you guys used to have the upgrade-to-premium-monthly-fee PRE SELECTED at checkout?? You guys make me sick.G2A has been taking advantage of those looking for digital gaming on a budget for a decade plus. I implore the BBB to look further into this EXTREMELY shady organization.-******

    I have been waiting for DAYS for response from company and merchant, they have instead only responded with copy paste nothingness and refused to actually answer or assist with the issue and necessary refund for a purchase that I do not agree with, from top to bottom, from charge to products received and all.I just want a refund, simple as that, and to let people know this company is of terrible quality.

    I bought two Xbox ultimate game pass from this company in Codes failed to work when I contacted the business, I was told to follow the instructions of the GamePass after purchase so I proceeded to do that. I continued to receive the same message which will be provided in screenshots and pictures of the Game Pass not working. Neither codes worked and I was ripped out of money. I am looking for help to resolve this issue because when *** contacted and continue to try to resolve this issue with the company, the company keeps telling me that its the way Im doing the instructions yet. I have completed the extension instructions to the exact detail that it states and multiple other ways.

    I bought a bundle of 2 games from this company. They posted a 7 day return policy. I bought 2 games, blade and sorcery for $17.29 and ****** for $18.44 for a total of $35.73. They gave me the steam account for ****** and I did not want it after trying it for a couple minutes and requested a refund immediately on the same day I bought it. They then could not fulfill the blade and sorcery order. This is where it got weird. They charged the card I bought the bundle with an additional $17.29 and then refunded me $17.29 the next day. This means they charged me for a game I never even got and never honored their 7 day return policy that I requested the same day I bought the games. Now nearly 2 weeks later after many emails to this company they just blocked me from using their website with no reason given. This is a poor level of customer service and I request assistance from the BBB.

    G2a is deceptively masking the purchase of steam accounts as the purchase of steam keys. It says in three places in the attached screenthat I am buying a key when in fact I'm purchasing a whole account. Selling an account is against the steam terms of services so I would never want to do that. The steps leading up the purchase say account in only one place but the button you press (along with other places) says "purchase key". I was swindled.

    On 7/6/22 I purchased the game '*****************' labeled as an ****** game key. I was not able to refund it via ******, but ******'s client did redirect me to a site to where I could try redeeming it instead. However, there weren't enough digits available for the length of code that I had so I contacted the Seller for assistance, and to inform him on the issue.

    While I waited for the Seller to reply I decided to contact EA's Customer Service (owns ******) to see if it was user error, or if something may be done to get it redeemed. After a while one of the representatives informed me that '*****************' was now a 'Sunset Game', and no longer redeemable via ******. I contacted the Seller to inform him of what I learned and asked for a full refund. He responded once on 7/9/22 informing me of a site where I could redeem it instead, but I had no interest since I wanted it on ****** (hence why I specifically purchased a key for ******) and having been informed by EA that the edition I purchased wasn't viable for ****** anymore had already paid for '***************** Deluxe' which is still available on ****** instead, and insisted on the refund. On 7/12/22 I contacted the Seller one last time providing him with the screenshots of the errors I was shown when attempting to redeem it via ******, EA's CS' statement about how its not redeemable via ******, and insisted on a refund or that I will have to dispute it elsewhere. I have yet to hear word from them to this day. Furthermore, G2A from what I can tell has a closed system for requesting refunds. The process involves contacting the seller, and if it hasn't been resolved in a week that an option to open a claim should've been provided, but I have yet to see this option pop up. I also cant find a way to contact G2A so I don't see how I may escalate the issue via G2A.
