    on July 14 2023, I Purchased a so called Platinum coverage from this company. Paid up over around at least a $1200. Don't remember the exact amount. Now that I'm in need of the service and coverage I have been unable to contact them. their website is down. The phone of one individual who sold me the warranty is unresponsive. The email of another individual who sent me the documents no longer exists. Obviously a scam I fell into. I'm more bothered this was a recommended and referred business by consumer affairs.

    Hi! I purchased a 2 year extended warranty in Jan 2022. I have not exceeded the 2 year agreement and I haven't exceeded the mileage yet. I attempted to contact them for services without success. I would like for this company to pay my complete refund for services that were not rendered.

    I purchased a 3 year extend warranty from American First Auto Protect on 08/26/2021 for a newly purchased 2014 **** *** This past August 2023 I called American First to file an auto repair claim and their phone # was out of service. I also tried to reach them via email which the initial policy information was sent from but ne response.
    I would like a refund of the policy premium that I paid.

    I paid this company for an extended warranty contract and I have not been able to reach them to file a claim. Phone drops as soon as connected.

    Bought an extended warranty and when I needed to use the warranty I found out that the company was not in service and that it was under investigation

    On 1/21/2022 i purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle. Everything seemed to be in order from website and everything. When i tried to use the service that i paid for and submit through their site i never received a response. I tried emailing and calling the number from my contract. No replies and come to find out I am not the only person that this has happened to. I paid $2450 fir the warranty and had to pay for my repairs of $200 new battery, $150 Tow, and $1100 for repairs. So in total i am out of a grand total of $3800.

    On 5/30/2022, I purchased a mechanical repair warranty with American First Auto Protect, 600 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, Suite 200. I tried contacting them on August 5, 2023 to request their assistance with a repair to my 2016 ******* *****. Their telephone line is not connected and I have been unable to contact anyone associated with the business. I also sent them e-mail and letters without getting a response.

    We purchased an extended warranty 08/23/21 and had no problems until now the engine light turned on and we have tried to contact the company with no success the number is not working. I paid 2400. I would like my vehicle repaired or refund my money so I can repair my vehicle.

    Ju just trying to get someone to answer us we have been trying to file a claim with a warranty company and they are failing to respond in any form the numbers that we had called to take the warranty are no longer valid they say they don't know anybody at that number trying to get assistance because they've taken the money but they don't want to pay any claims want the file a complaint so that people know not to handle any business with this company and to get a response from this company
