      Buyers Remorse! My six burner, dual range stove has not worked correctly, and sometimes not at all since it was purchased about 3 1/2 years ago. The lower heating element has gone out 3 times! Once during cooking or Thanksgiving meal! The thermostat has had to be replaced. The oven takes forever to heat up and cooks very unevenly. It takes almost twice as long to bake than it should and I have to keep moving the pans around in the oven so they get done but dont burn. The stovetop has been slightly better but still very annoying. My favorite burner, front right, I really cant use for anything but boiling water because it is on high flame even when its on low. We have adjusted the settings to the lowest flame, yet, the flame does not adjust. I paid a hefty price for this appliance and am ready to throw it in the dump. Buyer beware!

      Looking at the other reviews, it looks like a pattern of NO RESPONSE from ZLINE. Here's my horrible experience. Still no hood!ZLine sent me the wrong range hood unit and I have gotten zero communication from them. We're redoing our kitchen ordered a hood cover and ZLine hood vent from Hoodsly. Once the contractors began to install the hood vent, they realized it was too long. I looked at my order and ZLine did in fact send the wrong hood. Hoodsly customer service put in customer service ticket on my behalf and cc'd me, Zline generic customer service email, and **********************'s *********** response. I replied to the emails three times. No response. So I called and left my number for them to call me back. After 2 days of NO RESPONSE, I called back but selected a different option. I finally got to talk to someone, who was very pleasant and understanding, and finally got them to initiate the exchange. But since then, NO RESPONSE. I emailed again today but I'm not holding my breath. We cannot cook in our kitchen because we don't have an exhaust fan. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

      I have been waiting for a product replacement of my RG 36 range for over 2 months. I have not heard a response of my email requests for updates since the end of December 2023 despite multiple email requests for an update. I also have gotten stuck in the call back loop of attempting to call and sitting on hold for hours to just end up requesting and never receiving a call back. The customer service from ********************** is truly atrocious and I will never willingly purchase one of their products.

      z line gas ranges have k**** that do not allow any child safety device on them. how are these ranges sold to families with children? these stoves are so dangerous - any child can turn on the gas any time. these stoves should be illegal for families with children. when i called z line i was told this isn't their responsibility.

      DO NOT be a victim to this company's nefarious business practices. Should you be a victim by circumstance like us (new construction home purchasers), MANDATE the BUILDER and or the LISTING AGENT REPLACE ANY/ALL APPLIANCES prior to closing. We have been without a working stove since closing on our home in Sept. Once replaced, second stove, IDENTICAL appliance malfunction(s).The dishwasher has also been replaced twice without success.Their "warranty" service is as useless as Z Line's (non) customer service.How this company is still in business, is anyone's guess, though likely just another "pay to play & prey on consumer club".

      I am writing this review as I sit here on hold now for 3 hours and 17 minutes to get through to somebody at ZLINE. I purchased the Autograph Edition Dishwasher ($1700 unit through *********** on July 20th 2022 and since we took delivery we have had nothing but issues. The current issue seems to be with its control panel, the unit will not turn on even though it is receiving power. Prior to this, we have had to replace the door as the screws don't go in deep enough to keep the door from falling off. Btw, the door doesn't even have any springs on it so when you open the dishwasher it just falls like a ton of bricks, which is just genius innovation! We have had issues with the unit drying dishes. I have never written a review of any company on BBB but am so frustrated with this process I felt like I have no other choice. Maybe writing this will get somebody's attention at ZLINE. Where can I buy parts? Who is an authorized ZLINE repair person to put those parts in? I can't believe that after 17 months of ownership I am actually pondering throwing out the unit and starting over. Can somebody at ZLINE help here?

      I have called and emailed with one attempt made in return to contact **** call customer service phone and after ***** minutes on hold I dail one to save my place in the queue line. The Last time I saved my place in the queue was Tuesday and the called back on Friday. That is one heck of a queue line.Still haven't been able to order my replacement part for my dishwasher. I guess after a week of trying in not holding out a lot of hope that I ever will.

      Horrible !! My Zline RA30 Dual Fuel range lasted four years. Looks nice. Thats about it. Spend the extra $$ and buy the real deal. If you cook a lot, do not purchase. Oven temperature is not consistent, burner k**** get super hot while cooking. Oven gets super hot so you have to experiment with the temperature and turn the items halfway thru the baking process to ensure even food temperature. The black liner under the burners stains if you spill ANYTHING. The liner in the bottom of the oven is very thin. Overall, I seriously do not feel this product is safe to use for any extended period of time. **************** sent me a list of troubleshooting items. Photos of various parts of the range. I sent all that. No response so far and it has been a week. Prior to that I called and finally requested a callback- which happened two days later. I finally called the warranty number and someone picked up right away and someone did call me back that day. **************** line is basically a black hole. I ended up ordering a Wolf. And cut my losses. They really do not care once they have your $$.

      One star review is too generous. 36 very expensive range hood has never worked correctly since new build install. Now 3.5 years later, it doesnt work at all. Been on hold with Zline for 4.5 hours. TERRIBLE POST SALE SERVICE AS EVIDENCED BY MY OWN EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REVIEWS.

      There is a recall on my Gas range because of carbon monoxide leak. They are offering a refund but do not want to give me a full refund. This is not my fault.
