      If it were possible to leave negative stars I would. This is a company that presents it's products as "obtainable luxury", but their customer service is almost non-existent. My refrigerator stopped working after about three months, and unfortunately this was on a Friday evening, so I could not get a hold of anyone until Monday. Talking to an actual person took 5 phone calls and 9-0 minutes of my time. The phone call led to a claim being created, and a search for a device person in my area that could take 5 to seven business days. Meanwhile, I have no refrigerator or Freezer. I am now in a holding/waiting pattern to find out who the service provider is, and when they can actually come out and take a look at he unit. This is ridiculous and unacceptable service for a $6,000.00 refrigerator!

      We have been without an over for several weeks after receiving a letter stating to stop using oven due to ** poisoning. They sent replacement parts and sent an email that we will hear from repair technician soon. We as of today still no call. Weve tried calling and emailing and they will not take calls or emails. So we wish to be compensated for deliveries and eating out. Ha ha

      Still waiting for a repair on my Zline recalled oven that emits Carbon monoxide. This is ridiculous that we have to go months without an oven waiting for a repair. How is a family suppose to live without an oven and without an compensation offered by Zline. I would never recommend a Zline oven.

      Its now been 2 months without an oven.. 4 weeks since we received the recall part and 10 days from received email stating that we should be receiving a call from a technician within 5 business days. Ive only used my oven for six months and its been down for 2. Why is Zline not getting on their 3rd party service provider??? And why should I have to do your work and call a service tech to come out to repair your recall? Do better Zline *****************************

      ************ rating is actually O. ********************** on Zline , I should have went with Kitchen Aid for just a little more $, it would have been worth it in talking with people that have K.A. they actually have real customer service. We also received a recall notice for our range. I responded right away and received the so called repair parts. I have been waiting for months for them to send a service tech to repair the problem. I have called their customer service , no help at all. We have been without an oven for months. Since they are liable for their product poisoning us with carbon monoxide you would think they would take care of this ASAP.

      I have one of the recalled 36" Propane stoves. I have had the repair kit sitting with the unusable oven for quite some time now. Luckily we have only had the oven for a few months, so I am going to work with Lowes to have them come to collect it if the repair is not made this week. How does a business with a one-star rating have A+ accreditation with the BBB?

      I wish I would have checked with this site before I spent $2500 on an induction cooktop just 3 months ago! I am getting an error code E on all 4 burners and it will not work. I have tried every possible combination of the 3 control buttons - this thing just wont work! To top it off I have emailed zline 5x and I have 2 case numbers ******** is one of them they finally responded to an email and suggested that the problem was that my cooktop wasnt clean! How insulting!!! There is no reference for this error code in their manuals, cooktop *****, customer service *****, I would not recommend this product or company.

      I would give this company ZERO if it was an option. My Autograph dual fuel range oven is only 7 months old and the oven doesn't rise above 200 degrees. I have made several attempts to contact zline, they always say they're going to arrange repair but twice now the company's they told me to contact refused to work with zline or their appliances. I've been waiting two weeks now for another repair to be scheduled and they haven't done anything, no contact, nothing. In the meantime I'm stuck with a $4000.00 paperweight.

      Got a recall on my oven, haven't been able to use it for more than two months and really upset and dissatisfied. Thought I was getting the stove of my dreams. I am a *****, use the oven almost every day, now can't. Got the parts for the oven and now there isn't anyone to fix it or knows what is going on or what is wrong with ZLINE. Need help immediately. I am a Senior citizen and don't have the funds to fix this problem. How stupid was I to think I getting a quality product,only to find out made in ***** of all places. What has happened to being American made. Oh, to the good old days, gone forever. Nobody is trustworthy and that includes ZLINE products.

      If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. They like to post only their good reviews on their website apparently. Most of those probably just bought their stove. Looks great at first but has issues that a true luxury and high quality appliance will not have, like carbon monoxide that could kill your family if you use the oven.And like everyone else who is dealing with this recall they absolutely will not do anything to help you expedite the repair or give you any information about the company that will do the repairs. Thats probably because its the lowest biding sub-contractor who needs some work. Were expected to wait until that sub- contractor has time. They will do nothing to assist you in getting your appointment scheduled. So who cares that you sent me the part that is defective? Its sitting here doing nothing, and I still cant use the oven. Oh but its ok to still use the stove top they said. I paid $5,000 for a stove top with 4 burners. Dont waste your time and money on this brand of appliances. Check Reviews! On other sites or in the BBB. It may seem like its just a few bad reviews compared to other good ones but if you end up being the one with a problem, it will not be a small loss for you.
