      Very satisfied with the unlocking service; I ordered the unlocking service about 1:55am and got the unlocking instructions about 8:49am (7 hours). I was truly happy with the speed of the service and my iPhone 7 Plus was unlocked with no hassles. I will definitely patronize the company again.

      This is a rral professional and friendly company! I came to this with an open mind and hoping they could get my galaxy z flip 5 unlocked but unfortunately it was unable to at this time. I wasn't very disappointed as the company has been very open and honest the entire process and said they will keep trying to get an unlock. The customer service truly cares to make that happen and I really liked the communication and transparency they gave when they could not unlock at the moment. I still recommend them even if I cannot get my phone instantly unlocked but for that price it is so worth sticking to this company :)

      Ordered an unlocked for my iphone 13 pro **** but I got a call later from my provider later in the day that they unlocked it. Unlocking Company were responsive and willing to give back a refund.

      The unlocking company was very supporting but unfortunately my phone is blacklisted and can't be unlocked but TUC is promising me a refund because I bought the phone from **** and didn't have a clue that it was blacklisted
