I bought what was supposed to be a product key code for Modern Warfare 3 from the seller ******** brothers" on G2A and instead of a key code I was sent a screenshot where they wanted me to log into an account they made up through my personal Xbox to retrieve the game. I purchased a video game key for Steam from this seller. They facilitate the sale through other vendors. The seller is G2A and the vendor is called Superbkeys. I made this purchase on November 3rd. I have done everything I know to do. The vendor keeps saying they'll get me a refund but be patient - now they're not responding at all. G2A is refusing to help in the situation at all - they want an official report from a governing authority. I really don't want to waste law enforcement time for a $27 claim. I shouldn't have to. I purchased a product that didn't work, so that should be an automatic refund. There was nothing in the terms that said I was buying the product "AS-IS".Initial Complaint

Was recommended to get a game from G2A because it was cheaper to buy through their store. I purchase the game and after looking at my email I saw an addition recurring charge for their monthly subscription. It seemed like a simple fix and an obvious mistake, as I had no idea what it was and dont have a reason to have it. Ive been messaging back and forth with this company and they are basically calling me a liar. And that refuse to refund me saying it was clearly stated you were getting it. Although after sending them screenshots of my checkout it seems nowhere to be seen. I cant seem to talk to only one person and there is no number to call so each person give a slightly different response but the last one basically said that its to bad you bought it your not getting a refund. If I new it was gonna be this much of a hassle to pay extra for a service I dont need or want for a game thats slightly cheaper I wouldve just bought new. This company has the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with and have clearly scammed me, with no effort to make things right. Its bad business and borderline a scam.Initial Complaint

G2A sold me a stolen digital copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. This was confirmed by Adobe. G2A has demanded I jump through hoops to get this refund back, including the last step the "require" which is filing a police report. I tried this and the police said they cannot file a report from an unknown seller that lives in another country. I have never had to deal with this level of cow tailing to get my money back from an illegitimate product that G2A sold on their site.Initial Complaint

I've bought a key for a digital game at this website. When I tried to redeem this key it said it was used. I immediately contacted the support about 20 days ago and they ignore my refund request. They keep pushing with unnecesary information. I have provided all the requested information by them and now they are requesting a police report. I cannot file a police report in ******** for an online purchase. More if this website is located outside my residence country. I've heard about the BBB and I will like any help on this matter since I'm getting scammed for ***** USD and G2A is doing absolutely nothing.Initial Complaint

I made an account here over a decade ago and never used it. I unfortunately linked it to my PayPal account at the time as well. This account was breached in May and the trespasser made two purchases of $99 USD. There should have been an 'inactive' account flag or something to prevent someone from easily accessing and using an account that was not previously or recently used. Especially after years. But that did not exist and it brings me to my current issue: A refund for my stolen money.I immediately contacted Support and they told me that, even though the purchase was still 'pending' via email status, the keys bought were already used just as the account was blocked. That makes no sense. The account was then closed but they told me a refund was not possible. I'm not just going to sit here and let thieves go with my money, no. So I'm filing this complaint so others can hopefully see it and secure any account they may have linked to this site.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 steam(game codes/keys) from the website, got scammed, their support absolutely refuses to refund me and not work with me whatsoever. I placed a order for a cd key: and was delivered a fake non working cd key.When I asked about it: the seller accused me of leaving a fake review then shutdown all communication giving me no resolution. Now I have a key that doesn't work and no recourse in the matter. I am unable to communicate with the seller.
