    Signed up on 06/21/2022 was suppose to get 7 day free trial. Didn't get free trial and was charged $19,99 3 times on the same day. Called in 5 times and they just make a note and will contact me

    I signed up for the service with Pigeon.ly on June 19, 2022, with the trial period starting that day, and after that period the company charged my account three charges of $19.99. Pigeon.ly charged me the first charge on June 21, with the next two charges on the 22, and 23. I telephone the company on June 23, 2022, to inquire why was my account charged three payments of $19.99, and they could not provide me a valid answer for the charges, but they sent me an email for two refunds of $19.99. I received two emails that reflect they will refund me two charges each being for $19.99, but I have not received the credits to my **** ******* ATM Debit Card. I am disappointed with Pigeon.ly charging my **** ******* ATM Debit Card three payments for a service that is very valuable to assist family and friends to start and maintain contact with their loved ones while they are incarcerated. I have contacted Pigeon.ly on June 29, 2022 and cancelled my subscription, but I will contact **** ******* Credit Union to cancel the card to prevent future charges.

    Pigeonly has repeatedly charged my debit card for $34.99. One on 6/13/22 and 6/14/22. They tried to charge it again on 6/28/22 but I had my card locked. Then when I called the representative just said oh I will send this to management. If you knew you had a glitch and this was happening why not refund customer money. Now I have to call you and say hey where's my money you took for no reason.

    I have not used Pigeonly for over a year and today I looked at my bank account and they have withdrawn 34.99 from my bank account. I don't even use this service anymore. I would like this refunded back to my account immediately.

    I was charged for something I didn't use. I have no clue where this charge came from. I am so confused. I have never used this

    Please stop your repeat charges to my card take me off whatever list please I don't use your service haven't and don't need it to keep charging my card $40.00 everytime you feel fit to do of so. FIX IT PLEASE

    I signed up for pigeonly over 2 years ago and used them one time. I then cancelled my account. Since then I have been randomly charged three times. I called them and they said that they were updating their systems and made a mistake. They have just charged me again! They have clearly not removed my card number from their files! This is a very corrupt company that slyly steals money.

    I signed up for a "free" account on this website that offers lower priced communications with incarcerated individuals. (Basic services are free, full services require a subscription) In order to have an account at all with this company you must have a card on the file to create the account. This business is now attempting to charge my card multiple times for services I never signed up for, nor approved. Luckily the card I have on file with this business does not have a balance and is locked so the charges were denied. I contacted piegeonly customer support about these charges, they told me they would look into it so it would not happen again, now today, all of a sudden I am getting an email saying they tried to charge another card of mine that I do NOT have on file with them. I have no idea how they got my card information but this business is attempting to commit fraudulent charges. And needs to be shut down!!
