      I didn't know cricket wireless had a way to unlock phones in their app. I already had purchased an unlocking service from the unlocking company so I emailed them to see if they'd give me a refund and they did. If it's a legit reason I'm sure they will help you out

      I give it them a try since I saw a video on YouTube on how to unlock carrier for an iPhone. I paid and wait 5 days and my phone was unlocked successfully. Thanks Yetzi

      They werent able to unlock my phone for some reason but they did offer a refund and will continue to work on my phone as well.The good thing about this company is instantly respond to your email.

      Excellent customer service! It was a Samsung Verizon phone but sadly they couldn't get it to unlock. Throughout the process though, they kept me in loop with email updates, and offered me a full refund on request! Satisfied with this company.

      Not sure why all the bad reviews. This company is kick *** plus they communicate whether things are going right or wrong. I bought a phone that to my surprise wasn't compatible with my carrier. But I thought it was locked so I looked to them for help. They couldn't get the codes for me right away so they communicated this to me and keep me up to speed as to what was going on which I appreciated. Ultimately I had to send the phone back to the manufacturer but at the end of the day they had my best interest at heart so if you need your phone unlocked, choose them nobody else.

      I'm very pleased with The Unlocking Company. There response time was incredible and I was emailing directly with the owner of the company. They went above and beyond to help me unlock my phone. They were very upfront on what was going on with unlocking my phone and the extra steps that it would take. I was very impressed with the owners willingness to help and response to me in the middle of the night. The whole process took less the 72 hours with the additional steps that needed to be taken. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble Unlocking there phone through their carrier. Thank you so much.

      These guys are legit. My wife even gave me a hard time for giving them any money to begin with, but they were clear in their communication and very responsive. My iPhone was successfully unlocked. Total wall time was 5-6 hours. Very reasonable turnaround in my opinion.
