I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Ive had the worst experience with the appliance package I purchased. We bought the black stainless steel autograph that includes stove, range dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. Everything Ive had issues with. From day one the refrigerator is about 10 degrees off. My food will not last. I contacted zline and they sent and tech. The tech couldnt determine what the issue was it took him over a month to call me and tell me he was having a hard time finding the part. I contacted zline requesting immediate action and they decided to replace my refrigerator that took another 2 weeks. We finally get our refrigerator delivered and immediately the replacement is worst!! It doesnt cool and freeze! All of my food wasted in the garage! I lost a lot of money I gave a big family to feed! I was on the phone calling them all day spent hours on hold waiting to get my called answered. I dont think they have any workers. I hate this product its not worth paying $20k its totally garbage!! Ive also have numerous complaints about the dishwasher. First its was hard to install but we were able to get instructions. Finally was able to use it but it wouldnt drain, wash or dry! WTH! I dont want a dishwasher for looks!! I want to be able to use it and its garbage! So far zline has not sent a tech to check the dishwasher. The other issue I have is the oven and stove, first its black stainless steel and its scratches horribly! Just with small amounts of touch. The burners are hard to turn on the oven ***** my food. So far z line has done nothing about the stove. We also purchased the soap pump and that broke in less than a month and black stainless started scratching off showing gold color underneath. They did replace my pump but the new pump is already starting to break . We also purchased the black stainless steel kitchen faucet. That is also a problem with scratches. So far the whole package is garbage, this company is very unprofessional!ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

We bought a 48" dual fuel range from Zline. This is without question the WORST appliance we have ever owned. The oven cooks incredibly unevenly - one half is burnt while the other half is raw! It also takes FOREVER to heat up, the oven door doesn't close correctly, and the igniters on half of the burners don't work. Other smaller issues as well. This is a HORRIBLE oven and I am sad that we wasted $5,000 on it.And to make things worse, Zline's customer service is HORRIBLE. You CANNOT get a live person on the phone. You can only "submit a service ticket" and then HOPE that someday someone responds to you.Do NOT waste your money on these horrible products from this pathetic company.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Omg....I wish I would have done my research before I purchased the Zline RG30 range in July of 2019. The only thing that works is the stove but the oven is a nightmare of my life. The broiler never worked. The stove used to work on and off... taking forever to heat up, hold temperature and a making very unusual and concerning noises. Then came the first recall that resulted in a repair arranged by Zline thru some outside company. That just made things worse. How can they consider themselves top rated stove company or attainable luxury??? Their customers service is a total joke. Between the phone calls, emails and case numbers nobody actually resolves anything. I ended up resting my turkey and baking my apple pie at my neighbors this year .. as my oven is not working at all anymore!!! I need a working stove and a working oven!!! I really don't know how this company sells anything after all this negative reviews out there! I am waiting again for Zline to respond to my request of a refund as this is beyond the point of being resolved any other way.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have the whole kitchen set, everything has broken at least once. Horrible customer service. The worst is their oven. I have the duel fuel oven - horrible. Does not consistently cook. I tested cake mix - same day - same everything. One time burnt, one time raw, one time normal. HORRIBLE. They sent me a warranty company to fix it and said the problem was my floor and balanced my oven on my sons MAGNA TILE. Ive emailed them multiple times - NO ANSWER. Ordered the Zline 30 induction range Feb. of 2023. While waiting for it to ship, we elected to buy their matching fridge, which we love. However, after 6 Missed ship dates on the range with a current date being March of **** (which Im sure will slip again), we have given up and cancelled our order. If you want matching appliances, I would not recommend Z-line.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

1 Star is generous for this fridge, I am absolutely devastated over the purchase of this item and want to warn others before they make the same mistake.. The first red flag should have been that this was in stock. It came as "panel-ready" but I had chosen stainless steel. Something you think that they were fully capable of putting together at the factory level and then shipping to customers? When the unit arrived the power plug in the back was damaged & required repair. Zline was quick to get this going, however there are NO certified technicians within a decent radius of ****** *****. I asked a technician why and he stated that people do not like to work on these fridges, so the pickings are slim at best. The repair took weeks, and delayed installation. Since these fridges dont come with the panels installed, you have to try and hire someone to install and build it for you. I called Zline for a list of recommended/certified installers and there was ONE in my area and turns out he doesnt even work on ZLine and wont install them. So I ended up having my Dad who is a retired contractor build and install. The directions are garbage and the video is even worse! They skip SO many steps. At one point they tell you to put in the freezer basket and secure it, then 30 seconds later in the video they actually have the basket out while they secure the front panel- it is completely worthless. The compressor on this unit is installed on the bottom which makes the usable space in the fridge out of reach for anyone not 60 tall.. The left foot on my unit is bent, the finish on the panels is DIFFERENT! One is a smooth stainless steel and the other a rough finish. But since you have to drill, hang and spend hours putting this together I dont even want to deal with it. The customer service is mediocre at best and this company is the worst. I regret getting this fridge and spending my hard-earned money on something that I cant stand to look at or use in my kitchen.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

ZLINE is virtually impossible to contact. They never answer or call back in a reasonable amount of time. I've spent nearly 3 hours on hold and/or standby. Horrible customer service, or should I say, lack of customer service support.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

No product support , over priced and under delivers on product quality. I wish I did my reached before buying ZLINE - we got an appliance package through ****** $8500 - Refrigerator, dishwasher, in drawer micro wave, exhaust hood, 36 inch duel fuel range Dishwasher - did not come with a front - it took us a month for them to ship it to us after many calls and run-around. and we had to search YOU tube to get instructions on how to install it.the interior racks are flimsy, not configured well for placing dishes it it, very cheap - the Kitchen Aide I had was much better. the oven takes forever to heat up and dose not hold tempeture **************** so far no issues Nothing has a manual with it, no users guide, I called customer service was on hold forever had to hang up - did online chat which also took a long time for a response and did get questions answered - was told to go to website and look up information - again no manuals or catalogs to download very for the money I wish i had went GE this was suppose to be our dream kitchen now its more like a nightmareZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC
