      The TUC family has been a great help trying to unlock a phone I am gifting to a family member. They have been very great at communicating to me the process and not leaving me in the dark.       I purchased a phone from someone on offerup I spent close to 200 and I turned it on it seemed legit handed them the money and we went our separate ways. Well once I got home I went to switch my number onto it just to find out it was locked to the previous company because the person I purchased it from didnt pay the phone off or something but I have pretty much just been using the phone as a paper weight because even though I went into the previous phone company and told them what happened and showed them the messages between the person that sold it to me and that the phone wasn't stolen they told me I was **** out of luck. I tried so many different things to get it unlocked and nothing, I felt hopeless I literally just gave a complete stranger 200$ that I couldn't afford to give. But this morning I thought I might try one more time and came across Unlocking Company on Youtube, where they gave you very easy to understand instruction and walk you through them. So I went to there website enter my information and payed 27$ and was told I would receive an email from them with in 1 to 72 hours. I payed for their services at 930am and checked my email just for ***** and giggles at around 1130 or 12ish and they had already emailed me my unlock code. Finally finally finally, thank you guys so much you don't understand how much stress you lifted off my shoulders.. I would definitely recommend this company and if I for some reason find myself in this situation again I without a doubt use them again.

      I paid the lowest amount, they were patient with me and sent me an unlock code within seconds after replying back, and everything worked like they promised.

      It was great experience with this company I had to pay extra for my samsung galaxy Ultra and they just gave unlock code in 1 minutes and my phone got unlock in minutes so.it was great experience
