Worst customer service! We purchased 2 30 column refrigerators. Both arrived in the original packaging. When our cabinets were installed we unboxed both refrigerators and installed them one works perfectly the other wont dispense water or make ice. After multiple calls to customer service and multiple sessions following their gone diagnostics (insure water is on, check the filter ECT.) they agreed to send a technician. We are stir waiting for them to find a technician. WTF. It appears no one wants to work on this c*** My advice is dont buy Zline. Youll only regret itZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

This entire process has been a disaster. Extremely frustrating. First our parts didn't arrive. Second, they finally did and the serviceman said that he was only hired to repair the large door (not the gasket for the small oven). The large oven is now worse. The gap is huge and won't sit flush with the door for the small oven. The k**** get so hot they are unusable. My son and I both burned our hands, again. He also 'repaired' the small oven door, which didn't need it and it's ridiculous (pictures attached). Yesterday, I was sent yet another gasket, even though it was very clear this was a part of the initial service call. The lack of communication between departments is troublesome. We bought our Zline oven in 2019 and the oven stopped working over a year ago and now a carbon monoxide issue has developed. A technician that came out last year said that we did not have the stove that was in the recall and I know we do. The technician did not know how to fix the Zline stove. Worst experience of my life owning this product as the stove just stopped working and now the carbon monoxide issue. Looking into your case and order, we can confirm that you have a Dual Fuel range, which is not a part of the gas range recall. We confirmed this by checking your model number, and order number, and sent an email explaining the difference between these products. Please rest assured that your range is not part of the recall, and if you need more clarification, please respond to your ongoing case. Regarding the repair, if our team submitted the warranty service, the repairman would be authorized and trained to repair the range. If you hired an outside repairman and did not work through our system, we cannot guarantee that the repairman you hired would be knowledgeable about the repair. Avoid. I purchased it new and had problems from day 1. First, the burners will not work if they're even a little bit dirty or wet. Then the oven light that indicates when the temperature is reached was broken. But the worst part is this unit cannot be cleaned easily. It is a terrible engineering design. I had to pay a technician $250 to remove the top to clean some oil that had dripped down to the oven causing it to smoke. Even after the cleaning, it still smoked. Long story short, Z-line customer support was not helpful and it's a $2500 unit that will be trashed after 2 years because of its poor performance and design. I recommend that the *** of Z-line actually install this item in his/her home and then they'll know how terrible it is. Until then, I hope this review is a warning - buyer beware.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!! 2 years of going through phone call after phone call, email after email, case number after Case number, and the thing still don't work. To make it worse, they replied and said Sorry, you're past the warranty time. I about lost it. They tried to blame me for waiting til after the warranty was up just because they wouldn't respond about resolving it until after it was up. I have all my documentation that I have been attempting to resolve this since we first got it, then they seemed to try to help, but then lied about what they were going to do. Now I'm back to submitting more phone calls, emails, and case numbers. They still haven't really fixed the problem. A lawyer friend of mine said this company is bound to have a major class action lawsuit against them. They're doing everything they possibly can to make sure they can lose in a court of law! This has been a nightmare of a purchase! This company does not sell quality ***************************** products. They sell Lemons, and I'm not talking about the fruit.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I bought a 36 dual source stove , I ordered it from Lowes , took two weeks , gets to my house I had it professionally installed , use it the next day , will not hold a temp , over 2 hours for a pie to bake , I had all new electric installed did the test, shut off breakers ect , Lowes wont do anything it was over 48 hours they sent me to Zline directly , first guy there sending parts and a technician, why would a brand new 3 thousand dollar stove come broke, well nothing in a week , Call back demand a refund they said yes , but I have to get this heavy broken stove out repackaged and put on a pallet and pay for shipping back The stove is broken , why should I have to do the work , I already did it once , they gave me three options , all three Im either going to lose money or have to do the work to return a broken stove they sent me , Im deciding this weekend what to do, its been over a month since I have had a stove , I make many meals that I bring to my elderly friends that are home alone , I enjoy cooking and baking, people helped me to get such a nice stove, Im contacting my lawyer I contacted a local tv station, Im contacting Attorney General , this is the second appliance that has been delivered to me in three years broke, and I have heard many other stories from others on this same problem , Somthing needs to be done to protect the consumerZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I purchased a narrow dishwasher from Zline. There was a problem with the electronic interface and I called their customer service line. The initial response was great: lots of detail and an email containing lots of information. However, it's been nearly 8 weeks since I identified the issue and no one from Zline will come out to fix it because "parts are on back order" yet they will not divulge any details about the back order. I receive no periodic updates and have to ask for more info all the time and get the same canned response: "parts are on back order". With so many manufacturers out there, do yourself a favor and go with a different company as Zline does not have an adequate supply chain to keep you taken care of.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Of all the ovens Ive ever owned this one has to be the worst. It bakes unevenly and from the description I got the impression that you could use a full- sheet baking pan, but it does not. Regret buying it. And there should be 0 Stars.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC
