    Purchased a car warranty for approximately $2700. Unable to reach the business when I need to utilize my warranty. Had to pay $400 out of pocket for my repairs. I should still have 2 years left of my warranty.

    On 4/14/2022 I purchased an auto warranty policy from American First Auto Protect for $3211.09. Coverage was from 5/13/2022 until 5/13/2025 or 45,000 miles. I went to make a claim on 2/05/2023 but was unable to reach AFAP via their email address or their phone number. I was told that AFAP had ties to American Dream Auto Protect but they (ADAP) denied any affiliation.

    I am reaching out to you because I purchased your Platinum Car Warranty ($3,493.60) for my son's car. The policy went into effect Dec. 12/8/2023.
    Last week, 1/15/2024 my son was at work and he went to leave for lunch and the car was grinding. So he had it towed,$226.83, to the auto repair shop that we use ***** *** ******(***** *******-owner, Delaware, OH). ***** said it was the transmission and from that point tried to reach your claims dept. and whomever he spoke with said " If the car was driven 30 more miles it would have been covered, but its not This was Wed or Thursday. So, he called me, I had already read the Vehicle Service Program, and I finally got a hold of Adam G**** yesterday 1/19/2024, sales person at American Auto, and we got disconnected and from that point forward everytime I called your company it went to "Leave a message" I finally received a call from Raymond yesterday, and he was a bit crass with me. I too, deal with the public and my reputation is very important as I'm sure you want yours to be as well. ***** was finally able to talk to Raymond, and I believe an inspector is supposed to come out next week. I did A lot of research before I purchased this warranty, (Almost $3,600) and want to be treated fairly. I am asking that you get involved and make this right. I purchased this car from a ***** dealer in 2017. the car is a 2015 ***** CRV which had 48,000ish when I bought it. It now has 79,000 ish. My sons work is 1 mile from home. He does not drive a lot as testament to the mileage. The car is serviced regularly and is garaged.     Two years ago purchased a five year warrantee from American First Auto Protect. Tried to contact the company regarding a repair. Telephone numbers and emails no longer work.

    American First Auto Protect LLC- i purchased a platinum warranty in 2021 and have not been able to get a hold of the company at all’s phones and emails are no longer in service. i paid over $2,000 dollars for additional car warranty.

    This company is not following the contract. My mechanic has had to file several claims and they never respond back to the shop. I have waited 90 days and they are saying that my vehicles problem is pre existing.

    This company is a scam and I either want my car fixed or I will be looking to sue.

    It is now January and they said that December 14th I can put in a claim since that was the end of 30 day waiting period.

    I purchased the platinum protection extended auto warranty from them and now all phone numbers, emails, and web sites are no longer valid. I purchased the contract on December 16, 2021. I cannot contact them to file a claim or get a pre auth for work

    I purchased an extended warranty for my 2016 **** ******* from American First Auto Protect on September 14, 2021 for $2,317.72. I had my **** serviced on November 11, 2023 and discovered that this warranty was a scam since I could not contact a representative using a number on the agreement ###-###-#### which is constantly busy. I tried even contacting the sales manager at an email address ********************************* that bounced back to me. I later researched the better business bureau website and could see that there have been several complaints that claims were not being honored American First Auto Protect and maybe the business is no longer in existence.     I purchased the platinum extended warranty for my 2015 vehicle for 5 years in 6/03/22. Their phone number has been disconnected and no one returns my email.
