We purchase a ZLine RG36 gas oven about a year ago. We have been very pleased until now. Recently we received a recall notice. We were instructed to register our product for the recall / not use the oven over gas leak concerns / they would mail parts / Zline would arrange a tech to correct the issue. Registered on Feb 1st / Parts received on Feb 8th / no service tech. I have contacted ZLine and the say just be patient or I can arrange my own tech if I do not go over a certain dollar amount. New stove, I want ZLine to make it rights. We are coming up on two months without an oven. This amount of time is unacceptable. They should be require to compensate me for every week delayed. Purchase a z line stove. Stove k*** was bent even thought the packaging showed no signs of damage, impacts or neglect. Was told to install stove and a tech would be sent out to fix it covered under the manufacturers warranty. I have been mailed seven knobs, multiple part, recall parts, had 4 service calls appointments. One of those was cancelled at 1:00 the day of the appointment after being told at 11:00 they were on the way. All that cost me a day's wages. All resulting in the k*** not being correctly fixed. Next week will be the 20th month I have gone without a properly working oven. I paid for the extended warranty and can't get this fixed. A rep from z line a month and a half ago told me the manufacturers warranty has expired and they are no longer responsible for this repair. *************** call ended with my wife saying it doesn't look right. The temp know is sticking out 1/2 inch farther than any other k*** and clearly has different marking/fonts on it. The tech told her it is correct and is that way for safety reasons. Owners manual and company website clearly shows this not to be true. Plus this k*** now spins in the opposite direction than the original did. After more than a year and a half, I just want my money back. I will buy a stove that can be fixed or is not broken. So sick of being told how sorry they are and how they will escalate this to supervisors. Wages lost. Warranty money wasted, Expensive take out for a year and a half. Hour on the phone, writing e mails taking pics for the manufacturer. Zero positive results.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I have one of the ovens that was recalled for the carbon monoxide issue. Even before this issue which has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, I have already spent $450 getting it fixed and on parts. The oven is only 2 years old and had the igniter literally arc out to bottom pan and shorted out several parts. Now after finally getting the parts I had to find someone to do the recall work. They said be patient and we will get someone to do it, that was Bs. Then they only sent 1 of the gas orifices, they assured me they would get one out asap. again Bs. I finally called again and nothing had been shipped. Now over a week later I got a notification the part finally shipped. Now I will have to have to install myself because the cost to have a repairman come out a second time will be over there $300 dollars allotted. Purchased a new dishwasher from Zline. Moved into our new home in first part of February the outter door skin screws was missing, so the door panel wasn't secure. Have spent over 2 weeks taking pictures and emailing to Zline, to only get sent back a ******* video on how to take apart the door panel. I guess multiple emails saying screws are missing doesn't register with customer service. I have asked multiple times to send a service tech out and that isn't covered under warranty. Notified about the ZLINE oven recall around February 1. This is due to possible injury from CO2 leaks was sent the parts and received on February 8. Have spoke to ZLINE several times and they say just be patient. We cant find anybody to fix your oven or you can pay someone out of your pocket and will reimburse you up to $300 so my question is if I can find someone and pay out of my pocket, why cant you find someone to come and fix it apparently they have no one in ********* that can fix ovens which means basically you shouldnt be selling these ovens in ********* if there are no repairman to fix them I was told at the time that I bought it at Lowes that this was a ** made product come to find out not the fact the fact is the factory is in ***** and some of the parts are from ** ***** and *******, but actually assembled in ***** which is in my opinion false advertising shame on the owner shame on ZLINE you have the worst service ever and the BBB should require them to stop selling these ovens altogether at least in ********* where we cant have them serviced. This company customer service is the worst I want to start off by saying I purchase the new stove with the gold handle and dishwasher it cost me a couple of thousands of dollars everything was cheaply made, and no parts attached when I received it I called customer service for months until this day. I still have not received a new dishwasher. They also contact me after 15 emails and they promised to send me brand new items complementary on the house and I have not received anything. They also said they were going to send me $100 gift **** gift card still havent received anything every time I called they said they going to have someone call me back at this point I would never purchase anything from this company. **************** should be number one please and your customer should be number one. Ive been waiting for months for a new dishwasher a complete package for my 800 square-foot condo. I pick the best items because I wanted to turn this into an Airbnb, but due to the negligence and lack of communication with this company, I wasnt able to receive my items to upgrade my unit. Its a disaster. These people should be held liable to this day. I called every week and no one still has not followed up with me. This is a bad company. Do not buy anything from them. They use their parties to ship their items and when you receive them theyre broking very cheaply and poorly made items. The look is good, but the quality is poor. Dont support ppl that do care about our hard earned dollars the stove has a white piece on it to ignite the flame. Mines broke when I got the stove and they still have not sent complete piece to replace it. This is a $4000 stove, shaking my head.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

My double wall oven that isn't a year old stopped working. This is not the oven that was recalled. Repair people have come twice. Zline sent the wrong parts. Hopefully it can be fixed, but I'm so disappointed with this product.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I would also give my 48 inch oven zero stars if I could. We have had it installed less than four months, and like several other complaints, the oven will not heat properly . When it does, the temperature will fluctuate *************. I went through a series of tests and emails with their customer service. Only to have them tell me that this is normal. I have since followed up with three more emails including pictures showing the 50 temperature discrepancy and they have stop responding. The oven also cooks unevenly. On the right side my items will be almost burnt while on the left side, the item isnt even completed cooking. The gas burners also dont light properly and will continue to click which requires multiple attempts. Their customer service is garbage and the expectation of having the customer troubleshoot everything is ridiculous. I too am about ready to take it back to Lowes.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ordered a set of Zline appliances due to its reputation, it is one of my biggest regrets. When you purchase a new appliance, you do not expect it to be faulty and we weren't understanding why our food was burning. Our food was burning because the thermostat never worked. We reached out to Zline and they kept sending over company's that had no experience with Zline. Months passed and same thing, they kept sending the same company instead of figuring out who actually knew how to fix this issue. The company they were sending asked me to sign a waiver that they are not responsible if something goes wrong. They sent out a repair person that knew how to fix it but he never came back after diagnosing the issue which I had already told him what the issue was!!! After multiple email/phone exchanges, they finally agreed to replace their faulty appliance. They arranged for pick up of faulty appliance and delivery of new appliance. They picked up their faulty appliance that was in the kitchen but the delivery is curbside. So you want me to hire someone AGAIN for moving the appliance from curbside to the kitchen when I already paid someone the first time for moving, installation, then uninstalling appliance now moving and installation again. THIS IS ABSURD. THESE COSTS SHOULD BE ON ZLINE AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I spoke to a manager the whole day today and they gaslight you thinking you're in the wrong for wanting indoor delivery. This is your faulty appliance from day one that you never checked and you want me to continue to cover for your mistakes. I am paying for a luxury appliance that is provided by an unprofessional company and unhelpful customer service. The customer is never in the right with them and they always have an unhelpful response. The LEAST you could have done is provided me with a replacement for YOUR faulty appliance as I am still under your one year warranty.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

1 starWish I could put 0 stars. Bought their oven - turns out it was giving us carbon monoxide poisoning! And we have a baby at home! Scary and ridiculous. As others are saying, we jumped right on the recall process but several weeks in and ZLine is "still in the process of finding a service provider." That's preposterous. We live in a big city and it should take 1-2 days to find someone, not WEEKS. **************** is abysmal. Product is abysmal. I look forward to taking part in the upcoming class-action lawsuit. ZLine should be ashamed.
