      Recall NOT fixed Got a recall notice on my oven. Called right away, ordered parts and was told as soon as the parts arrived the subcontracted company would contact me. I even asked for a # just in case. Rep said she didnt have but dont worry they will call. Waited wks with the parts here and finally called. Waited 45 min to talk to a rep who cut me right off and said theres no way she can get the # so just wait. So now going on 3 wks with the parts sitting here plus all the time waiting for the parts and no usable oven. How is there no way to get a contact # for the repair company?? They need to be accountable for the companies they outsource repairs to. I spent way too much on this oven to be dismissed and ignored. If I called to buy a new appliance something tells me there would be more urgency. Typical of big businesses. Oh and I emailed Thursday. No reply.

      The purchase of $11000 with Zline has been a nightmare. Received damaged products and called immediately to express multiple concerns with refrigerator, hood and dishwasher. They sent refrigerator and dishwasher door but said they could not replace the damaged hood.

      In June we moved into a renovated house where a ZLine oven and range had been installed. It has some good features but too many bad features: no clock or timer; the flames on the range burn too high, even once one has figured out how to use the special yellow key (one removes the k**** and inserts the key to control height of the flame, but one k*** proved to be immobile); the left front burner has never ignited with the ****, one has to use a match; the openings in the grates over the burners are too large. In other words, it's a finicky, poorly designed appliance. As if this were not enough we then received a notice of a recall on the oven because of the risk of carbon monoxide emissions. This recall was made without any target date for completion of the repair. When one inquires one is told that one "will be notified" when the repair can be scheduled. We are at our eleventh day without an oven. I wonder how long this company can stay in business.

      The worst Product ever. Oven does not heat and when on sounds like a jet engine. Oven useless. Top burners not worth it. Do your research. Bought this product thru Build.com. At least they stand by the products they sell. Discontinued on their site. Impossible to return.

      A big disappointment Built new house abs was convinced ZLine was the package we wanted instead of Frigidaire, and others. So far Microwave has had to be replaced and its also very hard to see panel since its not lit up. Dishwasher buttons get hit every time you open the door and you cant reset it. Dishes dont fit in proper and basket gets hung up. 36 Gas range is dangerous. Burners even after adjusting them can go out. no saftey measure has been implemented such as a flame detector so its possible to have gas leaking from burner. Oven doesnt heat evenly so constantly having to open door aces keep turning your baked goods. Product looks appealing being stainless steel but like they say. All glitter and no Gold

      DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OVEN!!!!It appears that I am not the only one who is experiencing problems with my zline dual fuel oven!!!Even though zline clearly knows there are issues with the oven as evidenced by all of the other reviews below, all they have done is prolong their response on this. They have asked me for photos of my oven at least 5 times. They are asking me to diagnose my oven myself by trying different settings, removing parts of the oven, purchasing thermometers to measure the temperature. This has been going on for over a month. MY OVEN DOES NOT WORK!!!! Send a professional to fix it, replace it or give me a refund!!!!YOUR SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

      I so wish that I would have read this reviews before purchasing my stove from Zline. We built a new house and the day we installed our gas stove and vent hood, I received a email saying there is a recall on the oven and it was not usable. I registered for replacement parts and was told that I would receive a updated email once parts are sent so I can arrange for service tech to repair. I have waited weeks with no information. I just called and they can not give a date as to when parts will be mailed. So basically told I purchased a very expensive useless oven. I have to go purchase a little plug in toaster oven if I want to bake anything such a ************ rolls.Customer service was no help at all.So disappointed in this company.

      I bought an RGS-36. Paid extra for the fingerprint resistant feature that does not resist and actually makes it a workout to eraseThe oven temperatures are inconsistent. I purchased an oven thermometer to be able to reach the required temperatures. The cooking grate over the smallest burner is inadequate as I have to jostle my small pans to not tip over.The enameled plate, under the burners has gaps on all 4 sides that allow crumbs to become lodged.The grates are rough, difficult to clean and rust easily. The burner units sitting on top of the enameled plate are not flush over it as they sit precariously over 2 screws. The range is pretty but the design is really terrible! I place practicality over aesthetics. I have aesthetics, not practicality and aesthetics do not warrant my expense.Now there is a voluntary recall from Zline because the oven may emit Carbon Dioxide. I responded to the recall last week but the replacement part still has not made it to my house. No update on the shipping of the part. I will then have to schedule a technician to repair the faulty design.Highly disappointed and cannot vouch for this product.

      Their dishwasher has to be the worst appliance I ever bought. The interior racks are awful. No dishes fit in their racks. When I called Zline, all they said was thats the racks we make. Sorry The door falls off all the time, and its NOISY ../. Awful design If I could, Id leave a -star rating DO NOT BUY a Zline dishwasher. For the same price, get a Bosch .. Im sorry I didnt buy another Bosch this Zline dishwasher will be going to the dump.

      I recently built a new home and chose all the **line for my appliances. Although, ** line was a smaller company I put my faith in them because I am from Lake Tahoe and wanted to give a smaller company and what I consider local company my business during the pandemic. I was sold on the dishwasher and watched all the videos. Once installed it broke the first time I used it and it also is far too far small for our family. There was no warning that this was a smaller size dishwasher than normal and follows European styles. My range and oven are not working properly either. The oven gets far hotter in the back than in the front and my food is not cook evenly. It also will not heat up to 450. Ive had the oven preheated for over two hours with no luck. Part of my business is baking bread so this has been a terrible experience for me financially. I have to bring out a hot plate now because I cant simmer in my sauces or soups as there is no simmer burner on the range. It ***** everything at the lowest temperature. The microwave Works sometimes. Sometimes I can heat my coffee ** in 30 seconds and sometimes it takes 90 seconds. Its like a fun carnival game that me and my kids place bets on now to see if it will be hot or cold. Or we play the game how many times we have to try to heat it before it gets hot. I reached out to Z line on Instagram and they said I must contact whatever affiliate site that I purchased it through. Both ended up saying it was past their time period to be able to turn anything. This is unreasonable because it wasnt even installed until eight months after purchase due to installs and building times due to Covid and supply chain issues. Also, Zline said no returns after installation. Even if it doesnt work?? they offered to send a new part that came broken on the dishwasher, but do not offer a repair person to fix it. They let me know that it is not their problem and But could offer 15% off new appliances. I want all new appliances!
