    I requested information on returning the item on 8/12. They responded on 8/13 requesting more information. I was out of town so I responded the day I returned on 8/19. They responded back on 8/19 with additional information requested. I responded on 8/20. They responded on 8/20 providing a 20% refund without returning. I responded same day asking for a full refund. They then responded offering 40% and I responded back (same day) asking for a full refund. They responded again on 8/21 saying that I would hear back within 72 hours. I emailed again on 8/25, 8/26 and 8/28 and have received not response

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Funny Fuzzy regarding my recent experience with their company. My order number is **********.
    On 8/23/24I placed an order with Funny Fuzzy and have since experienced a complete lack of communication and customer service support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for updates on my order status, I have received no response or acknowledgment from their team.
    This lack of communication is highly concerning and has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my purchase. Additionally, I have come across numerous negative reviews about Funny Fuzzy’s customer service practices, which further exacerbates my concerns.
    I kindly request the BBB’s assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I am seeking the following:
    Immediate cancellation of my order **********.
    A full refund of the amount charged for the order.
    An explanation from Funny Fuzzy regarding their lack of communication and customer service support.

    I ordered $157 worth of couch covers from Funny Fuzzy. They don't fit right and look awful on my couch. I contacted their customer support weeks ago and haven't heard about a refund or return shipping info.

    Ordered from this company end of July 2024. Have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company multiple times without any kind of response back. They charged me $2.96 for delivery protection on top of the price of the products. I want my money refunded for non -delivery of products and also for charging a fee for delivery protection.

    I finally got my order today Aug 24th.  This company has very poor communication with the buyers.  I had emailed them multiple times on their web site to no avail.  I did get some communication when I mailed them on their instagram site. 
    It has been a month for delivery.  The item is intact. Not a reccomeneded company to do business with.

    The seller has a misleading product page that publishes different models of products under the same category and price, which results in customers choosing different colors receiving the incorrect product / not as shown on their website due to the deceptive behavior. And when communicating with the seller, they not only deny their responsibility but also ask customers to pay for the return and shipping of the replacement. I want them to refund for the incorrect product. They should also be issued a warning against their dishonest business conduct.

    Issues: Vendor claims on website (via a large banner at the top of the page) "14-day free returns." There is a long page with more return instructions, which do not state that the customer pays return shipping until an Info/FAQ section at the bottom of the page. When I attempted to return my seat cover (due to abhorrent quality, and a product that looks nothing like the images online) I was put through a long back-and-forth via email during which I was asked numerous times to keep the product at a discount. I did not want the product. I reached out initially on July 30, 2024 (14 days after receipt) and was finally given return information on August 4th (after three back-and-forths and insistence upon being given this information). I was told I'd need to pay for return shipping, at which time I reviewed the FunnyFuzzy website policies and found the contradictory policies on their site (very visible "14-day free returns" and a very hidden line about customer paying shipping hidden deep in the instructions). This is a total contradiction.

    I still have yet to receive the other item in my order (the dog car seat booster). I want a full refund for both items, as one was nothing like what was represented on the site and the other never arrived, and return shipping labels so I can return the seat covers and return the seat booster (if it ever arrives - the latest tracking update is from August 2nd and shows in transit from Texas).

    On top of all of this, the package I did recieve looked like scraps of packaging taped together, and reviews I tried to leave on the company's website have been deleted (or denied during review, despite being objectively true).

    This company has deceitful practices, terrible customer service, poor quality products.

    I am facing a terrible experience with an online Funny Fuzzy store, I purchased couch covers from. I spent over $300 on covers for my 3-seater and my loveseat, but when they arrived, they were the too big for my couches and are in a different colour shade than shown on the website. I contacted the store right away to return the covers, but they only offered to refund 20% of the purchase price, citing that I was returning them
    without cause. Additionally, the quality of the covers is poor. The fabric is too heavy and leaves behind a lot of threads. Overall, I found the whole experience to be a scam.

    On September 21, 2023, October 5, 2023, and October 19, 2023, BBB attempted to contact Funny Fuzzy regarding patterns of complaints. BBB received complaints allegingFunny Fuzzy is delivering products to their consumers that do not appear to be what is being advertised. There has also been a concern about the quality of the products being delivered. Furthermore, Consumers are not receiving the 14-days policy refund and there has been a lack of response from Funny Fuzzy after the product has been returned. As of November 2, 2023, Funny Fuzzy has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness

    Company sent wrong items and charged me for shipping protection which I did not order and would not honor “free refunds” as advertised on their web site. Company responded to my emails with “sorry for inconvinence” jargon but would not provide me the items ordered or pay for the return of the wrong items sent.
