Our new 30"Z ******** push in range has a fan that blows Hot Air Directly into the kitchen and makes it miserably hot when we are cooking. I am a serious cook and ***** and now I hate using the oven !!! I am extremely disappointed .The range looks good and cost $2,000. It bakes evenly but I am so hot when Im cooking it takes the pleasure away . I called Z Line customer service I was told they had no one who could address my problem with the fan in the ********** oven. There are some videos on line with " supposedly owners who love their z line range" . This is apparently propaganda by Z Line . This is misleading to anyone who is thinking of buying a new gas range . Why don't they fix the problem , it cost enough ! **************** 0 starZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Hello ******! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and leave this review. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your ZLINE range. Both the dual fuel and all gas ranges utilize two types of fans- a convection fan, which runs specifically on high bake and convection settings, and an auxiliary cooling fan which runs on all settings when the oven is in use. This fan is used to keep the inner workings of the range top cool to prevent internal heat damage. Warm air will exhaust through the front of the range, and this is an expected function and part of the design. If you are not satisfied with this feature, you may request a return and refund through the original vendor you purchased from. Zline products look great but are terribly designed. Controls f9r the hood are in the back, causing the cook to reach over fire to get to them. The filters do not stay in place and cut you when cleaning. The filters are heavy and fall on top of the stove breaking pots and dishes. The oven ***** everything in the back and doesn't cook evenly. Burned chicken and turkey always and the convection oven fan doesn't work. **************** turns and burdens the customer and they want to have YOU TEST and watch videos and take zero action and do not send anyone. Our customer experience team has requested information in multiple emails, however, you have not provided this information and it is difficult for our team to assist without this requested information. We cannot address any repair or service requests without this information, as it is vital to inform our repair company of what parts need to be replaced, prior to sending a servicer to your house. As your products are 2 years out of warranty, our team has offered to send replacement parts out of courtesy, but cannot send these parts until we understand what needs to be replaced, which requires the in-home troubleshooting that we have requested.Regarding the uneven baking, we have attempted to request confirmation on the settings you have used for baking, as there is typically an easy fix for this uneven baking, by using High Bake to preheat the oven, and then switching to Low Bake once the oven has reached the desired temperature. Our team would be happy to send any repair parts to you, out of courtesy, and find a resolution, but we kindly ask you to adhere to our troubleshooting policy so our team can best assist you. Never buy a Line refrigerator. We spend $4000.00 and we have had nothing but problems and now it does not work at all...It seems the dealers have no responsibility to repair the appliance, so they contact Z-line or tell you to contact Zline, who then contracts with a local service company who comes out to try to fix. It has been 9 months and my refrigerator still does not work. They have replaces many parts on the two service calls, but now it has an internal electrical short and has ruined all of my food twice. It is unplugged and unusable and I have asked the dealer to picket up. But the dealer has not returned my call or text and it has been over a week. I called Zline just now and there is nobody there that will answer the phone and then they hung up on me. Very unhappy!ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Id give a zero if I could. We bought a fridge, wine fridge, 6 burner stove and hood from them. We were having our kitchen renovated and did not remove the packaging right away, but months later. When we opened the ********* was debated and scratched all over. Contacted the company who asked for pics so I sent them. They told me it was past their window for fixing it and that I had a sticker on the box saying to open immediately and inspect. I showed them the box that said no such thing. They told me I could buy a new door. For $5,000 you expect a fridge to come exactly in pristine condition. This company is horrible.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I wish there was a zero stars option. This is a warning to read the fine print that ominously appears before completing an order. Bottomline is that they will not provide a refund for a part. I recently bought a low voltage transformer that I learned I didn't need but tough luck! Read our fine print warning sucker! If I could give no stars I would. My * line gas oven runs about 15 or more degrees too hot, and I wasn't able to learn how to adjust it using the * line manual, website & other online resources. I was stunned when I called the company and the "customer service" rep told me there's no way to adjust the oven temperature, and that their "acceptable" temperature variance is up to 30 degrees. This is an expensive oven, with very poor quality standards. It also blows hot air out of the oven long before its reached the temperature it's set for - not very fuel efficient or comfortable in the kitchen.I was fine with accepting the recall repair to stop it from being toxic, but this oven has been a huge disappointment. Zline is not a serious appliance maker. They want your money and nothing to do with you or their bad workmanship. Its all surface to get your $$ They are not in it to repair-other appliance makers ensure the entire ecosystem supports their products..from manufacture to ship to your door to install to repair and jeep you as a customer. ****************** wants none of that. My microwave arched and caught fire. They finally replaced it. No issues so far. Today we discovered my oven arched and caught fire. The lower heating element burned apart. They are sending me new parts. Im scared if it now. I see this is common with these ovens.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Thats great youre working on redesigning your products for other people, but that doesnt help me. Both of my appliances have caught fire from you. My microwave has been okay since I received the new one. I dont feel new parts are going to solve this problem due to the oven clearly being defective as you basically just said yourself with having to redesign. So can I have my money back and if youre not willing to be on that level of reputable, then can you at least send me the redesigned oven so my house doesnt burn down? I am shocked at this response, zero cares about my defective product. Zero cares about my family and the risk to them with this defective oven.Review fromTammy R

ZLine is absolute garbage. We moved into our brand new house on October 15, 2022. We had all of our appliances installed by our contractor in September 2022. By January 2023, the microwave fan started going out and it was sounding like a helicopter every time you turned it on. By April 2nd, our microwave started sparking and almost started on fire so we had to unplug it. On March 22, the heating elements in our oven went out. And we have already had to replace the dishwasher because the dishwasher door kept falling off and it was not getting our dishes clean. This is the worst company ever. I have never dealt with any of this in my entire life with any other appliance brand. They should not be allowed to sell appliances.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I purchased a Zline oven approximately one year ago and have zero confidence in this product. The door never aligned properly so it does not fully close. So much heat escapes the front legs are now warped and crooked and nothing cooks evenly. The laminate floor underneath the stove is now damaged.My wife repeatedly reached to the company out via email and phone to discuss the issues. She was given multiple contacts all of which were dead ends.This product is unsafe, unreliable, poorly designed or designed with faulty material.
