On June 21, 2022 I purchased an extended warranty for my 2019 *** ** from American First Auto Protect for 3 years for $2,634.55. On Friday July 11, 2023 I had to put my *** at the dealership to fix a problem with the hormonic balancer. I have been trying to contact them for a week now, emails, phone messages & texts & still have not been able to get in touch with them & they have not responded. We dealt with Colin G**** in good faith. I would like my $2,634.55 refunded back to me because they are not responding & not doing their part in handling my extended warranty. I had the Platinum Extended Warrant which doesn’t do me any good.Initial Complaint

Bought and paid for an auto warranty that was supposedly able to be transferred/refunded upon sale of the car. I cannot reach the company via email or phone and they are now under investigation. I want my money back from these scammersInitial Complaint

On 11/19/21 I payed American First Auto Protect 2,526.00 for a auto extended warranty for my vehicle. My agent was Robert T*****. A few months later I put in a claim for repair on 2/9/22. I called for Mr. T***** and was told he would call me back but never did. So I had to pay 2,800.00 for the repair. On 4/20/23 I wanted put in another claim and again the phone line was busy. I purchased an extended auto warranty on 1/31/22 (confirmation attached) in the amount of $3900 from this company. This company and its warranty promised to pay for all repairs for 10 years or 100k miles, whichever came first.
Today when I attempted to contact American First Auto Protect for service, the telephone number provided is no longer working. Also, when I attempted other means to contact this company, I learned that there were many complaints alleging this company is a scam.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get in touch with my warranty provider for my car for MONTHS. I spent over 3k to make sure that I had a good warranty plan for 5 years and now I have no contact with them. I purchased a Vehicle Service Agreement with American First Auto Protect (Colin) on 3-1-22 for $2500.00 to be in effect from 3-1-22 thru 2-28-27. I took my vehicle in for service today and provided the number on the service agreement (**************) and they could not get an answer at this number. During the time I was contemplating this agreement, this telephone number worked. Their website ************************************* is still up reflecting this telephone number. Purchased auto warranty on July 28, 2021. I paid $3,252.28 for ny coverage. I tried to contact the company today and I get no response. Their website has not been updated since 2022. When I Googled them I found that other customers were making complaints about losing their money.
