    This review is primarily targeted towards attorneys considering utilizing this service. I highly recommend that you stay as far away as possible. There are far better services out there. They will lie to you during their sales pitch and will continue to lie as they try to "fix" the mistakes made by their sales reps. ***** enough, after THEY turned off auto pay for my account because of the disagreements I had with bargained for services, they put me in collections. As part of their collection efforts they sent me their entire collections spread sheet with every attorney who was in collections dating back to 2020. That alone should indicate the sheer level of incompetence of this company. 20 years of being in business is not an argument nor an excuse for the way they conduct themselves. Stay far away. You can get so much more out of your advertising dollars than giving it to these people. I can't wait for the nonsensical response to this review.

    We are sorry that our partnership did not work out. We can provide the forum and infrastructure for success, but ultimately it also takes an attorney willing to put in the time and effort to succeed. Your area of law and location are extremely competitive, and it appears part of the problem was you purchased a geographic coverage area several counties away from your location. When after a few months you asked for a modification, we were willing to work for you, but by the time the change occurred you had already decided our system was not for you and stopped. LegalMatch expended considerable time and effort for you and lost considerable money in the process.

    I have used Legal Match twice, for two very different situations. Both times I was contacted immediately by two or more law offices that I could choose from to help me. Both times I got the assistance and help I needed very quickly. I certainly had no idea how to find and choose a lawyer or attorney when I needed one. There are so many areas of law that you have to find the right person for the situation that you need help with. Legal Match made that process extremely easy.     If you need help with legal issues and right away I would recommend ************************* from ****** Law. If you can't travel to the north side of ********* for whatever reason, she will work with you online and more personally over the phone. She will text with you! I don't know much about lawyers, I only needed one twice in my life but I would say that this woman is the real deal in my eyes!

    Since no responding after I sent email into customer support, I'm writing my review here. My name is ************. After I paid retainer fee on Mar 5, 2023, I never got one consultation from the attorney that LegalMatch referred to me. The first 10 days I called about twice each day, but only answering machine let me leave message and I left message every time, but I never got call back. On Mar 13 finally I caught ********************* on phone, who is Lead Intake Specialist at ********************************** PLLC. I sent all the documents he asked but all went to dead end. It's been ****************************************************************************** not.
