      They couldn't unlock my phone. They didn't provide a refund - they said they'd keep trying, which is kind of like... what did I pay for if you didn't exhaust all options? I posted a bad review on another site, and they offered me a refund to take it down. I didn't reply because that's just too slimy. After about a week they just sent a refund so they could say they did refund me.If your phone isn't eligible to be unlocked by your carrier, don't waste your money with this company. If you're unsure, save yourself $30 and call your carrier to check.

      Complete and total scam company. I don't believe they ever tried to unlock my phone

      Unable to unlock phone and my refund was "issued" 11/03/23 never received. This is a scam. Do not use this company they never answer emails or Whatsapp

      Omg!! These people are really great, fast service and prompt response! Even though my phone unfortunately had issues, the still tried to help me! Well appreciated!!! I will refer people to these guys..thank you!

      Not a good experience. Based on the reviews, I doubt they have a 97% success rate. They don't want you to say if you've had a good experience and threaten to blacklist your phone if you do. Legally, they can't blacklist your phone. They can lie to the carrier and say it is lost or stolen, but that's fraud. Very sketchy business. Sometimes they give refunds, sometimes they don't. As of today (11/29), I have not, though asking a few times. Don't make the mistake I did. Work with your carrier, not "the unlocking company" which is more likely to lockup your phone than unlock it.

      Very happy with how fast was unlocked. Took a little extra work but my ******* Galaxy Ultra went from just looking pretty to up and running in less than 24hrs

      They are fraud. Liars. They will just take your money and then start to threaten you once you tell them that you are going to report them. The biggest scammers
